Figuring our drinks is hard for a big event but with Brian it felt like a complete breeze. His care and attention to detail meant so much to us. We had a lot of questions and he took the time to not only call us but responded quickly to all the follow up questions and worries we had. He was so thorough in guiding us through the process. The mixed drinks were delicious and his bartenders were so kind and efficient. Many of our guests frequented the bar multiple times for the quality service and incredible drinks. Daring to Dream is above all a thoughtful and professional team that is more than capable of handling all your wedding needs. For my daughter’s wedding, we chose Daring to Dream for Bar service and our photo booth. Brian was very helpful in assisting us in taking care of every aspect of drink service, from detailed shopping lists to the idea of having hydration stations instead of water bottles (best decision ever!). On the day of, they took care of everything, so that even on one of the hottest days in San Miguel everyone had refreshing water and a cold drink! The signature cocktails were amazing and a big hit with guests. One of the biggest life savers was that Daring to Dream took care of pick up and handling of the ice, which alone was such an amazing service that I literally could not imagine what the day would have been without it. And the photo booth was perfect. The photo booth itself is classy and super fun. We opted for the addition of the photo printer which was a great addition for guests to have a way to remember the day. There are other options out there for your wedding needs, but I would recommend Daring to Dream over and over again. If you are looking for a team of professionals who are knowledgeable and kind, and who will make your big day run smoothly look no further! Thank you so much for all you did!

He is incredibly knowledgeable about the wedding industry and the flow of events-- I always ended a conversation with him feeling confident and secure. His signature cocktails for our event (a watermelon margarita & pineapple rum situation) were HUGE hits. He uses fresh ingredients and provides a detailed shopping list for those who are purchasing their own alcohol. Our guests raved about his bar team's service, the quality of the cocktails, and the positive energy they brought to the event. We also used Daring to Dream for additional staff to assistant from set-up/during/take-down and these team members were incredibly professional, well-versed in the art of hospitality, and made such a difference in the flow and support of our day.
