Aubrey and Brian are ABSOLUTELY THE BEST wedding planners we could have ever asked for! From the moment we met them, it was clear that we were in great hands. They are not only incredibly talented professionals but also genuinely kind and wonderful individuals who made our wedding planning experience an absolute joy.
One of the things that stood out to us was their exceptional communication. Throughout the entire process, they kept in touch with us through phone calls, texts, and emails, making sure we were always on the same page. Their timely reminders and updates made us feel reassured and confident that everything was being taken care of. No detail was too small for them to address, and it really made us feel like a top priority.
Choosing the partial planning package turned out to be the perfect decision for us. Although it was not the full package, it certainly felt like it! Aubrey and Brian went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our wedding was planned to perfection. From coordinating with vendors to managing the timeline, they handled it all with grace and expertise.
Not only were they on top of everything, but they also offered their services at a reasonable price point. Their dedication to delivering a fantastic experience for their clients without breaking the bank is truly commendable. We felt like we received more than what we paid for, and that's a testament to their passion for what they do.
Our wedding day was nothing short of perfect, and that's all thanks to Aubrey and Brian. Their attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills made everything run smoothly, allowing us to fully enjoy the day without any stress. It was evident that they genuinely cared about making our dreams come true, and they exceeded our expectations in every way.

Brian & the Daring to Dream staff were the MVPs of our wedding vendor teams! Brian offered consistent support from the initial phone call to the day-of. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the wedding industry and the flow of events-- I always ended a conversation with him feeling confident and secure. His signature cocktails for our event (a watermelon margarita & pineapple rum situation) were HUGE hits. He uses fresh ingredients and provides a detailed shopping list for those who are purchasing their own alcohol. Our guests raved about his bar team's service, the quality of the cocktails, and the positive energy they brought to the event. We also used Daring to Dream for additional staff to assistant from set-up/during/take-down and these team members were incredibly professional, well-versed in the art of hospitality, and made such a difference in the flow and support of our day.

Aubrey, Brian, and their team were amazing to work with for our 175-person wedding weekend! Between coordination, bartending, and staffing, they made sure everything came together beautifully. Aubrey handled the wedding weekend like a pro, she kept us on schedule (or flexed when we needed to adjust), managed so many moving parts, and did it all with a calm, collected energy that gave us so much peace of mind.
Brian and the bartending team were fantastic and kept the drinks flowing all weekend. Their entire crew was hardworking, helpful, and so kind to us and our guests.
We’re so grateful to have had them as part of our vendor team. They helped make our weekend even better than we imagined. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a solid, reliable, and fun team to bring their event to life! -

We had the best experience with Daring to Dream as our bartending service for our wedding. During our first phone call, Brian was very thorough & asked all the right questions which made me super confident in our decision! He was also very helpful throughout the planning process by reviewing glassware rentals and suggesting ways to save money and by providing a shopping list. On the day of their bartenders were great and the cocktails were SO good!! Highly recommend Brian & the Daring to Dream team -

I hired Aubrey at Daring to Dream Events for month of wedding coordination service, and I'm so glad I did. Aubrey was amazing, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process.
I do corporate events for a living, so I'm quite in tune with all it takes to plan and execute events - and I can truly say I'm so thankful to have had Daring to Dream Events with me on my special day. Aubrey and Evie were extremely dependable on the days leading up to and on the wedding day and always remained calm, cool and collected. They paid attention to detail and were thorough in asking questions and clarifying exactly what I wanted to ensure everything went successful on wedding day. They were both very upbeat and positive and always came to me with solutions instead of problems or any issues that would arise. I got a lot of compliments from our wedding guests about how great they both were and how helpful they had been throughout the wedding.
It was a relief to have them there on my special day and I'm forever thankful for their support and help! I would highly recommend hiring Aubrey for any wedding or special event you have to plan - you won't regret it! -

Our experience with Daring to Dream’s bartending service was unparalleled. Brian was so awesome to work with. We only talked with him a couple times before the wedding to confirm what we wanted our signature drinks to be and to determine a shopping list for alcohol that would be needed for the day. Brian helped us come up with drinks that we both loved – and all our guests did as well! We went with an Old Fashioned for my husband’s drink and a Raspberry Mojito for mine. He also offered to make menus though we ended up making them ourselves. He made the preparation process extremely easy; offered to connect us with a contact that could get us a discount on the alcohol we were purchasing. He gave us very clear instructions on what type of alcohol and supplies we needed to get, while he provided the garnishes needed for drinks. We ended up purchasing our cups online and our alcohol through Costco so it was very cost-effective, and we ended up with an abundance of alcohol. His service throughout the wedding was just perfect. He served my husband and I our signature drinks throughout the night, but also was an excellent host and server to all of our guests. We heard many wonderful comments about him and his service. It was truly a pleasure working with Brian before the wedding and during. He made delicious drinks that everyone LOVED, and it was lovely to have him (and his excellent customer service) as a part of our big day. -

Brian is the BEST bartender, hands down! He was professional, efficient, and offered exquisite service for an incredibly reasonable price. My husband and I were able to try our signature cocktails from the comfort of our own home (that's right - he brings everything to you!). He allowed us to make adjustments to the drinks to truly customize our experience. Our guests raved about his bartending services and no one was waiting too long for a drink. We're so glad we booked him; you should, too!!! -

All I can say is WOW!! Aubrey and Brian were seriously the most incredible people to work with when it came to coordinating our wedding day. They truly put their heart and soul into making sure that everything ran smoothly and that our vision for our big day became a reality. They were extremely responsive and had amazing communication with us leading up to the big day. This helped us build up a lot of trust and faith in them. I told Aubrey and Brian how I wanted decor set up and it came out better than I could have ever imagined. The day ran so smoothly due to them being very organized and attentive to detail. This was seriously the best day of our lives and we owe that to Daring to Dream Event team. We absolutely loved working with them and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to have a perfect and stress free wedding day.

We chose Daring to Dream Events to help us with bartending and wedding coordination for our wedding this summer. They exceeded our expectations in every way and I cannot recommend Brian (and Aubrey his wife who does wedding coordination with Daring to Dream Events) enough. Though you don’t necessarily need to hire both of them (you could just do bartending or wedding coordination), I’d highly recommend getting them both if you’re having a wedding. They work great as a team and are truly passionate about what they do. We felt their care and passion throughout our time working with them. For example, leading up to our wedding, Brian worked a ton with us to design a thoughtful set of “His” and “Hers” cocktails. On the day of, they were a complete hit with our guests, setting the perfect tone for the evening. Aubrey also connected with us multiple times to make sure we were ready for our big day. Each time we asked her a question, her answers were on point which helped us feel comfortable and confident in our plans. On the day of she hustled and got all of our details right. We were doing a particularly DIY wedding - so the fact that she was able to land all of the different requirements we had is no small feat. We had such a magical day and cannot recommend them enough. Whether you need incredible bartending or wedding coordination…you can’t go wrong with them. -

Aubrey and Brian were a breath of fresh air and a calming presence, which is exactly what we wanted on our wedding day and the days leading up to it.
From the very start, they were understanding and asked great questions to learn about the exact wedding that WE wanted. They then turned our dream into reality and gave us honest recommendations where they could anticipate things not working out based on their years of experience. It was such a relief avoiding costly and stressful mistakes before we made them!
We also planned 4 full days of activities which they were so helpful in organizing and taking stress off our plate. As the bride and groom, being able to delegate tasks over to Aubrey and Brian was a real blessing and they did not disappoint in how they made decisions.
Lastly, Aubrey and Brian are just great people and were a joy to have at our party. Aubrey in particular knows how to get and keep the energy going all night!
I am highly recommending them to anyone wanting a peaceful wedding planning process and a very fun and stress-free wedding day! -

Daring to dream dream team!
The Daring to Dream team is a DREAM TEAM!! I loved working with Brian, Aubrey, and their team for my wedding. I worked with Brian leading up to the wedding and he was incredible. I appreciated that he got me on the phone quickly to talk through details and right away he made me feel like he would have my back all through the process, which he did.
We also hired 2 wait staff in addition to Brian as the bartender and they made everything so much better. Aubrey made me feel so taken care of and she made every detail I envisioned into a reality.
I am so grateful to this team. They were fun, professional, attentive, thoughtful, and really made sure every detail was executed seamlessly. I HIGHLY recommend Daring to Dream Events to anyone hosting a wedding! -
