Lisa was very professional and timely. She caught things I would’ve never noticed and knew exactly how to answer my questions and concerns. She was able to provide options through her experience. Through my time working with her I became very confident in her decisions and guidance! She is very organized! On wedding day she helped me not have a worry in the world. She kept us on track, set up everything for us and brought my vision to life. When the night was over she handled everything and I woke up to all of our items packed and with us! 10/10 experience :)

I cannot recommend Lisa enough! From the moment we hired her, she was always in touch, quick to respond, and incredibly organized. When we were searching for a wedding coordinator, we came across many who charged extra just to meet or call outside of the designated package — but that’s not Lisa! She truly cares about her couples and goes above and beyond to help.

Our wedding day ran so smoothly thanks to Lisa — she truly made it perfect! From fixing my broken bustle to making sure my husband and I took time to eat, she handled every detail with such care and calm professionalism. Booked Lisa almost 2 years in advance and let me tell you every text or email I sent for advice or help, she replies with quickness and professionalism. I tend to change my mind and she support each of those decisions. My now husband and I live in the Bay so knowing someone who I can rely on put me at ease. Throughout our wedding day, she made sure I have everything with me (phone, flats, make up and FOOD and more).. if anything changes, she comes to us quickly and update us. Lisa Karcher at Elegant Affairs EDC was everything we ever wanted and needed in a wedding planner. There are so many moving parts to a wedding (details, vendors, guests, weather, etc.) and Lisa helped guide us through all of them. She was extremely organized, detail-oriented, sourced the best vendors for our event, and went above and beyond to bring our wedding vision to life. During the day of the wedding she handled absolutely everything and executed everything to plan flawlessly; we didn't have to worry about anything and we just got to enjoy our party and live in the moment. Our wedding was at Bella Terra Vineyard Estate in San Miguel. I had a clear vision for the day, and Lisa brought it to life beautifully. We hadn’t done all the planning ourselves, so having her step in to coordinate with vendors, review contracts, and manage the timeline was incredibly helpful. One of our vendors even emailed us before the wedding just to say how organized and easy Lisa was to work with!

We have nothing but great things to say about Lisa. We hired her as a partial planner, and she went above and beyond to make our wedding truly the best day ever (and this was at our own DIY venue in the middle of nowhere). Every time we met with her, she was prepared with questions, to-do items, and a timeline. She was extremely communicative, especially as the wedding day got closer. Lisa helped us find phenomenal vendors such as catering, rentals, and cheaper insurance. For the vendors we found on our own, she made sure to be in contact with them prior to and day of, and be the main point of contact. Lisa and her team (including her husband who was a huge help) were wonderful day of. They made sure every detail that was asked for was present, everything was in place, and that we were happy. They communicated very well with each other as a team, and with us and the vendors. Looking back they are one of the key decisions that made our wedding a success and we wouldn't hesitate to hire them again (if we ever had another wedding, which we won't).
