Miranda has been passionate about the beauty and magic of the wedding industry since she was a little girl. From a young age, she has coordinated weddings alongside her mother and has gained experience in the industry ever since. From seven years as a floral designer to planning every event in the book, wedding design and planning is her passion. Since then, her knowledge & experience has come from assisting some of the best wedding planners on the Central Coast and working for a beautiful wedding venues from Santa Margarita to Paso Robles. In 2017, Events By Miranda was launched and the team has been making wedding dreams come true ever since!

One of the Best!

Miranda is hands-down one of the best wedding coordinators I’ve had the pleasure of working with. From start to finish, she is incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and always two steps ahead, making the entire wedding day flow seamlessly. Her attention to detail is truly unmatched — every timeline, transition, and little moment is handled with so much care and intention.

Beyond her professionalism, Miranda’s personality is such a breath of fresh air. She is genuinely sweet, loving, fun, and brings the most calming, positive energy to the day. She makes everyone around her feel comfortable and supported, from vendors to the couple and their families. Working with her feels effortless, and it’s clear how deeply she cares about her clients and creating a meaningful, stress-free experience for them.

As a wedding professional, I can confidently say that having Miranda on a vendor team elevates the entire day. The Best Coordinator We Could Have Asked For

We couldn’t be more grateful for Miranda and her team. From the very beginning she impressed us with her organization, clear communication, and creative eye that brought our decorations to life in a way that exceeded our expectations. She was thorough with venue walkthroughs, follow-up calls, and a smooth rehearsal, and on the wedding day she managed every detail seamlessly. Any issues were handled quietly behind the scenes so we could simply enjoy the day.

Beyond her professionalism, Miranda’s bubbly and sweet personality made her such a joy to work with. She was approachable, understanding, and always answered our questions with kindness and thoughtful advice drawn from her experience. Book Miranda, you won’t regret it!

We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Miranda! My best friend recommended her and I am so glad we snagged her for our wedding! Miranda was an absolute godsend. Every idea I had was flawlessly executed, she remembered every single detail plus all the ones that had slipped my mind! If you are like me and had zero experience planning a wedding (aside from millions of Pinterest pins) you NEED Miranda! So much more goes into a wedding than I could have ever imagined and Miranda has the experience and knowledge to ensure your wedding is the wedding of your dreams!

In the months leading up to the wedding, Miranda was organized, responsive, and so, so calm, making what could have been a stressful process feel effortless. On the day of, she somehow managed to be everywhere and handle everything, including last-minute hiccups, coordinating vendors, magically getting the tables set and decorated, managing groomsmen, and making sure all we had to do was focus on our day and enjoy every moment. She worked seamlessly with our photographer and DJ and kept our day on track and truly stress free!

Miranda worked behind the scenes with grace, professionalism, and positivity, always with a smile, and truly went above and beyond to bring our vision to life.

In planning a wedding you have so many decisions to make and hiring Miranda was the single best decision we made. Weddings can be expensive and a lot of times you might think you need to cut costs, but I promise you working with Miranda is worth every single penny and then some! Having her set my tone and my vibe and eliminated my stress, no bridezilla here! If you’re looking for someone who will treat your wedding with the care, detail, and dedication as if it were their own, look no further. This review is longgggg overdue considering I’m writing this the day before our four-year anniversary!! We will forever be grateful for Miranda!!

The most helpful part of wedding planning

Miranda was A LIFESAVER in my crazy wedding planning season. She brings expertise, reliability, and fresh ideas to the table and saved me so much stress as the wedding was approaching. She helped me see my vision come to life, and I had very few worries the day of because I knew that she was taking care of everything. I'm recommending her to all my engaged friends, and I could not have been more pleased!

We love working with Miranda!

I am a vendor and have worked alongside Miranda many times now, and each event together has been smooth, beautiful, and well organized. She is not afraid to jump in there and iron out all the details, she provides clear and organized timelines and instructions, has a beautiful eye for design and not to mention has the sweetest personality! I strongly recommend her services! Being able to balance your professional duties and do it with a genuine smile is priceless.

Wedding Coordinator and Design

Miranda is amazing! She was always very responsive to my questions and emails and could always help give me good advice and information. We worked with her and planned at a distance which could make it even trickier but I always felt like things were going smooth and I could trust her to get things done. Miranda helped me execute the vision for my wedding decor and it came out amazing!! The day of my wedding I really didn’t worry about much because I trusted her and her team would set everything up just the way we had planned. My wedding ended up so beautiful and ran on time with out any problems. I was very pleased and she gave me great quality and service!
