I don't even know where to begin... Jaime and her team at WHE blew us away AND our guests. Jaime not only understood the assignment, she went above and beyond. She somehow managed to pull of the most perfectly planned, coordinated and designed indian/american fusion wedding in Puerto Vallarta Mexico with an entire hotel buy out and with a hotel that wasn't always the greatest/easiest to communicate with. Despite the chaos that came with working with the resort, Jaime made the final production seem absolutely flawless. Jaime was super easy to work with from day 1 and made us so confident every step of the way that we had nothing to worry about. If Jaime says she's got it, she's got it. I had a hard time trusting the process and feeling like it was going to all come together (as a very type A hands on person), but once it did I was mad at myself for ever stressing. Jaime is a true professional and knows exactly what she's doing. She's worked with all types and kinds and knows how to handle every situation, and not just handle, but handle it in a way that's always looking out and beneficial for her clients. I could go on forever, but I will say we knew we threw a good party when one of my husband's Uncle's (who's Indian) said it was the "best and most beautiful Sangeet he's ever been to" which if you know Indian weddings, you know that's saying a lot. Another super important piece was that Jaime knew Indian food was a HUGE thing for us. Not just any Indian food, it had to be good. She worked so hard with the local Indian restaurant (the ONLY one in PV - India Gate) to make sure the food was up to our standards and of course, it exceeded it. All of Deepak's family could not believe how incredible it was, especially since we were in Mexico. However, if it wasn't for Jaime and her endless meetings/organization, it would've never worked out that way.

Overall, if you're even considering Jaime, do NOT hesitate. Book her and her team immediately. Is a full service wedding planner pricey? Yes, of course but there's a reason for that. WHE will take away so much stress and will also give you a wedding that you, your partner, and ALL your guests will talk about for years to come and truly never forget.

Jaime/Wild Heart Events is a creative thought partner, connector, visionary, therapist, leader, storyteller, producer and even a specialty bar tender. She knows the best of the best in the industry and it’s not surprising that everyone she works with wants to keep working with her! In only 2 ish months, she arranged my micro-wedding/boutique elopement back in April 2021- which felt like the first of the season following all of the challenges of 2020. Some of my favorite moments were brainstorming flowers with her and Jill of Layered Vintage. She assembled an all star team on the hottest spring day in Palm Springs and made it perfect. Wild Heart Events is the absolute best of the best in the event planning, hand-down. My fiancé and I booked Jaime and Erika in mid-2019 after attempting to wedding plan on our own for a few months and it was the best investment we made in our wedding planning process. We went on a wild ride of planning through the pandemic, including a venue and state change and they were there through every step of the way to make sure we were taken care of, including contacting all of our vendors to cancel/rebook. When we finally got to celebrate our wedding in Texas last month, everything was flawless. The decor that Erika had designed was even more beautiful than we had imagined and she even worked with our florist to put together a hanging installation that we did not even have included in our floral contract. We were floored when we walked into the space. Extremely organized, professional and most importantly (to me) never cookie-cutter in design - our wedding felt like us! I could go on and on, but you will not regret booking them. Thank you for everything, Jaime and Erika!!

Where do we even start – Jaime is awesome!! We had a small elopement of only seven people, so we were initially hesitant to hire a planner. As soon as we hired Jaime, however, we knew we had made the right decision. She is unbelievably creative and just an all-around cool person. It amazed me how she was able to execute our vision but elevate it to an entirely new level (while still staying within budget). Not only that, but she is connected to all of the best vendors in Santa Barbara and is just so knowledgeable about what is going on in the industry and the SB area. On the day of, she was such a calming presence and we were so appreciative that all we had to do was show up and enjoy the day. She truly made our wedding day 10x better than we even thought it would be and we will be forever grateful to her for that!

Jaime and Erika and the Wild Heart team are hands down the BEST wedding planners I could have ever asked to work with. Not only are they creative GENIUSES and do amazing work, they are a treat to work with and were able to keep my bridal nerves at bay. They were able to bring my vision to life and added the most amazing and thoughtful touches to each part of the wedding. No detail was overlooked and everyone was telling me it was one of the most beautiful weddings they have ever been to. Jaime and Erika are the best and ensured it all ran seamlessly - from our ceremony officiated by a Chumash elder requiring the chairs to be in a perfect circle with aisles to the North, South, East and West, to the beautiful design of the reception - integrating runners we'd had woven in Ecuador - to fit perfectly with the design, from the rad escort display they designed to their deep relationships with some of the most creative, professional vendors, and their flawless management of our team of vendors and everything in between, Jaime and Erika were ahead of it all and managed it all beautifully - making every step of the process so fun and everything you dream of your wedding to be. We heard from so many of our family and friends that it was one of the best weddings they'd ever attended. Truly can't recommend them highly enough! We had some big dreams - definitely a little untraditional - and they made it all happen...our Best. Day. Ever. Always. These badass ladies are magic makers!

Wild Heart Events is worth every penny. I wish I would have found them even sooner! I worked specifically with Erika & she was AMAZING. She was organized, communicative, personable and just lovely. I trusted her completely -- and if you've ever seen their Instagram page, you know these ladies have an eye for design! Jaime and her team at Wild Heart Events was everything my wife and I were looking for in a wedding planner. We wanted to be involved in all aspects of planning the wedding but needed a planner who could help keep us focused on what needed to get done when, provide recommendations for area vendors, coordinate the week of, and run the event day of. Jaime tailored a very affordable package for our needs and was there whenever we had questions or needed advice. In the end we felt she went above and beyond. We were demanding clients and even when we were probably driving her crazy, she was always professional and responsive.

We were pretty stressed in the weeks leading up to the wedding (or maybe the entire time) but Jaime’s level-headed confidence reassured us that everything was progressing according to schedule and there was nothing to worry about. In the end everything went smoothly, and we had the perfect day. The vendors she recommended delivered beyond expectations. Jaime is incredible and we will be forever grateful to her for helping make our wedding day exactly as we wanted it. My husband and I initially thought we could pull this off on our own, but Jaime navigated us through so much that looking back, we appreciate how invaluable her service was.

What I loved most was that Jaime brings calm to the planning process. If we weren’t sure about how to bring an idea to life or needed a vendor recommendation, she had plenty of suggestions. She is efficient and direct and didn’t mess around at crucial moments - like when we needed to say goodbye to one caterer and find another. Or…when the weather report suddenly changed and we were facing rain on our wedding day.

Jaime works magic. She kept the stress off our shoulders and coordinated with our vendors to re-create the reception inside. She is so darn talented that this turned out to be more beautiful and cozy than our original plan. She knew the vibe we wanted and kept that in mind throughout, even finding a way to keep our ceremony outdoors as we had dreamt it. She also blew us away when she pulled strings at the last moment to create an adorable space at the reception for my father-in-law who broke his ankle the week before.

We hired Jaime as our Month-of Coordinator but she was with us every step of the way from the beginning. Our wedding was a weekend affair and she helped us source decorations for the Friday night activities as well. We can't recommend Jaime highly enough. In the end, we feel so lucky to have had such an amazing person with us on our wedding day.
