We just had the wedding of our dreams with Teal, Courtney, Kelly and the team at TH Inc. They put up with all our crazy ideas, indecisiveness, and general insanity for nearly a year and helped us pull off the most incredible wedding. Our venue required us to bring everything in and the logistics were tricky, but it all came together beautifully because of the hard work they put into it. They are all so patient, even tempered, and cool under pressure and we are so thankful for everything they did to bring our vision to life and make our day go smoothly.

We are so grateful to have picked Teal to help coordinate our wedding. From our first meeting with Teal, we could tell she had the perfect laid-back style that we were looking for but was also able to provide the guidance and knowledge we were seeking. Clearly none of us knew how to navigate the pandemic and she provided so much help with coordinating and rescheduling vendors. She was incredibly organized and kept us on track throughout the entire planning process. Teal is an effective and clear communicator and worked well with all our vendors. Teal and her team are exceptional! We hired them to help with our planning for our wedding reception at the Montecito Club in Santa Barbara. She went above and beyond, meeting us for tastings, doing frequent chats and updates and most importantly making me feel so at ease with everything. We loved working with the team at Hive Events for our wedding! They were super supportive during our wedding rescheduling process and a huge help in the month leading up to our wedding and making our vision come to life. We worked with Courtney directly as our day-of coordinator, and she was a true rockstar! She made sure everything was seamlessly organized, and went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding was the day of our dreams. As a side note, Courtney did an incredible job breaking down all of our decorations and organizing them for us at the end of the evening, and we were SO THANKFUL for this! We were referred to Hive Events through Sophia Loves Letters and were paired with Teal. The planning process began pre-covid and ended up having to postpone our first date. In September, I told Teal I had the crazy idea of getting married October 1. Her expertise was essential in creating our timeline and ensuring all of the tiny details were attended to within our short time frame. I would highly recommend Teal + Hive Events!

Teal at Hive was perfect for us. We met with several different coordinators to help us with our Santa Barbara wedding but loved Teal's laid back style - she was super experienced and knowledgable, but has a relaxed vibe that worked for us. She was a great sounding board to help us identify and evaluate the vendors that made the most sense for us and had great ideas that helped us in the early stages as well as right up until the end. She also uses technology well to keep things organized (she's not afraid to roll up her sleeves and get into a spreadsheet when needed), was a really effective and clear communicator, and worked really well with all our other vendors - which is a must in in a wedding coordinator. Overall, the perfect mix of friendly but professional for us - and everything at the wedding went off without a hitch, and that says everything!

It was kismet that our coordinator was named Teal since that was the color of our wedding! Both she and Sloane are great, we did day+month of coordination with the Queen Bee package and never felt like we couldn't meet or chat throughout the process. Once they took over the vendor contracts it was a big weight off my shoulders, I barely had to do anything with the sitters we hired as Hive took care of everything. The only little snag was that there was slight confusion at the table placement as we had table names instead of numbers, and our family tables were supposed to be side-by-side and instead there was a table in between them; also one of our bridal party tables was sitting farther away than we had discussed and the groom had to hurry them to the buffet line so they could eat before the dances. Also our guests were late to dinner but that's because our venue was too much fun! The ceremony went perfectly smooth, the reception was otherwise set up beautifully and we felt very taken care of throughout the whole process! The only thing we missed was taking a picture of Teal on our teal sweetheart couch!

We hired Hive Events as our month of coordinators for our 1/26/19 wedding. Sloane was our lead contact and she was fantastic! She helped us finalize our plans, create our day of timeline and communicated with our vendors. She allowed my "type-a" personality to relax leading up to our wedding, which was such a gift!

Our wedding day went perfectly because of Sloane + Teal's leadership and organization. We felt at ease knowing that they had everything handled. I honestly cannot recommend Hive Events enough.

Also, we used their planning software Aisle Planner. It was an essential part of the planning process for us. Sloane was extremely easy to get in touch with if we needed anything or had questions. Can't recommend Hive Events enough!

Hive events made us able to enjoy our perfect day. They were always responsive and helpful throughout the wedding planning. I especially appreciated how they handled everything on our wedding day flawlessly, which made the day very stress free.
