The venue we chose was a bring-your-own EVERYTHING with a beastly contract. Courtney and Cait handled everything with unyielding professionalism and a can-do attitude. Their meticulous organization, unwavering determination, and creative problem-solving skills ensured that all required deliverables were flawlessly managed.

They thoughtfully introduced us to vendors familiar with our venue & location while remaining open to collaborating with vendors we discovered on our own. Moreover, they skillfully navigated strong family dynamics ensuring a harmonious planning experience.

I cannot overstate how breathtakingly beautiful our wedding day was. Courtney miraculously pulled together all our discussions & transformed them into the exact aesthetic we desired, even without us providing explicit instructions. Months of conversations, tones, feelings & inklings were artfully blended into an unforgettable atmosphere.

As a bride, I was more relaxed than I anticipated the morning of my wedding. Due to issues outside of their control we got off-timeline, but Courtney & Cait masterfully made adjustments in the background to ensure we still had all of the moments & experiences we wanted. Choosing Drake Social to plan our wedding was the absolute best decision we made. I couldn't have asked for a more seamless, stress free process. Courtney and Marielle were just unbelievable to work with. They listened to my vision, paid extra attention to the things we felt strongly about, and executed the weekend's events perfectly. I had already selected our venue when we hired the Drake team- a venue they hadn't worked at yet, but you would never know. Marielle made several site visits, worked with the venue, and familiarized herself and the team with every inch of the property to make sure our weekend was perfect. Every vendor that they brought us was also incredible. So incredible that I was hugging each one of them after our final walk through. The wedding weekend was just beautiful. I felt so well taken care of. Two days before the wedding we added a second tent over the welcome party. Marielle and the rest of the team didn't even flinch when we asked for it so last minute and made it happen. We had a storm 30 minutes before the welcome party and 30 minutes before the ceremony, but Marielle and her team handled it like pros. They made the needed adjustments and made it so my vision was still executed just how we wanted it. I could go on and on about how incredible they were. I wouldn't plan a wedding without the Drake team!

The Drake Social Team went above and beyond when planning my wedding! They created my vision and then showed me possibilities that I didn't even know were an option. Throughout the year they completely mitigated my stress and never presented a vendor to me that was anything less than professional. I am based in California and had my wedding at the St. Regis in Atlanta, and the Drake Social team never failed to be on the ground and taking care of all of the details. Their team is not only great at what they do professionally but, I can truly say the ladies have become friends of both myself and my family.

Drake Social also added an a la carte option of providing me with social and behind the scenes content during the day of my wedding. Capturing everything from the room transformation, to the first look with my husband, and even the looks of surprises when guests entered the reception! This was so reminiscent and dreamy to look back on and elevated my social media content on both TikTok and Instagram! I highly recommend this addition to any wedding package!

So happy we chose Drake Social as our planners for our Santa Barbara, CA wedding. We chose 3 month partial planning and got teamed up with Ally and Meghan, who were both amazing. The entire team was a breeze to work with from day 1 and Ally (our main planner) really helped us the entire way in turning our vision into a reality.

Not only did she help us think of all the little details, create a cohesive timeline, and keep us on track— but they truly went above and beyond on our actual wedding day. They made a Spotify playlist on the fly because our ceremony musician was late (so seamless my guests and I didn’t even notice), fixed seating changes right before the reception started, and helped pack candy to-go bags and floral bouquets for our guests to easily take home easily. Didn’t even ask them to, but so happy they did!

Overall, I was prepared for our wedding day to be stressful and hectic, but we got to enjoy every minute of it carefree because Ally and Meghan were behind the scenes making it all happen for us! Our guest also raved about what an effortless and smooth wedding it was.

Because of prior experience in the industry, I knew the most important and first vendor selection I needed to make when it came to my Big Day was my wedding planner.  My family and I knew we wanted someone who offered luxury logistics and design capabilities, and by prioritizing our planner selection, all the pieces of a beautiful wedding would fall into place, one way or another.  So, when I came across  Drake Social on Instagram, and saw her portfolio of elegant yet creative, glamorous yet intimately personal work, I knew I needed to grab a cup of coffee with her to get a sense of our personality fit.  Within minutes of our initial meeting at Starbucks, Courtney and I were giggling, dreaming up winter-inspired palettes, and toying with the idea of introducing natural texture as a surprise to a classical setting - perhaps trees in a ballroom!  I asked Courtney for a contract to secure her services immediately after our get-together and never looked back.

Courtney is the archetype of what you want your master of wedding planning ceremonies to look like - stylish and sophisticated; bubbly and effusive; discerning and business-oriented; and, above all, relationship driven.  Because of Courtney's experience and well-established name (a bi-coastal  reputation to boot, mind you!), Courtney had a slew of the top industry vendors, with a variety of styles and investment points, for us to select from.  Further, knowing me and my now-husband's personalities and priorities, Courtney was able to guide us toward certain decisions and people, helping us draft a team of like-visioned creatives, as well as ensuring we would maximize our budget in an intentional, thoughtful way.

Throughout our engagement, Courtney and her team kept us progressing forward at a palatable and attentive pace, working cohesively with all of our vendors so I only had to pitch in when it came to the most "executive" big-picture decisions. 

Courtney and her team truly handle everything - from all vendor communications to RSVPs; timelines to design schematics and layout proposals; welcome bag delivery to managing and directing all meetings. I must say the greatest value of her services, at least emotionally, was the week of where I truly was responsible for doing anything at all, except soaking up such a beautiful and special time - Courtney and team had it all handled.

I would be remiss without a special shoutout to Cait, Drake Social's Atlanta planner-in-residence. Cait is a ray of sunshine in every room she walks in, but don't let that fool you - she is a master communicator, savvy businesswoman, and has a penchant for detail. We were so lucky to have Cait along for the ride, and her genuine love for the couples she works with is facially apparent.

Our wedding was more beautiful, warm, and flawless than I ever allowed my heart to dream - even thunderstorms and pouring rain mid-day couldn't phase me! Courtney and team brought to life the Nancy Meyers-esque dinner party of my dreams. My eyes fill with tears just writing this, thinking back to the band playing Rat Pack standards as candlelight bounced off mirrored tabletops, reflecting the ornate ceiling, soft cherry trees, and sexy custom dance floor as our guests laughed and drank together. It was all truly perfect - not only because I got to marry the love of my life, but because Drake Social perfectly encapsulated and personified our joy into a wedding that we will never forget (and our friends and family cannot stop talking about).

P.S. Drake Social was also game when hired by my in-laws to coordinate and design our rehearsal dinner and welcome party, which brought a beautiful continuity to the weekend!

We spent a lot of time and research to hire a wedding planner that was creative, dependable and organized. Drake Social was all of these things and more. When we first met, we felt at ease with Courtney and Tracy and they were both creative helping come up with fun ideas to surprise and delight our guests. Also, we had a lot of moving parts and pieces to our wedding which Tracy helped coordinate and execute on the day of. We did a partial planning package since we were so involved in customizing our wedding and choosing vendors but Drake Social was instrumental in making our wedding day come to life without one hiccup!!
