Best Decision Ever!

When I reflect on the wedding planning process and all the decisions that come along with it, choosing Spark & Sparkle was by far the best decision we made! Kate (previously went by Kacey) was the best planner / coordinator we could have asked for. Everything was so organized from day 1, and I had so much less stress during planning because I always had full confidence that she wouldn't let anything slip through the cracks. She also had great relationships with all the SLO vendors which helped as we were navigating vendor selection. She was always so kind and helpful in answering questions I had along the way, and the wedding weekend itself was completely issue free - nothing behind schedule, no detail out of place, every vendor performing as expected - overall just no stress! I cannot recommend Kate enough!

Kacey was perfect!

We can't begin to express how grateful we are to have found Kacey to help plan our wedding. She truly was the brains behind our absolutely perfect wedding weekend. From the very beginning of working with her we both felt totally shielded from all the scary elements of planning a wedding, and more importantly so seen as a couple. She really understood our vision for how everything should look, and went above and beyond when we wanted things that were outside the norm.

Our parents, families, and friends all made comments about how great and competent Kacey was juggling all the tasks all weekend. My wife and I felt super relaxed on what could have been an incredibly stressful day!

If you're lucky enough to work with Kacey, you won't regret it!!

Seamless wedding planning process!

When we first began the wedding planning process, we were told by so many that hiring a wedding planner is a must. We made the best choice hiring Kacey for design & wedding planning! She made the wedding planning process seamless, especially with a COVID delayed wedding celebration. Kacey made our vision come to life and we had total confidence in her ability to make our big day run smoothly. Kacey is extremely organized and has great communication skills. All of these qualities carry over to her team members. We feel so grateful to have had Kacey by our side during the wedding planning process, and highly recommend her to anyone getting married on the Central Coast! THANK YOU KACEY!!!

In Kacey we trust!

My wife and I are the type of people that can tell you what we like and what we don't like, but having a vision of how we wanted things to look was harder to express. One of the best things about Kacey is that she asks all the right questions and helps you formulate what your vision is. Being a same sex couple it was important to us to have vendors that were supportive of our union and made us feel comfortable. After you talk to Kacey you realize that you just really need to trust her judgement and experience. I cannot speak highly enough of the vendors that she chose for our wedding, people literally raved about the food and the design of our wedding. Most importantly she matched us with the photographer of our dreams. Kacey has fabulous taste and was able to pair us up with vendors that could provide everything we needed (she even found someone to make a custom photo backdrop). We really felt like Kacey listened to everything we wanted and designed the perfect wedding for us. On the day of, she handled everything and it was all we could have hoped for and more. I think one of the best things was that be both felt that Kacey was genuinely happy for us and wanted the day to be spectacular, she was there to guide us every step of the way. On top of her mad skills, she is just a fabulous human being, we loved getting to know her and hope to stay in touch!

Working with Spark & Sparkle was probably the best decision I made during the wedding process. Kacey was so informative and helpful in helping me understand the important planning steps. While planning the wedding Kacey was quick to answer any of my questions and is very familiar with all the local vendors, and really helped us to chose the right ones to go with. In the best way possible she kept everyone in line and the party on track. When part of my dress broke she was quick to mend it, as she came prepared for any situation. Day of the wedding went so smooth, Spark and Sparkle made sure the wedding guests needs were met. Overall, it was such a great experience working and planning my wedding with them, I highly recommend working with this team!

I attended at workshop in May of 2018 that changed my life. Kacey played a vital role in creating a comfortable and welcoming ambience for all attendees. I only wish that I lived closer in order to have the opportunity to work with her again. Highly recommended!

We would have been lost without Kacey House. Her guidance, professionalism, and patience led us to the most incredible weekend of our lives. We had a two-day, back-to-back double wedding with two entirely different themes (one American, one Indian) and they were absolutely perfect. Two different set dressings, three different caterers, nine different vendors, one last minute (literally) huge tent set up and two very big and very happy families. Both events had so many moving parts and not once did anything get missed AND Kacey was the calmest person in the group. It screams professionalism when your captain can remain calm and friendly in a sea of (seemingly) chaotic family and friends. We owe a weekend full of warm memories to her dedication to deliver a beautiful product.

Kacey was so helpful during the planning of our wedding. She had so much insight into the industry and great recommendations as far as timelines, setup, vendors, and flow of the entire event. Our biggest regret in hiring Kacey is that we didn’t do it sooner! We were trying in vain to get individual quotes from each vendor, forgetting things we needed, and then trying to get corrected quotes. Kacey was doing what took us weeks in just a few days! Mind you, this is all BEFORE the wedding.

We would definitely recommend Kacey for her knowledge, relationships with vendors, work ethic, and professionalism. We had the exact wedding we envisioned, the best day of our lives, and Kacey was a huge reason it went so smoothly.

Kacey was great to work with during the entire planning process. She was professional, helpful and recommended options/ideas when needed. It's easy to forget certain details when planning your wedding because there is SO much going on but she helped keep us on track and took care of all of the communication with vendors the last few weeks.

On the day of, you need someone who is direct and prompt and she was perfect. It helped to make everything go smoothly and we didn't miss a beat! It was helpful for her to remind us when it was time to do certain things so we didn't forget anything.

I would definitely recommend Kacey and her team if you want a flawless wedding day!

Kacey House was AMAZING! She helped execute my wedding in a flawless fashion. In the beginning, I thought, I don’t need a coordinator, I can totally do this myself! But when the stress of planning a 200 person wedding got to me, Kacey literally not only saved the day, she saved the entire month of! I can’t recommend her more. Her cool and calm attitude was just what I needed. She ensured everything was coordinated to perfection. Timeline, vendors and everything in between. I loved her more with every day I worked with her. Believe me when I say you need a bit of spark & sparkle in your life. Thank you Kacey for everything! You are the best!
