I don't know where to even start, Swallow Creek was the venue of our dreams. It was the first venue we visited and from the moment we made it to the Hill Top Ceremony lookout + the barn, we knew this was our venue. It is the perfect mix of coastal country and we felt it represented us as a couple perfectly! I would highly take advantage of the hill top ceremony, the view is undoubtedly gorgeous, our guests loved it! Since we had our ceremony up on the hill we were able to take advantage of doing our rehearsal dinner in the Seaview Meadow, which was so perfect and intimate. For the day of, the boys got ready up at the vintage airstream, it felt like the perfect guy hangout spot with roaming views of the coast. While the girls got ready in the cutest bridal suit, you really get to take advantage of every bit of this gorgeous venue, all weekend long too!
Jonna and Reid were the BIGGEST help on our wedding day, you don't even know it, but they work their butts off to ensure everything is in place, guests know where to go for parking, to helping us clean up a bit. Jonna was so responsive during our planning process with all my questions and concerns, she put me at ease. They have the best vendor recommendations which makes vetting vendors so much easier, they are the professionals, so definitely take their advice.Swallow Creek Ranch's reply:

From start to finish Jonna and Reid were incredibly helpful in helping to make our dream wedding come true. Swallow Creek Ranch serves as a breathtaking backdrop for a day of love. We even had the cows oversee our entire ceremony, which was really special. This place will remain a very important part of our story. -

Swallow Creek Ranch is a magical wedding venue! The views of the Pacific are unbelievable. The barn and eucalyptus grove is welcoming and romantic.
The care and attention to detail from the staff is unmatched. Everyone is so friendly, professional and go above and beyond to make your wedding weekend a success! Swallow Creek Ranch is the best! -

If you're looking for a coastal wedding venue, Swallow Creek should be at the top of your list. Once we visited the site, we quickly realized there's no other like it in the area. The planning process went smoothly thanks to Jonna who is extremely professional and communicative. The venue's curated vendor list was excellent and Jonna worked with us to bring in a new band we wanted to have for big day. Wedding day at the Sea View Meadow went without a hitch thanks to Jonna and Reid and the place showed as well in pictures as it did in-person. Wouldn't change a thing. -

Truly a DREAM venue!
Where do we even start? This venue is MAGIC and so are the wonderful souls who care for it. We are beyond grateful that we got married at Swallow Creek Ranch and were able to celebrate one of the most special moments of our lives there. The first time we visited, we knew we found a gem. From the views of rolling hills of the hilltop to the beauty of Seaview Meadow, the intimacy of the blue barn, and everything in between.
The day we got married, we were surrounded by nature’s best: endless wildflowers, eucalyptus and cypress trees, birds chirping, and the distant glow of the ocean in the background. The party continued in the magical blue barn, spacious yet intimate and perfectly suited for every moment of the reception. From first dances to dinner all the way through to an incredible dance party. The energy of this place is so special and we will cherish it forever. We can’t wait to visit whenever we are in town :)
Beyond the beauty of this venue, Jonna and Reid made us and our guests feel like family! We are so grateful for their kindness, generosity and support. They were so helpful in guiding us as we crafted a wedding that felt like us. Plus, they are a sustainable venue and the package provides so many benefits, including ceremony & reception chairs. I had such an unbelievably good experience having my wedding at Swallow Creek Ranch. I absolutely cannot say enough good things about Jonna, her husband Reid, and really the whole team at Swallow Creek. I picked this venue for two reasons: 1) the view from the hilltop for the ceremony and 2) after meeting Jonna I thought she would be really great to work with. Man was I right! This venue offers a truly unique ceremony spot at the hilltop with views of the ocean that will treat you to amazing photos and your guests to a great experience. Jonna and her team have this venue working like a well oiled machine and I never once had an ounce of doubt about whether my wedding would play out the way I wanted. Jonna is an amazing host with great knowledge of logistics and it's obvious she truly cares about each of her client's having a wonderful wedding experience. If you're looking for a truly unique wedding venue that'll give you beautiful coastal pictures and if run by amazing staff, look no further than Swallow Creek. If you're a bride in the beginning stages of wedding venue shopping, let me do you a favor and end your search here. If you are looking for rustic charm with ocean views, look no further than Swallow Creek Ranch! My husband and I were married in their Seaview Meadow this past weekend, which looked beautiful with the blooming flowers/plants amidst the eucalyptus trees and partial ocean view behind the arbor. We were able to take sunset photos at their Hilltop ceremony site, and the photos are TO DIE FOR! The venue managers and owners were professional, flexible, wonderful, and so easy to work with. This venue is also very dedicated to sustainability/eco-friendly practices to ensure minimal waste is created. Additionally, we were able to have access to the venue for the whole weekend, which made set-up and break-down much less stressful than other venues in the area. This allowed us to host a large rehearsal dinner at the venue for a fraction of the cost elsewhere. Their wedding package includes so many extra elements (tables, seating, draping, etc.) that saved us thousands. I cannot say enough nice things about this venue, and the photos speak for themselves!!! Get married here!!! -

My husband, Matt, and I have been talking about getting married at Swallow Creek Ranch since before we got engaged -- it just seemed like the most beautiful setting in the most perfect place (right above Villa Creek, where we've watched many sunsets!). So, when we got engaged, it was our obvious first choice, and we ended up getting married there last week (8/19/2023). Our wedding at Swallow Creek Ranch was even better than I could've imagined -- of course the scenery was absolutely gorgeous, but we were also so grateful to have Jonna and Reid overseeing everything on our wedding day. They truly made us feel so welcome and celebrated, and helped us so much throughout the process, from our initial venue tour last year to clean-up the day after the wedding. We picked all of our vendors from their suggested list and it made the day go so smoothly, since everyone knew Jonna/Reid and the venue. All in all, it was the perfect day, and all of our guests couldn't stop gushing about the venue. I would recommend Swallow Creek Ranch to anyone hoping to get married on the Central Coast!Swallow Creek Ranch's reply:

Swallow Creek Ranch is pure magic and Jonna is equally magical.
My daughter's wedding day was perfect from beginning to end because of the care and planning that Jonna provided for us. She celebrates and marvels at the uniqueness of every event while loving and stewarding the land and structures of Swallow Creek. My husband and I absolutely loved working with Jonna and the entire team at Swallow Creek. They were responsive, communicative, and prompt, but more than that were warm, welcoming, and remembered details about what was important to us. As an interracial same-sex couple, we were especially concerned about finding a venue and team that would be inclusive of us and our communities, and felt especially welcome at Swallow Creek. I have been to countless venues for catering events and having this venue for our wedding was incredible. Jonna and her team were so helpful and professional. Their kindness and flexibility made our weekend extremely easy and low stress which is a relief after all the planning! They made sure everything went smoothly and the place was absolutely beautiful. The hill top view was impeccable and the garden was perfect for photos. The barn was a blast as it had great space for a dance floor and was easy to move around in. It stayed warm with the heaters provided and it was also very wonderful to have bathrooms inside of the barn. Everything was very clean and tidy and we loved the outdoor space to be able to take a break and grab a drink! Highly recommend this venue due to its gorgeous location and ease of service. Dream Wedding Venue!!
Swallow Creek Ranch is truly the most dreamy venue on the central coast! The property managers, Jonna and Reid were so helpful and involved in all of our wedding planning. They provided an adorable bridal suite and airstream for both the bridesmaids and groomsmen to get ready in, I was able to come early and enjoy the day from beginning to end. Our wedding day was so incredibly special and we can definitely thank swallow creek ranch for that!Swallow Creek Ranch's reply:

Beyond Perfect
Not even sure where to start or what to say. We had the most perfect day at Swallow Creek Ranch. The venue is beyond stunning and so unique. Our guests were all in awe by the beauty of this place. Jonna, Reid, Kyla and the team are incredible people and great to work with. They are all so kind, personable, responsive, fun and easy to talk to. We really enjoyed our time at the venue and getting to know the team. The vendors they recommended are on point, and having a blank canvas really gave us the ability to make the wedding our own and special to us. The perfect venue
We got married at swallow creek ranch in November of 2021. I fell In love with the site as soon as I saw the STUNNING rolling hills and the beautiful hilltop view with the ocean in the background. immediately knew this was our wedding location. The surrounding area, gardens, and the huge old wooden barn is so beautiful that you truly don’t need any extra decor. Jonna was an absolute dream to work with. I appreciated her calm, organized yet laid back approach. It was the best day of our lives! I couldn’t Recommend Jonna and Swallow Creek Ranch more!Swallow Creek Ranch's reply:

Kind, Supportive and Prompt Every Step of the Way
From the beginning, working with Jonna, Reid and Kyla was a better than I could’ve hoped for. All of our questions were promptly answered and they were very understanding when we had issues with scheduling. Most importantly, they were incredibly warm and welcoming once the weekend arrived. By the end we all felt like good friends. We’re so happy to share this incredibly special memory with them and to have had our wedding at the beautiful Swallow Creek Ranch.

Swallow Creek Ranch - Hidden Gem Along Central the Coast
Our entire experience at Swallow Creek was exceptional, we couldn't have asked for a better venue and better people to work with! Like many Covid couples, we had to postpone our wedding and Kyla (venue owner) was super understanding and accommodating. Jonna and Reid (property managers) were fantastic to work with and extremely helpful. They really go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect for your special day.
I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for an ocean view venue. The bridal suite is truly picture perfect and made for great getting ready photos. Both the Seaview Meadow and the Hilltop ceremony locations offer exceptional ocean views. We got married at Seaview Meadow, which had gorgeous natural flowers that brought in monarch butterflies on our wedding weekend (which made it even more special and magical). The barn offered plenty of space for our guests during our reception and was the perfect location to dance the night away with family and friends. We are incredibly grateful to have found this venue and cannot speak more highly of its charm and the folks that run it.Swallow Creek Ranch's reply:

Swallow Creek Ranch is Magical!
Swallow Creek Ranch, especially Jonna and Reid, were amazing hosts for our wedding weekend. They were extremely hands on while being extremely, kind, friendly, generous and hard working. They gave us the wedding of our dreams and went above and beyond anything we could have imagined. Absolutely Amazing!
We loved every moment planning and celebrating with Swallow Creek Ranch. Kyla was so helpful, so laid back, and such a joy to work with. We got married in the Seaview Meadow and had our reception in the beautiful blue dairy barn! The meadow was beautifully landscaped, but still kept its rustic Cayucos feel. It was the exact look and vibe we were going for. The barn comfortably fit our 165 guests with plenty of room for our dance floor! There are a multitude of locations on the property and across the highway to take newlywed and sunset pictures! We would recommend Swallow Creek Ranch to anyone wanting to get married in a beautiful and authentic central coast wedding! -

It was a dream to have our wedding at Swallow Creek Ranch! The moment we stumbled upon the ranch via Google searches, we immediately screamed, "WE HAVE TO GET MARRIED HERE!" Reviews and descriptions don't do justice! You have to see it for yourself to see why this venue is absolute magic! Our ease and confidence in working with Kyla was part of the reason why we booked even before visiting the venue. We just couldn't let it go!
Kyla has been so helpful throughout the entire process and we used many of the vendors she recommended! The best part for us was that Kyla was so genuine in giving us the flexibility and confidence in bringing in our own unique dreams and vision and oversaw the entire process professionally and delightfully! Our guests were raving how beautiful the entire event was, from the ceremony, reception, cocktail, back of the barn, bridal room, the hills, everything!! We will be re-living and reminiscing about our wedding day for a lifetime and Swallow Creek Ranch will hold a special place in our hearts. Perhaps, maybe on a future anniversary, we could come and visit and fall in love again at the place where our journey began!Swallow Creek Ranch's reply:

Aly Sent on 11/14/2017My husband and I got married at Swallow Creek Ranch this past October and it was a dream. Swallow Creek Ranch was exactly what we were looking for and I'm so happy we found it! We had a destination wedding weekend in Cayucos and it was a total blast! Everything was absolutely perfect. Kyla and her team were easy to work with and made the setup process as seamless as possible. They worked with us and our vendors on setup and strike. Everything was perfect and we cannot recommend this venue enough!!
