Cannot recommend this team enough!

We hired Haute Skillet for our wedding to do the catering, bartending, desserts, and our 6in photo op cake and everything was ABSOLULTELY spectacular. Multiple wedding guests came up to me the night of and the days after to tell me not only how delicious the food was, but how friendly all of the Haute Skillet staff was!
Everything was seamless with the passed appetizers, the buffet dinner (steak, salmon, and grilled polenta), the gorgeous display of desserts and cake, the wine and water on tables, the mixed cocktails, served beer and wine, the non alcoholic beverage table and coffee table, etc. We even moved our bar from outside to inside at the start of dinner and the staff did so with minimal downtime and no issues.
Leanne was so easy to work with in the planning process and promptly responded to all my questions/emails. I had zero stress about the catering/bar items going into the wedding from all our interactions.
Anna and her team are truly geniuses in the kitchen, we knew it would be good based on our tasting, but all of the food was cooked to perfection even in mass quantities (we had ~120 guests) and so SO delicious!!

I cannot thank this team enough for making our wedding day so special!

Anna and her brilliant team were MAGIC! From the frist interaction to the final good byes...Anna was amazing.

She helped make our reception a PARTY with her clever and delicious food. We didn't wanted your typical "wedding food". Her playful sandwiches and fun sides made everyone realizes it was not an uptight wedding. We wanted people to let loose and live it up and with the passed apps and the food truck feel...everyone realized we wanted a party! She set the mood for the whole day, nothing but love and fun! It was perfect!

Anna and her crew were nothing but on point with the food and the service! The food was spectacular everything was FRESH and hand crafted with amazing details. Great for any palate. My foodie friends LOVE it and the meat and potato guys are still talking about the pulled pork. Anna even took care of our gluten free people!

Anna made the process just too easy. Every question i had was answered and she made us feel so comfortable and at home with what could be stressful. Anna even took care of our bartender and ice. Every thing you need she will make happen and help with a SMILE!

Nothing but RAVE reviews here....call her up...hire her. If it is for a small party or big event...she will make it amazing and leave your guest happy and still talking about the food for years to come!

Delicious! One guest went back for thirds!

From the appetizers to the desserts, every aspect of Haute Skillet's food and service was incredible. We opted for the Taco Bar and are so happy we did! The setup was beautiful. People are still raving about the food and many said it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding.

We also got all our desserts (brownies, cookies, rice krispies treats and cake) from Haute Skillet. People loved the desserts too, there were none left by the end of the night! Thank you to Anna and her team!

Friendly and Delicious

Danielle and the Haute skillet did a phenomenal job at our wedding. They stuck with us through 2 years of pandemic delays and made it really easy to create a custom menu. The day of service was exceptional and the food...oh.my.goodness. Delicious doesn't do it justice. Do yourself a favor and set up a tasting. You won't be disappointed.
We have had many of our guests asking who did our catering as it was the BEST wedding food they (And we) have ever had.
We would absolutely recommend Haute Skillet to anyone looking for wedding or event catering.

Perfect wedding caterer!

We hired Haute Skillet for our rehearsal dinner and wedding back in June in SLO. They were SO easy to work with and very responsive. We were able to create two totally different menus and give our guests two different experiences that were delicious! We can't thank them enough, our guest raved about the food and helped make our wedding day PERFECT!!

Haute Skillet

Our October wedding at Croad Vineyards in Paso Robles was the best. We chose Haute Skillet because they could provide the plated dinner, passed appetizers, beer and wine bartender service, naked wedding cake and cupcakes for our anticipated 100 guests. So one vendor rather than three. Everything was fabulous. The feedback on our food was great. They worked seamlessly with our wedding planner Amanda Holder Events. Don't be fooled by the catering truck, everything was top notch. The staff was professional and exceeded by expectations. I would recommend this company to anyone with a moderate budget. We choose the truck salad, grilled vegetable (added some potatoes), and tri tip, chicken piccata and polenta as the main course choices. We added Ciabatta Loaves. For appetizer we chose smoked salmon and the bruschetta style toast. We would not have changed anything about the day.

My husband and I got married this past October at Swallow Creek Ranch in Cayucos and it was a dream. I loved working with Anna and her team. Anna was organized and helped us achieve the perfect dinner. Anna and her team served appetizers and food truck service in a timely manner for 200. Everything tasted amazing and people are still talking about how good the food was. We can recommend Anna and her team enough. Everything was perfect!

What the others around town are saying about Haute Catering is soooo true. Anna and her assistant were wonderful. We used their catering truck service for a outdoor garden wedding reception in AG and it was the "Best Wedding Food Ever!!" as told to us to this day by many of our friends and family. Well of course we absolutely agree! From the first tasting we were all hooked. Everything was so fresh, served hot and of nicely portioned that is so rarely found.

We started during cocktail hour with passed appies of Ahi Poke Wontons & Micro Greens and Burrata & Balsamic Toast. The main was Grilled Bacon Wrapped Shrimp, Grilled Rib Eye w/ Herbed compound butter , Grilled Portabella shroons and Potatoes Au Gratin, plated w/ Grilled Veggies and a Beet and Arugula Salad...Holy batman it was A m a z i n g!!! Even the grown ups were going up to the truck wanting some of the yummy mac n cheese that was made for the kids plates. At the last minute we asked if Anna could make a small cutting cake for the reception. Since it was in fall and the groom loves pumpkin she was able to whip up a naked 3 layer pumpkin spice cake with cream cheese frosting that was delic :)

What we experienced was gourmet artistry at its best. Just thinking about it know makes my mouth water. Thank you Anna and team for helping to make our special day that much better!!!

Amazing food and service!

I can't say enough positive words about Anna and her team! I hired HS for catering, bartending & cake for my recent wedding and was so thrilled with the service and quality. They are quick to answer emails, quick to accommodate requests and the food on day of was amazing! We are so grateful to their team for such a wonderful event. You will not regret hiring this amazing catering team for your upcoming wedding or event.

From our first meeting with Anna we knew we chose the right caterer for our wedding. Our guest list more than doubled from our original plan and Anna took it in stride. She helped us feel comfortable in the planning stage because of her confidence, and the end result was fantastic. Haute Skillet's food choices are amazing and we continue to get compliments from our guests on the passed appetizers as well as our main dish selections of Pan Seared Salmon, Grilled Ribeye, Portabella Mushroom and Balsamic Chicken. We were a bit concerned with the logistics of serving from a food truck with 182 guests. However, due to Anna and her team's efficiency the meals were served quickly, hot and with a smile. We highly suggest Haute Skillet for your next catered event!
