HauteSkillet catered all the food at our wedding and there are truly no words to describe how DELICIOUS all of their food is - from the appetizers, to the homemade ciabatta bread, to the entrees, everything is truly incredible.
Leanne was our primary contact throughout the planning process and she was incredibly helpful with all the things we needed to coordinate in advance of the tasting and our big day. We knew immediately at the tasting that we were going to move forward. I was dreaming about the potatoes au gratin for weeks afterwards and looking forward to our wedding day to have them again! There is no other chef out there like Anna - not only incredible food, but beautiful presentation which made our wedding feel so elegant. All of our guests are still raving about the food. We will now be telling all of our unmarried friends to hire HauteSkillet so we can enjoy the food again - ha!
HauteSkillet also did our bartending services and they knocked it out of the park with that as well. Incredibly friendly staff and they made awesome drinks all night to keep our guests happy :) The entire team was so smiley and supportive too!

I can't say enough positive words about Anna and her team! I hired HS for catering, bartending & cake for my recent wedding and was so thrilled with the service and quality. They are quick to answer emails, quick to accommodate requests and the food on day of was amazing! We are so grateful to their team for such a wonderful event. You will not regret hiring this amazing catering team for your upcoming wedding or event. -

I cannot express how amazing Haute Skillet was for our wedding. Anna was highly recommended by our wedding planner. From the initial tasting to the final dish, they surpassed all of our expectations! The food was absolutely delicious - guests are still raving about the appetizers and entrees. The staff was professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. They were especially accommodating to dietary restrictions and some of our last minute changes. We opted for family style service and we are able to serve all 120 of our guests quickly and efficiently. We highly recommend Haute Skillet for any event - they will exceed your expectations.

Haute skillet was great to work with! They provided drop off catering for our small wedding and it was perfect. All of the food was hot and absolutely delicious, there was more than enough for the guests based off of their recommended quantities, and my wedding cake that they made was very cute and delicious! I cant recommend Haute Skillet enough. -

Haute Skillet was incredible from start to finish. They worked with us through two reschedules due to covid. Leanne was so helpful in the planning process and thought of everything for us. The day of staff was so kind and attentive, their service was exceptional. The food was AMAZING, we received so many compliments from our guests. Highly recommend the short ribs, salmon, mac, the truck salad and the pies! Couldn’t have chosen a better caterer. -

We hired Haute Skillet for our rehearsal dinner and wedding back in June in SLO. They were SO easy to work with and very responsive. We were able to create two totally different menus and give our guests two different experiences that were delicious! We can't thank them enough, our guest raved about the food and helped make our wedding day PERFECT!! -

Danielle and the Haute skillet did a phenomenal job at our wedding. They stuck with us through 2 years of pandemic delays and made it really easy to create a custom menu. The day of service was exceptional and the food...oh.my.goodness. Delicious doesn't do it justice. Do yourself a favor and set up a tasting. You won't be disappointed.
We have had many of our guests asking who did our catering as it was the BEST wedding food they (And we) have ever had.
We would absolutely recommend Haute Skillet to anyone looking for wedding or event catering. -

Our October wedding at Croad Vineyards in Paso Robles was the best. We chose Haute Skillet because they could provide the plated dinner, passed appetizers, beer and wine bartender service, naked wedding cake and cupcakes for our anticipated 100 guests. So one vendor rather than three. Everything was fabulous. The feedback on our food was great. They worked seamlessly with our wedding planner Amanda Holder Events. Don't be fooled by the catering truck, everything was top notch. The staff was professional and exceeded by expectations. I would recommend this company to anyone with a moderate budget. We choose the truck salad, grilled vegetable (added some potatoes), and tri tip, chicken piccata and polenta as the main course choices. We added Ciabatta Loaves. For appetizer we chose smoked salmon and the bruschetta style toast. We would not have changed anything about the day. -

Anna is the best. Not only is she nice, easy to work with but her food is fantastic. We chose her food truck for our wedding and it was such a hit. EVERYONE commented on our great the food was. Also the charcuterie board was EPIC!!! You cannot go wrong with Anna! -

From the appetizers to the desserts, every aspect of Haute Skillet's food and service was incredible. We opted for the Taco Bar and are so happy we did! The setup was beautiful. People are still raving about the food and many said it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding.
We also got all our desserts (brownies, cookies, rice krispies treats and cake) from Haute Skillet. People loved the desserts too, there were none left by the end of the night! Thank you to Anna and her team! -

We had a charcuterie table for appetizers, which was tasty and beautifully arranged. Then Anna made fetucchini, roasted vegetables, and salad for our main meal. The food was spectacular and there was plenty for second helpings. Their staff were professional and friendly. -

Haute skillet was prompt in responses and service was smooth. All my guests were so happy with the food that there were no leftovers! I would seek them out again to enjoy more of their menu on my own :) -

Delicious food that will have your guests going back for seconds!
We had Haute Skillet cater our wedding in May. It's been almost 6 months and our guests are still raving about the food. All the food was good from the main dishes to the appetizers. The most popular item was the pulled pork sandwich. Not only was the food phenomenal, the service was as well. Anna and her team went above and beyond. We were so happy to find that they provided wait staff, including the bartender, so we didn't have to go through multiple vendors. The food truck is is also amazing! It's styled so well that it won't clash with the wedding decor what so ever. It will only add to it! We hope to one day be able to again use Haute Skillet for future events or see at future events we attend so that we must once again enjoy their delicious foods. Thank you Anna and team! -

Anna and her team are wonderful! We booked them even before we had a tasting because they had such stellar reviews and didn't want to loose the date. I'm SO glad we did! My husband and I were so happy with the food and it was definitely a highlight with our guests too. The mac & cheese is incredible! We loved buffet style and there was plenty of food. My husband and I even enjoyed leftovers the day after!
Definitely book Haute Skillet for your event! You will be glad you did. -

Aly Sent on 11/14/2017My husband and I got married this past October at Swallow Creek Ranch in Cayucos and it was a dream. I loved working with Anna and her team. Anna was organized and helped us achieve the perfect dinner. Anna and her team served appetizers and food truck service in a timely manner for 200. Everything tasted amazing and people are still talking about how good the food was. We can recommend Anna and her team enough. Everything was perfect!

We used Haute Skillet for our wedding and overall had a great experience, especially when it came to the food, which was exceptional. Multiple guests told us the Santa Maria tri-tip was delicious. The hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour were also a standout, the ahi tuna wontons were cold, crisp, and incredibly refreshing on a hot day. The buffet service went smoothly, and all the guests had plenty to eat.
That said, there were a few service-related issues. The planning process wasn't the most flexible or accommodating. On the day itself, the bar service was okay, but there were times when the line got long and wasn’t managed well. Also, right after the champagne toast, staff cleared all drinks from tables as soon as guests hit the dance floor. This led to confusion and lots of wasted drinks, which felt unnecessary and rushed.
That said, the culinary experience itself was outstanding, and we’re very grateful for the quality and care that went into the food. With a bit more attentiveness on the planning and service side, this would have been a flawless experience.
