  Cannot recommend this team enough!

  We hired Haute Skillet for our wedding to do the catering, bartending, desserts, and our 6in photo op cake and everything was ABSOLULTELY spectacular. Multiple wedding guests came up to me the night of and the days after to tell me not only how delicious the food was, but how friendly all of the Haute Skillet staff was!
  Everything was seamless with the passed appetizers, the buffet dinner (steak, salmon, and grilled polenta), the gorgeous display of desserts and cake, the wine and water on tables, the mixed cocktails, served beer and wine, the non alcoholic beverage table and coffee table, etc. We even moved our bar from outside to inside at the start of dinner and the staff did so with minimal downtime and no issues.
  Leanne was so easy to work with in the planning process and promptly responded to all my questions/emails. I had zero stress about the catering/bar items going into the wedding from all our interactions.
  Anna and her team are truly geniuses in the kitchen, we knew it would be good based on our tasting, but all of the food was cooked to perfection even in mass quantities (we had ~120 guests) and so SO delicious!!
  
  I cannot thank this team enough for making our wedding day so special!

  The most delicious food!

  HauteSkillet catered all the food at our wedding and there are truly no words to describe how DELICIOUS all of their food is - from the appetizers, to the homemade ciabatta bread, to the entrees, everything is truly incredible.
  
  Leanne was our primary contact throughout the planning process and she was incredibly helpful with all the things we needed to coordinate in advance of the tasting and our big day. We knew immediately at the tasting that we were going to move forward. I was dreaming about the potatoes au gratin for weeks afterwards and looking forward to our wedding day to have them again! There is no other chef out there like Anna - not only incredible food, but beautiful presentation which made our wedding feel so elegant. All of our guests are still raving about the food. We will now be telling all of our unmarried friends to hire HauteSkillet so we can enjoy the food again - ha!
  
  HauteSkillet also did our bartending services and they knocked it out of the park with that as well. Incredibly friendly staff and they made awesome drinks all night to keep our guests happy :) The entire team was so smiley and supportive too!

  I cannot express how amazing Haute Skillet was for our wedding. Anna was highly recommended by our wedding planner. From the initial tasting to the final dish, they surpassed all of our expectations! The food was absolutely delicious - guests are still raving about the appetizers and entrees. The staff was professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. They were especially accommodating to dietary restrictions and some of our last minute changes. We opted for family style service and we are able to serve all 120 of our guests quickly and efficiently. We highly recommend Haute Skillet for any event - they will exceed your expectations.

  Perfect wedding caterer!

  We hired Haute Skillet for our rehearsal dinner and wedding back in June in SLO. They were SO easy to work with and very responsive. We were able to create two totally different menus and give our guests two different experiences that were delicious! We can't thank them enough, our guest raved about the food and helped make our wedding day PERFECT!!

  Amazing Food!

  Haute skillet was great to work with! They provided drop off catering for our small wedding and it was perfect. All of the food was hot and absolutely delicious, there was more than enough for the guests based off of their recommended quantities, and my wedding cake that they made was very cute and delicious! I cant recommend Haute Skillet enough.

  WOW - amazing wedding food from Haute Skillet!

  Haute Skillet did an absolutely extraordinary job catering our wedding! We were not only blown away by the delicious food, but also by how smoothly and efficiently our 160 guests were fed. We had friends and family after the event commenting on how amazing the food was and how they couldn't believe how quickly they got everyone through the buffet. The Haute team was also extremely responsive in the planning process, and very patient with all our questions and changes! When we came for our tasting before finalizing the menu, the staff there was so friendly and warm, it really made for a great experience. So glad we hired Haute Skillet!!

  Our October wedding at Croad Vineyards in Paso Robles was the best. We chose Haute Skillet because they could provide the plated dinner, passed appetizers, beer and wine bartender service, naked wedding cake and cupcakes for our anticipated 100 guests. So one vendor rather than three. Everything was fabulous. The feedback on our food was great. They worked seamlessly with our wedding planner Amanda Holder Events. Don't be fooled by the catering truck, everything was top notch. The staff was professional and exceeded by expectations. I would recommend this company to anyone with a moderate budget. We choose the truck salad, grilled vegetable (added some potatoes), and tri tip, chicken piccata and polenta as the main course choices. We added Ciabatta Loaves. For appetizer we chose smoked salmon and the bruschetta style toast. We would not have changed anything about the day.

  Delicious Food

  We had a charcuterie table for appetizers, which was tasty and beautifully arranged. Then Anna made fetucchini, roasted vegetables, and salad for our main meal. The food was spectacular and there was plenty for second helpings. Their staff were professional and friendly.

  Took Our Wedding to the Next Level

  Haute skillet was prompt in responses and service was smooth. All my guests were so happy with the food that there were no leftovers! I would seek them out again to enjoy more of their menu on my own :)

  Incredible! Highly recommend.

  Anna is the best. Not only is she nice, easy to work with but her food is fantastic. We chose her food truck for our wedding and it was such a hit. EVERYONE commented on our great the food was. Also the charcuterie board was EPIC!!! You cannot go wrong with Anna!

  We have had the opportunity to work with Anna and her team on multiple events and they have always done an incredible job. From start to finish, they are quick to respond, helpful throughout the planning process, and provide excellent service - on top of that their food is great! As a wedding planner, I would highly recommend hiring Haute Skillet for catering any event.

  Danielle and the Haute skillet did a phenomenal job at our wedding. They stuck with us through 2 years of pandemic delays and made it really easy to create a custom menu. The day of service was exceptional and the food...oh.my.goodness. Delicious doesn't do it justice. Do yourself a favor and set up a tasting. You won't be disappointed.

  Great food, even better people!

  Anna and her team are top notch! We were on the hunt for a caterer after our first choice flopped during the tasting, and Haute Skillet came to the rescue. I had contacted Anna prior to that, and luckily she was not booked yet (only because our wedding was the same day as her birthday)! Thank goodness she took us because her food was amazing! The tasting was everything we wanted and she let us try so many different items that she had to offer, and they do it all so it was not easy to choose. We went Rib Eye and Salmon and both were to die for. She had a great team for our wedding day and everything went off without a hitch. We had them set up and breakdown our tables/place setting and that was such a life saver! They did a spectacular job all around and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much Anna you're awesome!

I had contacted Anna prior to that, and luckily she was not booked yet (only because our wedding was the same day as her birthday)! Thank goodness she took us because her food was amazing! The tasting was everything we wanted and she let us try so many different items that she had to offer, and they do it all so it was not easy to choose. We went Rib Eye and Salmon and both were to die for. She had a great team for our wedding day and everything went off without a hitch. We had them set up and breakdown our tables/place setting and that was such a life saver! They did a spectacular job all around and I would recommend them to anyone.   Amazing food and a great team!

  Anna and her team are wonderful! We booked them even before we had a tasting because they had such stellar reviews and didn't want to loose the date. I'm SO glad we did! My husband and I were so happy with the food and it was definitely a highlight with our guests too. The mac & cheese is incredible! We loved buffet style and there was plenty of food. My husband and I even enjoyed leftovers the day after!

  Delicious food that will have your guests going back for seconds!

  We had Haute Skillet cater our wedding in May. It's been almost 6 months and our guests are still raving about the food. All the food was good from the main dishes to the appetizers. The most popular item was the pulled pork sandwich. Not only was the food phenomenal, the service was as well. Anna and her team went above and beyond. We were so happy to find that they provided wait staff, including the bartender, so we didn't have to go through multiple vendors. The food truck is is also amazing! It's styled so well that it won't clash with the wedding decor what so ever. It will only add to it! We hope to one day be able to again use Haute Skillet for future events or see at future events we attend so that we must once again enjoy their delicious foods. Thank you Anna and team!

  The absolute best

  Ana and her team were incredible. It decided to rain ALL day for our wedding, so Ana coordinated with our venue host with the food truck and made it happen. The service was seamless and everyone raved about the food. I cannot recommend enough!!!!!

Anna was organized and helped us achieve the perfect dinner. Anna and her team served appetizers and food truck service in a timely manner for 200. Everything tasted amazing and people are still talking about how good the food was. We can recommend Anna and her team enough. Everything was perfect!

Although our guest list more than doubled to 182 guests from our original plan Anna took it in stride. She helped us remain calm and confident in her team's ability to pull off a great event. We continue to get compliments on the meals and appetizers from Haute Skillet. It was difficult to choose our meal selection from their wide variety of choices. However we were thrilled with the Pan Seared Salmon, Grilled Ribeye, Balsamic Chicken and Grilled Portabella Mushroom meals as well as the fantastic passed appetizers. We were concerned, due to the high number of guests, that serving from a food truck may not go smoothly. However Anna and her team pulled it off amazingly. We highly suggest Haute Skillet for your next catered event.
