Popolo provided outstanding catering for our wedding, and we couldn't be happier with their service. Their flexibility, communication, and responsiveness were top-notch, making the planning process seamless and stress-free.

The bartenders were fantastic, creating delicious drinks and being incredibly attentive to our guests' needs throughout the evening.

The food was exceptional— the tri-tip and brisket were cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, and the vegetarian options were equally impressive, offering delicious and satisfying choices for all our guests. Popolo truly exceeded our expectations and helped make our wedding day unforgettable. Highly recommended.

Popolo did an absolutely amazing job on our April 2026 wedding. We were working with Kat and Leon for almost a year and a half, and they were always very responsive and helpful. It made the wedding process so much easier and we felt like we were in SUCH good hands. On top of that, the food was AMAZING. We had so many people come up to us complimenting the food, and one of my best friend's immediately booked Popolo for their wedding catering and bartending based on their experience at our wedding. 100/10. We chose Popolo to cater our daughter’s wedding in Paso Robles, as we were looking for a solid buffet dinner for a barn wedding venue. We wanted our guests to have, not only a hearty meal, but quality prepared and delivered food. Popolo walked us through the menu, so that we could put together a well-rounded menu. They catered to our needs, and offered suggestions as needed. They were flexible in making changes, and they kept us informed along the way. Our wedding guests loved the food, and it was plentiful. Popolo catering catered our wedding this summer, and it was the best decision! Tasha and her team were wonderful to work with - she always responded to my emails within the business day and was so helpful with our many questions. The food was delicious on the day of!! The buffet went quickly and guests were not waiting for food long. Overall, highly recommend!

The catering staff at Popolo are superstars! First, Tasha was great to work with from day one. Very friendly and responsive and let me know when I asked for something I didn't need. She also gave us great suggestions for our vegan and gluten-free guests. The staff on the day of had to deal with the uncertainty of the rain, but they got our 140 seats set up in a flash! We had to move the reception inside and they did an amazing job! Everything looked fantastic! Not only was the service great, but so was the food! Lots of guests told us how much they loved the food. If we had to do it all over, we would choose Popolo again!
