Listen, this was not only the perfect venue for the view (10/10 chefs kiss), but also the management here goes beyond words!! Responsive, felt like every little and big question I had was answered and not with attitude but just full care and they not only met our budget but helped us with staying an extra day to enjoy the first night/day being married and they are so sweet. They were open to hearing our vision and working with us and even helping with ideas of what worked & didn’t work at other weddings (decor wise)! Just the best experience, we want to book again just to stay for vacation! It was such a beautiful experience and all the guests till this day cannot stop talking about the view - we are so grateful and cannot thank them enough!

To say that Villa Rosa is amazing would be an absolute understatement. This property and the hosts, Tiffany and Jeremiah are phenomenal! If there was a rating higher than 5 stars that’s what I would rate.

I rented this property to host my wedding rehearsal dinner as well as a spot to hang out after our wedding was over. It was absolutely perfect for both events. The house is gorgeous, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen has all new appliances and fully stocked kitchen ware, and a giant wine fridge! The downstairs outdoor area is beyond beautiful. The Backdrop and pool area was simply perfect, and display a beautiful scene of the Fallbrook mountains. Villa Rosa was perfect for my events, but any event hosted here would be great..

Throughout the entire process the property managers Tiffany and Jeremiah were wonderful to work with. They went out of their way to establish communication and make sure that we had everything we needed to make our stay and event the best it could be. They gave us the opportunity to tour the property multiple times to help with our planning. I could not be more satisfied with our stay and experience at Villa Rosa and working with Tiffany and Jeremiah. They even left us a little gift the first night of our stay. I appreciate them for being so accommodating for my events. I definitely am looking forward to another reason to stay at Villa Rosa again.

This venue provided the most picturesque backdrop for our 85 person wedding. Jeremiah and Tiffany's team were flexible and helped us get everything we needed together for our big day. Important things to note are the 10pm outdoor noise curfew and that it's in a remote location, so ensure your guests have a means of transportation. Would come back in a heartbeat!

From the moment we discovered Villa Rosa, we knew there was something incredibly special about it. We were one of the very first couples to book with Jeremiah after he had just taken over the property, and watching this place transform from dirt into a breathtaking hidden oasis has been nothing short of inspiring. We booked back in July of 2024 and at that point had no idea what was to come of Villa Rosa for our wedding weekend of July 11th 2025. We were BLOWN AWAY!

Through all the growing pains that naturally come with a construction process, Jeremiah and the team kept us informed every step of the way. And when something didn’t go exactly as planned—because let’s be honest, that’s just part of building something beautiful—they always showed up with a solution. They compensated for any inconvenience, provided thoughtful alternatives, and never once fell short on their promises. That level of integrity and follow-through is so rare, and it made all the difference in our planning experience.

The owners are the kind of people who roll up their sleeves and make things happen from the moment you book to the time of your stay. They’re ALWAYS all hands on deck, incredibly understanding, and committed to making every detail right. No request was too small, no challenge too big—they genuinely care about their couples and it shows in everything they do.

What started out as dirt—literally—was transformed into the most beautiful hidden gem we could’ve ever imagined. Every time we visited, it was more breathtaking than the last. The transformation was truly magical, and it felt like we were getting married in a space created just for us. Since our big day…everyone raves about Villa Rosa. It’s just THAT special.

I could’ve never imagined that my wedding day would be this perfect. Sure, everyone talks about how magical their wedding is—but Villa Rosa made mine feel tailored just for me, in every single way. Tiffany, the incredible event coordinator and owner of one-thirty five SD, is a true rockstar. From the very first phone call, she was warm, responsive, creative, and endlessly supportive. Every call, site visit, and text message in between was met with enthusiasm and care. Tiffany does the absolute most to make sure your vision comes to life, and if she doesn’t have the answer, she finds it. I am forever grateful to have met her through this journey—she’s not just an asset to Villa Rosa, she’s a powerhouse and now a friend.

And then there’s Jeremiah—he’s not just a businessman chasing the next venture. He has the heart, grit, and soul that this kind of work needs. Everything he does is driven by passion and purpose, and it shows in every conversation, every detail, and every inch of this incredible venue. Together, he and Tiffany are the dream team when it comes to turning wedding dreams into reality.

“If I could give zero stars, I would. I booked Villa Rosa in December 2024 after being shown renderings and promised the venue would be complete by February 2025. My wedding was scheduled for May 2025. but on March 25—just five weeks before my wedding day—they canceled my contract due to denied permits and “simply not equipped to support weddings”
I was forced to find a new venue last-minute, rework all my plans, and spend significantly more money. When confronted, they backtracked and claimed to be just a “private estate”and not a wedding venue, despite actively marketing themselves as a wedding venue on major platform & targeting brides!
The experience was incredibly stressful and misleading. I absolutely would not recommend.”
