Our private residences feature rich Hollywood history and architectural gems and offer convenient locations.These estates offer a breathtaking backdrop for any corporate event, wedding, or media location. Venues are either classic mid-century architecture or historic Spanish colonial movie colony estates all with period furnishings and authentic decor and are available to host weddings and other special occasions.

Sand Acre is a classic spanish colonial revival estate in the heart of the old Movie Colony across the street from Cary Grant’s iconic estate. Constructed circa 1933, this propererty is on a prized one-acre lot in-town and was famously the supposed "proposal spot' for Marilyn Monroe and Joe DiMaggio.

Sand Acre Estate is an opulent mansion venue. Featuring sprawling lawns, a romantic turreted balcony and an expansive pool/ spa patio area with poolside cabana and a private tennis court.

We have a preferred vendor list available for you with caterers, wedding planners, entertainment and other services that can assist you with your event. You may also use your own creative vendors.We encourage you to tour our venues in person upon appointment.
