Stallion Estate

Celebrate your wedding with room to settle in, gather your favorite people and enjoy the desert together. Set across five acres in Indio, Stallion Estate offers a private setting for celebrations of 30–250 guests, with accommodations for up to 28 overnight guests.

A three-night minimum stay gives you time to prepare, celebrate and unwind. Between wedding moments, enjoy the lazy river, pool and spa, mini bowling, theater, game room, pickleball and mini golf. A rehearsal dinner, welcome gathering or pool day can be part of your proposed weekend; approved gatherings, guest counts and hours are confirmed in your written event plan.

YOUR ESTATE STAY
We provide the home rental and approved event use. No wedding package is included. You and your planner arrange catering, bar service, tables, chairs, linens, florals, entertainment and other wedding services and rentals, which must be brought to the property.

SEASONAL PRICING ESTIMATES
October–April: three nights + event, $35,000; four nights + event, $40,000. The last three weekends in April are reserved for festivals and excluded.
May–September: three nights + event, $31,000; four nights + event, $34,000.

Estimates include the estate stay, event use, permits, fees and taxes, with accommodations for up to 28 overnight guests. Holiday rates may differ. Required security, parking and any required estate staff member are additional. Wedding services and rentals are separate. Your personalized proposal will confirm pricing and event details.

PLANNING YOUR CELEBRATION
We recommend our preferred planner, Trish Jones of The Walk Down the Aisle, who knows the estate. Planning services are contracted separately. You may use your own planner with advance coordination. Couples planning independently must follow our written event requirements and may need an estate staff member during event hours at an additional cost.

Events with more than 75 guests require restroom trailers. All vendors must be licensed, bonded and insured, with COIs naming Wanderlust Montage LLC as an additional insured. A Combined Wedding Policy with $2 million in liability coverage plus property protection is also required. Music and event hours must follow the approved schedule and applicable requirements.

GUEST PARKING
On-site parking is limited, so we recommend Uber/rideshare or shuttle transportation for wedding guests. When available, the neighboring lot may be rented separately for an estimated $1,000–$3,000, depending on vehicle count and any mowing or grading required. Availability and the final cost must be confirmed in advance.
