Arbor Terrace Wedding
Where do I even begin.... I attended a wedding at GT around 9-10 years ago and remembered telling myself I'd have a wedding here. Fast forward to September 2025 and the venue was just as beautiful as I had remembered. In addition to a gorgeous tropical setting, every single person at GT made our wedding day dreams come true. Danielle, our wedding coordinator, was a literal DREAM. She was PHENOMENAL. She provided logistics, organization, and paid attention to meticulous details that allowed myself and Chris to not stress, but fully enjoy and be present on our wedding day. GT lets you schedule three meetings with your coordinator leading up to your wedding day and I cannot stress enough that throughout the meetings and constant emails Danielle very quickly began to feel like a friend to both Chris and I. Her care, kindness, and gentleness allowed Chris and I to build a connection with our coordinator beyond having someone handle the logistics on the day of. We could look at Danielle and know that everything was going to be okay; she had every detail/instruction nailed to a tee!
The entire staff at GT was so pleasant and everyone moved so efficiently to keep the day flowing SO smoothly. My guests were shocked at how well we kept to the schedule and that truly is in part to how well the staff at GT is able to work with each other and the wedding couple. They also have a very strong list of preferred vendors and the collaboration and trust between each group to coordinate a wedding day is clear as day!
In addition to the staff being amazing, my guests were in AWE at the gardens and waterfalls. Chris and I chose Arbor Terrace and you would not believe the amount of guests that mentioned to us that the space was BEAUTIFUL. Our guests felt transported to another location and this was one of the main reasons why Chris and I chose this location. Our guests also LOVED the food and drinks! We were told repeatedly that this was some of the best wedding food they had ever eaten.
So thank you Grand Tradition for helping Chris and I have one of the best if not THE best day of our lives thus far and allowing us to start our new journey in the most magical venue!

Disney Magic in a Wedding Venue
I knew Grand Tradition was our perfect venue from the moment we stepped on property. They were able to accommodate a larger guest count, their ceremony site options were gorgeous, Beverly Mansion was exactly what we were looking for for our reception, the cocktail hour upgrade was icing on the cake! The property is immaculate and is very clearly well cared for. One of the best descriptions a staff member gave us was that it's like Disneyland - you, and your guests, never see behind the scenes - and it was true every step of the way! The bridal suites were updated and spacious, while still feeling intimate.
Everyone on staff was amazing! We ate brunch at The Veranda several times throughout the planning process and were always well taken care of. I loved building a community where I knew we'd be spending the best day of our lives. Sandra at the front desk was helpful on so many occasions and we could tell she honestly cared about us and our journey.
Our coordinator Jasmine was our PERFECT match. She was professional, responsive, helpful when it came to decision making or anything we were unsure about, and we never felt like she was trying to upsell us. Bonus points - she never made me feel like I was dreaming too big or like any idea was a dumb one. Jasmine offered honest opinions based on her expertise and experience that only benefited us in the end. She consistently went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable with every part of our wedding day and to accommodate our crazy schedules to make all our meetings happen. Jasmine was welcoming and fully involved from day one. We could tell Jasmine truly cared about us, our families, and making everything work - even when there was a difference in “wants” between families. There was no doubt in my mind that our wedding day would be anything other than perfect with Jasmine on our team. I’m sure every coordinator is incredible, I’d expect nothing less from Grand Tradition, but we are so blessed that we were paired with Jasmine. I credit Jasmine HUGELY for the magic of our day!

Best Day Of Our Lives!
Our wedding day was truly perfect from start to finish. Everything leading up to the event was well organized, and the day of the wedding went more smoothly than I could have ever imagined. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and created the perfect setting for our special day, with a high-end elegance that impressed everyone.
Our coordinator, Nicole, was incredible. She helped with everything throughout the planning process and was especially amazing on the day of the wedding. She was always available, attentive, and made sure every detail was taken care of so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Her support genuinely reduced my stress—if anything, the team helped mediate and ease it rather than add to it.
The entire staff was professional, friendly, and clearly well-coordinated. Everyone communicated seamlessly and knew exactly what needed to be done, which made the day flow effortlessly. The venue was also very affordable, and there were no unexpected stresses or issues.
Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the food, the atmosphere, and the overall high-end elegance of the venue, which meant so much to us. Overall, we had an amazing experience and couldn’t be happier with our choice. Five stars is truly not enough to reflect how satisfied we were. I can not say enough great things about our experience with Grand Tradition! We had booked with Grand Tradition back in 2023 and absolutely fell in love with everything about this venue. First off it transports you to a literal tropical vacation with its lush well kept grounds, it had waterfalls throughout the property, there is so much greenery and trees it really is a dream. The staff here are incredible, everyone we interacted with was very professional, nice and willing to help answer any questions we had. Grand Tradition includes so many things other venues do not one very important thing was their event coordinator. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Nicole and she was nothing short of perfect and amazing during the whole process. She is not just a day of coordinator she is a real full time coordinator that is there to help plan and be there for meetings, address any concerns, she was truly a valuable part of our experience. We wanted to add personal details that Nicole was able to arrange for us, she never said no, she always found a way to make things work for us. She is very responsive to emails and phone calls, we always felt valued. Once our wedding day came the staff at Grand Tradition blew us and our family's away. They were so efficient, any hiccups that occurred they fixed right away. They provided golf cart access to our elderly family members, everyone was greeted with our champagne of choice, I had a bridal assistant that stayed by my side the whole day, she was amazing as well. my bracelet had broken and she managed to fix it, she fixed my brothers button on his tux that had fallen off, she was always there with out signature drinks she made sure I stayed hydrated with water. Nicole was such a vital role in how the day played out, every time I asked for something she was right there, she was behind the scenes and made the day so perfect for Ken and I. I can not say enough good things about Grand Tradition and Nicole. We had our dream wedding at Grand Tradition, booking them was the greatest decision we made wedding planning. If your on the fence I would encourage you to book them. Thank you everyone at Grand Tradition for giving us such an amazing wedding we will never forget.

Absolutely Tropically Magical
We had our wedding here at Arbor Terrace in September 2025.
From the start, we were fortunate enough to meet with Scott who gave us a tour of all that GT had to offer. Then came our amazing wedding coordinator Danielle, who made us instantly comfortable with her easygoing personality, always quickly responded to our questions, and provided reassuring guidance leading up to the wedding. Come the day of the wedding (and for this, we also want to highlight and call out Noelle for being amazing), we were checked on throughout the night, our needs were always placed first, and the schedule was adjusted flexibly to adapt to delays. We were beyond satisfied with the level of support we received by all the staff at GT.
In commenting on the food, many guests commented on the buffet selection being “some of the best wedding food they've had". Many guests also commented on the beauty of Arbor Terrace and for those who traveled from afar, comments were made of "this was worth the trip".

Wedding at Arbor Terrace
The professionalism the day of the wedding was 10/10! Jasmine was our coordinator and did an absolute amazing job. HIGHLY recommend her when planning your wedding. She made it feel like I was planning it with a friend. Always returned my calls, emails, texts in a timely manor. She truly made the process easy when I look back on everything. She made the wedding day seamless and ran things very professionally and calmly. The venue was gorg! At first we thought it was expensive, but when the wedding was all said and done- it was worth every penny! We wouldn’t change anything! HIGHLY recommend this place and Jasmine as your coordinator.

Dream Wedding at Grand Tradition
The Grand Tradition team made my dream wedding come true, at their Arbor Terrace venue. When we were first touring the venue, I was blown away. I’m talking jaw-on-floor: blown away. The waterfalls (plural, yes), well-manicured trees and tropical plants, and small touches all made me look at my (now husband) and say “wow, this is the place.”
Danielle Main was our day-of coordinator, and she supported us with organizing our planning steps, what to expect, and was there to help it all go smoothly on our big day. She helped take so many of our logistical worries away.
The rest of the staff also played a pivotal part in making the day go smoothly. The servers, bartenders, golf cart attendants, parking attendants, and many more, helped everyone feel cared for and relaxed. They were absolute rockstars. Even when there were a few hiccups on our end, the team made it so that we barely noticed anything went wrong. It felt like a movie, fairy tail, everything you want from a wedding venue.
Our guests keep telling us how much fun they had, how beautiful the venue was, and how tasty the food was too. We are so happy we chose Grand Tradition as our wedding venue, and certainly recommend it!
P.S. when you go for your menu tasting, the food might be underwhelming due to the fact that they make so many different things for the tastings. Trust us when we say that your food on your wedding day can be WAY better (more tender, moist, to YOUR taste) on your big day. Just tell them how you want things cooked, and they will make it happen. They certainly did for us.

BEAUTIFUL venue and INCREDIBLE staff for wedding!
Got married @ Grand Tradition (Arbor Terrace) in April 2025. Molly, our coordinator, was incredible from beginning to end. She was thorough in each meeting, was super helpful and answered all our questions, and SO PATIENT! For the wedding rehersal and wedding day, she made sure everything went smoothly - we barely had to stress about anything. Our whole bridal party loved her because she was so on top of everything! Everyone raved about how beautiful the venue was, and how good the food tasted. If you're looking to get married in Southern CA - please check out Grand Tradition!
