Misty was so easy to work with! We made a decision on a cake less than 2 weeks before the wedding and she was so flexible with us!! She has so many unique flavors to choose from and they were delicious! We went with a white cake and an apricot filling! She was down the street from our venue in Fallbrook and delivered the cake and cupcakes for us. Our florist worked with her to flower the cake and when I finally walked into the reception for our entrance, our desserts looked incredible! She was reasonably priced which made our decision easy. We had Briarmist make our wedding cake. It exceeded our expectations! The cake was a beautiful work of art. In fact, some of our guests thought that the cake was fake. Not only was it stunning, but it was so delicious! We were lucky to get a taste during the cake cutting, because there was not a single slice left by the end of the night.

Misty is extremely professional. My husband and I were planning the wedding from out of state and she was so kind to work with my family in town to deliver a cake better than we could have ever imagined. Misty you are truly gifted! Misty is amazing and so are her cakes! She was very easy to coordinate with and was able to have our initial meeting last minute. We wanted a very unique but fun and delicious cake at our wedding. We got the whole package! Misty really listened to what we wanted and was able to bake us our dream cake. All of our guests loved it! From the taste to the way it looked, we had many compliments. We had some leftover cake that we were still eating a week after our wedding. It was just as moist and delicious as it was on our wedding night! We had to reschedule our original wedding date due to Josh's deployment, but Misty was able to make our cake for our new date. She is very easy to work with. Misty was great! Her friendy demeanor made working with her easy. We reside in Florida and she was very flexible with our travel dates to schedule a cake tasting. The cake was fabulous!! During our first dance, I looked over and saw the cake table and just was so thrilled! It was just so magical and went so well with our fairytale wedding! I loved the flowers and the colors and how you were able to duplicate the cake from the cover of the Weddingstar magazine I carried around for an entire year! Misty was wonderful and her cake is mouth watering! Not only did my cake look like something out of a magazine, it also tasted good too! She nailed it in terms to making it look EXACLY like I wanted! The negative reviewer must be "extra picky" - because my cake was wonderful... I would definately recommend Briarmist cakes!
