Elegance on Display is a wedding cake bakery in Fallbrook, California. Founder and designer Jennifer Duarte has a special affinity for wedding cakes. She decorated her first cake at age 12 and hasn’t stopped since! Elegance on Display has been designing and creating beautiful, delicious cakes for couples in the San Diego area for 13 years. Jennifer herself has over 35 years of experience and has decorated thousands of cakes.

Each cake from Elegance on Display is customized to your individual taste and style. Your cake service includes a consultation with Jennifer herself, a review of hundreds of photos for inspiration, a private tasting, delivery and setup. For those with allergy concerns, gluten-free and lactose-free recipes are available. In addition to wedding cakes, Elegance on Display can also create the following treats:

Our Dream Wedding Cake
The cake itself was red velvet and absolutely delicious—moist, flavorful, and perfectly sweet. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about it, and we received so many compliments on both the taste and the presentation.
The attention to detail was amazing. Every decoration, texture, and color was executed perfectly, exactly as we had imagined. It was clear how much care and passion Jennifer and her team put into making our cake special.
And the best part? We even got to celebrate on the way back to Ohio by enjoying the rest of our cake—it was just as delicious days later!

The most amazing desserts!
Our wedding cake was special just for us and tasted absolutely AMAZING! I ate if for breakfast, lunch and dinner while on our honeymoon it was that good! Our dessert bar was filled with so many fun and adorable tasty treats, and my guests had nothing but amazing things to say about each item! 100% would recommend to any one else looking for a dessert vendor!
