Our experience at the Inn at Newport Ranch was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, it was clear we were in a place unlike any other—a place shaped by care, intention, and a truly remarkable team. We had dreamed of a setting that would bring our small, close family together in celebration, and the Inn exceeded every hope. We had our wedding at Carneros in the fall of 2024, and it was an absolute dream! After our initial tour of the venue, we had our fingers crossed that the estimate would be within our budget, and we were ecstatic when it was. The service from start to finish was amazing. Jessica, our event manager, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and truly a pleasure to work with. The catering service was prompt and professional, and the food and drinks were incredible. The property itself is so gorgeous and luxurious, whether it's the venue spaces or the accommodations. It truly felt like a "wine country" wedding and was the perfect location for our intimate, romantic ceremony and reception. I don't know if people were just being kind, but we had guests saying it was the best wedding food and most gorgeous venue they've experienced. I cannot recommend Carneros enough, and we are so incredibly grateful for everyone and everything there.

Please consider using the Hyatt Regency Sonoma Wine Country for your wedding! We found this hotel about a year ago and fell in love with the outdoor space and perfectly sized banquet room for our big day. We held the ceremony outside on the lawn in front of the gorgeous water wall, entertained our guests at cocktail hour on the outdoor patio, and moved everyone right inside for the reception. We also were able to take stunning wedding photos outside at several different beautiful spots. It was such a pleasant experience to have everything on site and not require our guests to travel from place to place. Our initial contact, Cristina, and the woman who took over for her when she was promoted, Katie, were exceptional to work with and the hotel should be proud of their representation of the company. They were communicative, helped us along throughout the entire process, answered ALL of our questions, helped us to feel comfortable about every aspect of the event, and followed through on the big day so that everything went according to plan. Additionally, the event staff (led by Sal) was exceptional, as well, and allowed our guests to have a great time. Their service was seamless, professional, and considerate of all our guests. We had a wedding of 70 which fit into their smaller banquet room perfectly, and they certainly have the capacity to fit much larger groups into bigger banquet rooms. The room was setup and decorated on time and beautifully. The tables, bar, DJ stand, cake table, were all setup to our guidelines. The ceremony space was set up with the appropriate number of chairs and it looked amazing. The one thing that you may be nervous about is that the ceremony space is near the freeway, but let us put you at ease. Our wedding was on a Saturday at 5pm and we never heard the freeway. The water wall is purposely running to create just the right amount of white noise to drown out any road traffic, but to be honest there wasn't any. Our guests were able to hear our vows clearly and any fears of car noises was quickly put to rest once we were in the space and realized that it wasn't a thing. We chose the family style dinner option for our guests and it was a total success. The hotel provided large platters of food to each table and the guests served themselves...and each other. We heard from many guests that this was a really fun change from the typical plated or buffet dinner and allowed for greater conversation and interaction. The food itself was definitely the best "wedding food" we have ever had. We served prosciutto wrapped chicken and filet mignon, with sides, and everything was delicious! The kitchen staff really outdid themselves! We were anticipating that the food would be good, but not great because it is difficult to cook for that many people at one time. The staff at the Hyatt excelled in this area! We still have guests coming up to us and telling us that the food was exceptional. All in all we are so extremely happy that we chose to work with the Hyatt and we cannot recommend it and it's staff highly enough. If you have any doubts just get in touch with Katie and she will set your mind at ease. She is a delight to work with and will answer any and all questions that you may have. We know that if you choose the Hyatt for your wedding you will be just as happy as we were!

The Embassy Suites Napa Valley is a beautiful venue with courtyards, fountains and beautiful foliage. We had the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception at the hotel and could not have been more pleased with the outcome. The food was tasty and the service was exceptional and the staff go above and beyond to assist.

We got married at the Solage last week and we could not recommend the venue enough! It really is a mixture of luxury along with a twist of California casual. Everyone on the Solage team was so helpful in making our vision come to reality - from the sales department, to the events planning team, to the valet, to the catering and hospitality staff. We - along with our guests felt extremely taken care of. The food is some of the best that we've ever had in a wedding context! The team really goes out of their way to make you feel valued before, during, and after your wedding day. The space is also just generally stunning, so its a super special experience for your guests.

We recently hosted our wedding at Dr. Wilkinson's Backyard Resort & Mineral Springs, and we truly couldn’t have imagined a more perfect setting for our big day. From the moment we arrived, the entire property exuded a fun, laid-back charm that perfectly fit our vision: a modern, relaxed celebration with a touch of vintage Calistoga magic. The team at Dr. Wilkinson’s went above and beyond to make everything seamless. From coordinating room blocks for our guests to helping us plan the welcome party by the pool, they were responsive, thoughtful, and incredibly easy to work with. The property itself is beautiful—stylish, quirky, and intimate, with a mid-century-meets-modern desert vibe that wowed our guests. The mineral pools and spa treatments were a huge hit with everyone, especially for those looking to unwind before or after the festivities. Our guests are still talking about the mud baths! We especially loved the mix of indoor and outdoor spaces—perfect for our ceremony under the trees and an evening reception that flowed effortlessly between the courtyard and the main lodge. If you're looking for a unique, charming, and effortlessly cool venue in wine country, Dr. Wilkinson’s is it. It felt like our own private resort for the weekend, and we’ll forever cherish the memories we made there.

We had the absolute best time at Silverado! We got married at Silverado (the Grove) summer of 2023, and absolutely loved the resort as a wedding venue and space to host our guests (nearly everyone came from out of town). The staff were so welcoming from day one, and Silverado provided our suite with thoughtful touches and surprises throughout our wedding weekend. Our wedding coordinator, Katie Records, was an absolute joy to work with — always super prompt with communication and willing to go above and beyond with everything including the last minute addition of patio umbrellas for a near 100 degree wedding day. Very few Napa wedding venues can offer the all inclusive experience of Silverado, with on site accommodations and above and beyond services, all in a beautiful setting. Highly recommend!

When choosing a hotel for a destination wedding in Napa Valley, there are many variables in play: from ease of access to our guests traveling through California by way of Boston, MA, to the proximity to the wedding venue, local attractions/downtown, and finally the hotel amenities including on-site food & beverage. The Westin Verasa Hotel checked all these boxes, but what stood out even more was the over the top hospitality. Judith Perkins and her team in the Catering & Sales Department for the Westin Verasa is the absolute best. From the time we met Judith a little more than a year before our August 2023 wedding, we knew we were in great hands. Judith made it so easy for us to coordinate our room block for all of our traveling guests while also providing us with After Party options at The Bank Café & Bar as well as Post Wedding Brunch on the Verasa Fireside Terrace. Matteo was instrumental in assisting us on site with each of the parties on Saturday evening and Sunday morning. Both the late night bar snacks and next day breakfast foods prepared by Chef Ken Frank were outstanding. The onsite hotel staff was excellent from check in to check out. The front desk & concierge were extremely helpful in assisting our guests with recommendations and the valets were gracious in providing local complimentary transportation downtown to shops & dining. Housekeeping was prompt & professional, ensuring our rooms were always neat & tidy including a visit prior to our photographers arrived to start with pictures. Judith & Matteo represented The Westin Verasa with expert class and professionalism, and we are forever grateful for them and the entire team for hosting our family & friends!

Highly highly highly recommend! My wife and I were married in June 2023 and after a lot of back and forth on venues a year prior, we settled on the Mission Inn (specifically the Sonoma Golf Club) as our venue. The SMI team was absolutely incredible. Debbe was amazing during the beginning stages of getting us under contract. Tracy took us the rest of the way as our wedding coordinator - I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else for the year prior to the big day. Both Debbe and Tracy were phenomenal, I can’t say it enough. Between the welcome event we had at the Mission Inn and the actual wedding at the Sonoma Golf Club, the SMI team blew us away. The food was perfect and most importantly - served on time. Every detail was accounted for all weekend. This team is so incredibly competent at running an elegant wedding weekend, we were so impressed. Anyone that is considering a wine country wedding should consider a wedding at the Sonoma Mission Inn and/or the Sonoma Golf Club. Thank you again Tracy, Debbe, and the entire SMI team! My wife and I will forever be grateful and we can’t wait to come back and stay at the hotel for many years to come!
