Afterward, the venue's Council Bluffs setting is available for stunning ocean-side cocktail hours. Featuring a fire pit surrounded by rocks, this grassy haven offers an inspirational setting to mingle with loved ones. The venue accommodates up to 99 guests for warm-weather outdoor receptions on the West Lawn. Set against the backdrop of the old farmhouse, this bucolic setting feels open and inviting. The Newport Room is the ideal site for intimate wedding banquets, with a capacity for up to 49 guests. Surrounding windows allow couples and their loved ones to admire the picturesque surroundings from the elegance of the dining room. This sophisticated space can be transformed to reflect soon-to-be-weds personal styles and visions. Get-ready rooms provide a private place for the wedding party to relax and prepare for the ceremony.
