We threw together our tiny covid-safe ceremony at Harvest Inn in about a month, after originally postponing our big wedding to 2021. We had never even seen the venue in person.

Harvest Inn itself is an absolutely gorgeous location, it feels like it fell out of a fairy tale. On top of that, they're adjacent to a vineyard which makes the perfect backdrop for the ceremony, and you're allowed to take photos in the vineyard which completes the wine country wedding experience in my opinion.

Not only is the location completely idyllic, but the entire staff is SO NICE. Steve, the event director, was incredibly patient and responsive to all of my questions as we were planning the event. He also had me give his contact information to my mom and our vendors so that they could talk to him directly about various aspects of planning. On the day of the wedding, Steve helped coordinate the timing of everything, even signalling to me when I should make my entrance because I couldn't hear my music cue. During dinner the service was impeccable, the food was outstanding, and they let us sit around chatting until almost midnight even though dinner service was supposed to end at 7:30. I could go on and on about how incredible this experience was. We're so grateful to Harvest Inn & the team there for making it so perfect.

We had our wedding in December of 2022 at Harvest Inn. When we first stepped into the property to check it out, we instantly fell in love with the picturesque and storybook like charm the venue had. Then we walked towards the vineyard and fell in love with the rustic vineyard view. We instantly knew that this would be the venue for our wedding. The Harvest Inn staff were extremely helpful, approachable and accommodating. They truly made the planning process easy for us, which put as at ease throughout the planning process leading up to our big day! What made it extra convenient for us is also having lodging on-site, which made it easy for us and our guests to easily walk into the ceremony and reception from the guest rooms. We did not have to worry about shuttles or transportation, but Harvest Inn did provide a private shuttle to venues nearby, which we utilized for our wedding rehearsal dinner at a restaurant about a mile away from Harvest Inn. We, and our guests, truly enjoyed our experience at Harvest Inn, and created such beautiful memories in such a rustic charming venue. We highly recommend this wedding venue.

This review is for our wedding at Harvest Inn, which was absolutely wonderful. Specifically, we worked with Brenna - who was awesome and we loved working with!

First off, we originally planned for our wedding to be in 2020 but it was delayed multiple times until June 2022. Despite all these changes, Harvest Inn was flexible and accommodating. They were kind enough to honor our original rates, and prioritized our every need to make us feel as comfortable as possible during these crazy times. We truly appreciated this, as we're sure it must have been a difficult time for their business as well - but they really put customer needs first, and it shows.

The venue itself is just gorgeous. It really felt like a hidden gem in Napa on the valley floor with its perfect backdrop of the vineyards, mixed in with redwoods, AND green mountains in the distance. We honestly couldn't believe we found such a picture-esque spot. And all our guests couldn't stop commenting on how charming and beautiful the venue was.

Food & drink were A+. Portion sizes are generous (even with family style) and the courses came right on schedule. They even took our feedback during the tasting to heart when we asked for more sauce or less sweet on specific items. Everyone left feeling very full and satisfied. We opted for an open bar with customized drinks, which our guests were very happy with. Drinks were delicious and nothing was watered down (even the shots haha).

All in all, we really fell in love with Harvest Inn and don't believe we could have picked a better wedding venue. We're already planning to come back for our anniversaries, and look forward to our next visit.
