Amazing experience!
Amazing venue and team
Harvest Inn itself is an absolutely gorgeous location, it feels like it fell out of a fairy tale. On top of that, they're adjacent to a vineyard which makes the perfect backdrop for the ceremony, and you're allowed to take photos in the vineyard which completes the wine country wedding experience in my opinion.
Not only is the location completely idyllic, but the entire staff is SO NICE. Steve, the event director, was incredibly patient and responsive to all of my questions as we were planning the event. He also had me give his contact information to my mom and our vendors so that they could talk to him directly about various aspects of planning. On the day of the wedding, Steve helped coordinate the timing of everything, even signalling to me when I should make my entrance because I couldn't hear my music cue. During dinner the service was impeccable, the food was outstanding, and they let us sit around chatting until almost midnight even though dinner service was supposed to end at 7:30. I could go on and on about how incredible this experience was. We're so grateful to Harvest Inn & the team there for making it so perfect.

On the day of, their staff went above and beyond. Matthew, Kelly and Shawn helped coordinate all of our vendors that came in, oversaw the setup of the three different spaces we used (ceremony site, cocktail hour and reception), and stuck around for a good portion of the night to make sure everything was running smoothly. They put out candles that they knew I wanted when I had forgotten to, made sure that the DJ was properly setup after he was having issues and helped serve/bartend when my guests were rushing over to the drinks after the ceremony. The waitstaff (shout-out to Juan!) made every single one of our guests feel so special.
As to the property itself, it is absolutely stunning. With the beautiful grape vines nestled in the background, flowers blooming all over the property, and the cute cottage feel that make up all of the rooms, we couldn't get enough. All of our guests commented that it was one of the more beautiful properties that they had been to. Everyone hung out at the pool, ate at the restaurant located on property and had late-night drinks on the patio of the lobby.
Harvest Inn will be a place we visit time and time again to remember this momentous weekend in our life.
