We had our wedding in December of 2022 at Harvest Inn. When we first stepped into the property to check it out, we instantly fell in love with the picturesque and storybook like charm the venue had. Then we walked towards the vineyard and fell in love with the rustic vineyard view. We instantly knew that this would be the venue for our wedding. The Harvest Inn staff were extremely helpful, approachable and accommodating. They truly made the planning process easy for us, which put as at ease throughout the planning process leading up to our big day! What made it extra convenient for us is also having lodging on-site, which made it easy for us and our guests to easily walk into the ceremony and reception from the guest rooms. We did not have to worry about shuttles or transportation, but Harvest Inn did provide a private shuttle to venues nearby, which we utilized for our wedding rehearsal dinner at a restaurant about a mile away from Harvest Inn. We, and our guests, truly enjoyed our experience at Harvest Inn, and created such beautiful memories in such a rustic charming venue. We highly recommend this wedding venue.

This review is for our wedding at Harvest Inn, which was absolutely wonderful. Specifically, we worked with Brenna - who was awesome and we loved working with!

First off, we originally planned for our wedding to be in 2020 but it was delayed multiple times until June 2022. Despite all these changes, Harvest Inn was flexible and accommodating. They were kind enough to honor our original rates, and prioritized our every need to make us feel as comfortable as possible during these crazy times. We truly appreciated this, as we're sure it must have been a difficult time for their business as well - but they really put customer needs first, and it shows.

The venue itself is just gorgeous. It really felt like a hidden gem in Napa on the valley floor with its perfect backdrop of the vineyards, mixed in with redwoods, AND green mountains in the distance. We honestly couldn't believe we found such a picture-esque spot. And all our guests couldn't stop commenting on how charming and beautiful the venue was.

Food & drink were A+. Portion sizes are generous (even with family style) and the courses came right on schedule. They even took our feedback during the tasting to heart when we asked for more sauce or less sweet on specific items. Everyone left feeling very full and satisfied. We opted for an open bar with customized drinks, which our guests were very happy with. Drinks were delicious and nothing was watered down (even the shots haha).

All in all, we really fell in love with Harvest Inn and don't believe we could have picked a better wedding venue. We're already planning to come back for our anniversaries, and look forward to our next visit.

We just had our ceremony and reception consisting of 40 people here at the Harvest Inn. I can't put in to words how magical of a weekend we had and it was all thanks to Harvest Inn! From the start they provided plenty of correspondence, information and help in planning the wedding. They accommodated most if not all of our requests and made changes without hesitation as we changed our mind leading up to the day.
On the day of, their staff went above and beyond. Matthew, Kelly and Shawn helped coordinate all of our vendors that came in, oversaw the setup of the three different spaces we used (ceremony site, cocktail hour and reception), and stuck around for a good portion of the night to make sure everything was running smoothly. They put out candles that they knew I wanted when I had forgotten to, made sure that the DJ was properly setup after he was having issues and helped serve/bartend when my guests were rushing over to the drinks after the ceremony. The waitstaff (shout-out to Juan!) made every single one of our guests feel so special.
As to the property itself, it is absolutely stunning. With the beautiful grape vines nestled in the background, flowers blooming all over the property, and the cute cottage feel that make up all of the rooms, we couldn't get enough. All of our guests commented that it was one of the more beautiful properties that they had been to. Everyone hung out at the pool, ate at the restaurant located on property and had late-night drinks on the patio of the lobby.
Harvest Inn will be a place we visit time and time again to remember this momentous weekend in our life.

There are not enough words to be said about Harvest Inn, the whole team is truly incredible. My wife even said, “people are seriously stupid to get married anywhere else,” and it’s true, they are. Matthew and the team are incredible, patient, responsive, Everyone we encountered from the team went above and beyond to be so kind and make our wedding everything that it was. From Mike, our bartender, who made such incredible signature cocktails to the managers, Rion and Nathan who we could literally ask for anything. They would always try to make it happen. The porters, the drivers, the cleaning staff, everyone made us feel like family. The job Matthew did for us though was exceptional. He made our vision come to life, but really, made it more than we ever could’ve imagined. He knew exactly what we were going for and helped at us every step of the way to achieve it. He was always responsive to so so many crazy questions and requests, and somehow always makes it happen (within reason of course!). We still can’t come down off the cloud that was our wedding weekend at Harvest Inn. You’ll know when you walk in there...it’s something special.

Loved the venue. The food was excellent. Everyone loved it. Tedd was amazing!

We planned our elopement from out of state and felt comfortable with the responsiveness and professionalism of their consultant. Our Harvest Suite was great and the Harvest Table has delicious food and nice atmosphere.

The venue was absolutely beautiful and the food was phenomenal. All of our guests were definitely impressed with everything. The Harvest Inn had the perfect atmosphere for all small wedding and all of the staff were very helpful and made our wedding a success. Mike especially was fantastic during the rehearsal and on our weeding day. He made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Overall, I couldn't ask for a better venue.

The room booked to get ready the morning before the wedding was also great. It had plenty of room for my bridesmaids to get ready there too as well as stunning views of the vineyards.

We had an amazing weekend and the hotel staff was so accomidating and helpful. It was perfect and beautiful!

The inn is very good choice for wedding.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. This place is wonderful! The service is excellent. The staff members are professional. I love the breakfast buffet. And the site is breathtaking and romantic. We will definitely be back.

We had an amazing wedding at the Harvest Inn in late August. The setting was ideal for Napa with the vineyards in the back. The staff was amazing and everyone raved about the food. We had a great experience and would recommend it to anyone!

Peaceful venue with service oriented staff. Wooded property with wonderful photo opportunities. Rooms are spacious with comfortable surroundings.

I'm so glad we had our wedding at the Harvest Inn (May 2007). During the venue-searching process, the Harvest Inn was the first place we looked at. Due to the price, I got a little scared and looked elsewhere in the Napa and Sonoma valleys, but we just couldn't get the Harvest Inn out of our minds.

Like djrs also mentioned, the Harvest Inn is such a fantastic place. When turning onto their driveway from the 29, it's like you're entering another world. The grounds are incredibly lush, and the buildings so quaint - very fairy-tale like. The views...nothing less than spectacular. The vineyards and Mayacamus Mountains in the background make for an absolutely stunning setting.

Shana also came on during my planning process. She definitely impressed the socks off of me. She was always in contact, whether by phone or email, seeing how I was doing or if I needed help with anything. She was by far one of my favorite people to deal with in planning the wedding.

The experience you'll have at the Harvest Inn cannot be duplicated anywhere in the Valley. It's truly such a unique and gorgeous place. During the wedding, my guests couldn't stop commenting on what an outstanding place the Harvest Inn was...I had to agree!

The package was pricey but seemed to include so much, and the place was exceptionally beautiful. As we got closer to the event, I had some surprises. For example, I was told that they would set up the chairs for the ceremony and the tables and chairs for the reception. What was not conveyed by The Harvest Inn was that they would set up the tables and chairs for the reception, but I had to have someone move them to the proper place. I found this out the week before the wedding. Also, the only potable water we had access to was a hose. On the wedding day, the ceremony chairs were set up incorrectly, but luckily I caught the guy as he was finishing up so he was able to adjust it in plenty of time. It was such a beautiful wedding though, and we had a great time, so while I was put through some unnecessary stress at the beginning, on the day of we managed to work it out.
