When hosting your wedding at the Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resort & Spa, you can include up to 800 loved ones on your guest list. This hotel has three outdoor locations for you to choose from for your ceremony. The large grassy areas offer views of the bright blue ocean as you and your partner exchange vows. These spaces can be set up to match your personal style, whether that means billowing drapery, simple flower petals, or anything in between. Inside, the Richard Henry Dana Ballroom seats up to 600 guests for a banquet-style reception. This wide-open space can be arranged to align with your vision and decorated to complement your event’s theme. Tray ceilings with modern light fixtures illuminate the room from overhead, while wall sconces surround the room in a romantic glow. For larger receptions, tables can be arranged outside on the lawn so that guests can enjoy the warm coastal breeze.

Gorgeous venue on the water
Our event lasted a couple of days as we were there for a holiday weekend. The rest of the Marriott staff would congratulate us when we were at lunch/other times they'd see us around the hotel (they even comp'd my lunch!). They're wonderful people at this hotel and we can't recommend them enough.
The venue was beautiful -- a stunning night overlooking the water. We were lucky to have had perfect weather that day as the heat wave had subsided and there was no wind on the outdoor Vue Lawn. We were very worried about the weather leading up to the event, so definitely keep this in mind if you're planning an outdoor event.
Overall, thank you, Laguna Cliffs. We had the most wonderful and memorable weekend and much of it is thanks to you.
