We couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our wedding weekend at Hyatt Regency Newport Beach West! From the moment we toured the venue, the team made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. The property is beautiful, modern, and recently renovated, with gorgeous indoor and outdoor event spaces that photographed so well. Our guests absolutely loved the hotel, especially the convenient location near the airport and Newport Beach. The ballroom and lawn spaces transformed beautifully for our reception, and the staff made the entire evening feel seamless and stress-free. The banquet team was attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making our wedding special. One of the biggest reasons we chose this venue was how responsive and accommodating the events team was throughout the planning process. They were organized, flexible, and truly went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. We received so many compliments on the food, service, ambiance, and overall experience. If you are looking for a modern Orange County wedding venue with excellent service and a beautiful setting, we highly recommend Hyatt Regency Newport Beach West!

OCMA was an amazing wedding venue to work at. Been in the industry for a number of years, we've DJ'd venues all across California but found OCMA to our favorite one yet. The staff was wonderful to work with and the acoustic sound that this venue was able to produce was astounding. Our couple had the night of their lives here. Definitely OC's hippest new wedding venue right now and a hidden gem that probably won't be hidden much longer.

Wow!!! This was by far my favorite event from my wedding weekend. Jane was absolutely a delight to deal with- kind, thoughtful, creative and incredibly helpful. Bree was also such a pleasure to work with and to be honest I just love these gals! My events was so much fun- everyone enjoyed every minute. The food was fabulous, drinks were perfect, service amazing, the yacht was immaculate and the event was incredibly classy! Seriously even the sunset was perfection! I could not be happier!!!

Had our wedding here 2 weeks ago & had a great experience working with Alexis! Alexis always responded to my millions of questions & edits and made me feel at ease. She is great at her job! We were also able to do outside catering which is hard to find at a lot of venues! Day of wedding things went pretty smooth! Overall a great experience! :) highly recommend!

Everything was wonderful! From the venue to the food to the staff. It was amazing! Everyone raved about how beautiful the venue was and the setup! We will definitely recommend you all to anyone who is looking! Thank you for everything and your professionalism and your attentiveness to our needs! Special shout outs to Sandra and Darian. We hosted our wedding at Los Coyotes Country Club in December 2025, and it was truly the perfect setting for our special day. From the moment we began the planning process, we knew we had made the right choice. The venue itself is stunning. The grounds provided a beautiful, elegant backdrop for our winter wedding, and the ballroom felt both spacious and intimate, perfectly capturing the atmosphere we wanted for our guests. Our Hindu ceremony was held outside by the lake which was beautiful. The team maintained everything impeccably, and the service throughout the event was seamless. We had great vendors that helped us make our day special, and everyone worked so well with each other. A special and heartfelt thank you goes to Stacy. She was an absolute joy to work with and played a pivotal role in making our day successful. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and calm, professional demeanor took so much stress off our plates. She coordinated every aspect of the day with such care and expertise, ensuring everything ran exactly on schedule. She coordinated with our vendors as well. We felt completely supported and at ease knowing she was overseeing the logistics. If you are looking for a venue that combines professional service, a beautiful atmosphere, and a team that genuinely cares about your vision, we cannot recommend Los Coyotes Country Club enough. We had a wonderful experience with our venue, and especially working with Jane Wong. She was truly a pleasure to work with—always communicative, flexible, and incredibly on top of details. Throughout the planning process, she made everything feel smooth and really helped bring our vision to life. On the wedding day, everything came together beautifully, and we really appreciated how organized and supportive she was. It made a big difference in allowing us to enjoy the day. The only minor hiccup was that the food service timing wasn’t exactly as we had expected, though this may have been due to miscommunication with our coordinators rather than the venue itself. Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely recommend this venue, especially with Jane supporting your event.

We had 200-250 person Indian American Fusion wedding here. The venue was spectacular! It was beautiful, the staff was great, and we were able to use the outdoor space for our ceremony and indoor space for our reception.

Sara is great and easy to work with. My family has used this venue for many various events and they are always very accommodating. There is a total of three small ballrooms that can open up into one big ballroom. The big ballroom can comfortably seat 400+ people, and I believe the venue requires at least 300+ people in order to book all three rooms. This venue is perfect for big weddings!

Kayla and Marie were incredibly professional and helpful throughout the entire process. They always got back to us if we had any questions or wanted to make any changes. They had great suggestions on how to make the venue look fantastic and knew exactly how best to fill the space. This venue was absolutely perfect! Our guests were blown away by how beautiful the barn looked. Our night went off even better than expected and our family can't stop talking about it! Thank you, Kayla and Marie!!
