We had my daughter's wedding at Fairview Green River. It was gorgeous, The venue was exactly as we wanted. Darian our coordinator was amazing. She was there to help with every question and detail we needed. Thank. you so much Darian! Everything was perfect .

We attended my niece’s quinceañera in March of 2025. Everything was amazing, from the ceremony to the food to the music and celebration. Sandra really made it happen and everyone was very happy and had a blast. We were so impressed with how smoothly everything went that we are excited to work with Sandra for our daughter’s quinceañera in June 2026. We look forward to working with Sandra.

We recently had our Celebration of Life for my son at Fairview Green River. I was completely amazed at how well organized and beautiful the venue was setup and the food was excellent. Sandra who is the director of events was amazing and in contact continually from start to finish. This was the most difficult time of our life but the care and planning was beyond what we could have imagined. The entire staff was exceptionally courteous and professional. I honestly can not imagine having this anywhere else but at Fairview Green River. Thank you Sandra and the entire staff for helping to make this such a beautiful Celebration of Life.

Sandra was absolutely amazing—so helpful, kind, and always available. She made the entire planning process so easy and stress-free. Her attention to every little detail and her constant support truly made all the difference. She was with us every step of the way, even helping the day after to gather my things. Sandra truly goes above and beyond, and planning our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without her.

Darian was equally wonderful! She helped finalize our schedules and selections, and she was such a joy to work with. On our wedding day, when my bridal bouquet unexpectedly fell apart, she immediately jumped in to fix it and reassured me that everything would be okay. She calmed me in such a stressful moment—she was truly a lifesaver.

These two coordinators were heaven-sent, and we are so grateful for their care and dedication. The venue itself was stunning—remodeled from top to bottom before our big day, it looked elegant and magical. The food was absolutely delicious, and our cake turned out exactly as I envisioned (and even better!).

We feel so blessed to have celebrated our wedding here. It was truly the best day of our lives. From the bottom of our hearts—thank you, Sandra and Darian, for making our wedding everything we dreamed of and more.

The package she offered made the planning process easier; it took the stress out of planning.
All the vendors they use are top notch, food was great, cake was amazing, DJ was great, had everyone dancing all night, amazing dancing music. The in-house catering was all amazing! My guests commented on how delicious the food was! The appetizers were fantastic. An hour before the event was over, we had Bacon Wrapped Hot dogs for a snack, they were delicious. Highly recommend.

Fairview was the perfect place for our wedding! The venue is absolutely beautiful, the food is delicious and the coordinator Sandra is amazing! She was so helpful throughout the entire process and made everything go as smoothly as possible! I can't recommend her and this venue enough!

Overall, they helped make the wedding planning process smooth and were very responsive. Sandra made sure to address all of our concerns and helped us achieve our vision for our big day. Communication was very clear and she was always responsive. She was also mindful of our budget and worked with it well. At the rehearsal and day of the wedding, Sandra and Darian were both present and very attentive not only to making my vision come to life but also just making everything simple for me so I could enjoy the day. My wedding was 2 days ago and omg was it perfect. I have nothing but good things to say about green River. I booked the venue a year and a half ago and have been in constant communication with them. Danielle was my coordinator and she is an absolute gem. You can tell when someone takes great pride in what they do and that’s definitely her. When I first booked I was confused and didn’t know where to start. They give you a bridal binder/guide to do list so I stayed there. Anytime I had any kind of question whether it was tiny or big all I have to do is send her an email and she replied very promptly never more than one day. But usually as short as an hour. Which we know is vital when making decisions and planning. The rehearsal the night before was so good. Danielle went the extra mile to make sure everyone was on point and knew what to do we did two run throughs she even waited for a member of ours that was late and we never felt rushed or left with questions. The day of was so smooth. Danielle and Fiona were there from the moment my vendors arrived at 9 am until my grand entrance at 3pm. Telling us everything every step of the way which is important if you are someone with anxiety about how weddings work because believe me I know absolutely zero but that didn’t matter. They were on top of fixing my train, veil and bustle. If something went wrong she literally ran not walked to fix it. Absolutely recommend.
The general manager was also very nice and accommodating. I had a small complaint and he worked with me until I was 100% satisfied. When you’re spending thousands of dollars you want to go somewhere you are cared about and listened to and that is this place.
The environment was clean and the ambience was warm and beautiful on our December wedding. The course is lush and green and tended to amazingly. Great views for outdoor photos.
Servers were timely and attentive. I’ve been to weddings where they rush the guest to leave or start cleaning right from under you . None of that took place here.
The in house dj did everything I wanted and needed. No hiccups. I even gave him free rein to play what he saw fit for dinner and it blended seamlessly with the rest of my playlist. My day was perfect.

I don’t live anywhere near Fairview Greenriver, my family chose the venue for me. We flew here to get married. Danielle helped plan everything from afar and went above and beyond to make sure absolutely EVERYTHING was taken care of and that all of our needs were addressed. It is hard to put into words when someone does such a FANTASTIC job because there truly aren’t enough words to describe just how EXCELLENT the service at this venue was from start to finish. Danielle made sure absolutely everything was accounted for, her attention to detail, the care that she gave to addressing our families and making sure all the taskings were completed. Where do I even begin? Danielle is a CHAMPION and we can say that she and her team to include Fiona made everything just SO SO special!!!!!

She always checked in to make sure all of the little things that can be missed were checked off our list. Her kind demeanor spoke volumes and she is truly a MASTER PROFESSIONAL. This venue is SO much more gorgeous in person than it is on their website. We went to see it for the first time on a Friday and trusted our family to book our wedding space, we got married that Sunday. We couldn’t be more grateful to everyone that worked on our event, the staff is truly wonderful!!! We LOVE everything about Fairview GreenRiver. SO happy we got married at this location, the scenery is VERY PRETTY!!!
