Museum Wedding Venues in Orange County

OCMA was an amazing wedding venue to work at. Been in the industry for a number of years, we've DJ'd venues all across California but found OCMA to our favorite one yet. The staff was wonderful to work with and the acoustic sound that this venue was able to produce was astounding. Our couple had the night of their lives here. Definitely OC's hippest new wedding venue right now and a hidden gem that probably won't be hidden much longer.

This venue was everything my husband and I were looking for. Our guest were amazed how beautiful and open this place was. Jamie and her team are always there if you need them. Thank you for all your help!

I had my wedding at the Gray Matter museum. The event set and the whole staff made my day perfect! I originally was going to have the reception on the lawn and it started pouring and the whole staff moved the whole set up inside. All the chairs for the ceremony got wet and right before the ceremony they wiped down every chair. Marie made sure my day was perfect for me. Our photographer Shane was awesome! He made sure he got all the right photos with the right lighting. Our DJ Joey C played the music we wanted plus some other great dancing music. The whole night Marie and Kelly kept making sure I have eaten, I drank water, made sure I had a drink if I needed one and I could not be more thankful for them

We had our wedding at the Bowers Museum in April and it is an absolutely stunning venue and very underrated! Our ceremony was outside in the front courtyard (Margaret and Cleo Key Courtyard) and the reception was inside (John M Lee Court). Parking is free and available onsite. For the ceremony, there is so much greenery and beautiful features that you don’t need to spend too much on flowers or decorations. The reception hall has sculptures on the walls and artifacts around the room, giving the venue depth with an added touch of history and culture. We worked with Al Kanjo, who is very accommodating and easy to work with. The rate is very reasonable to either get a portion of the Bowers Museum or to rent it out completely. We were finding venue’s for 2x to 4x the price and for less space/grandeur. The bridal suite is basically an old conference room without windows, so I would recommend getting ready at a hotel (which is what our wedding party did). This is a very unique and modern venue so if you are looking for something that isn’t your typical reception hall or hotel, this is the place for you!

Amazing place and magical for our wedding everyone enjoyed the beautiful scene.

We are so happy we chose the Marconi to host our wedding on May 26th. Kirsten Mitchell and Samantha Michaels were so helpful and dedicated to making our wedding day one to remember. We reserved the venue well in advance, and met with them on site multiple times to coordinate and plan all the details, including the menu. We had our ceremony and reception here, and could not recommend it more! Every one of our guests loved the venue, loved the party and loved the food. Their on site catering service, White House Catering, was SUBERB. Kristin Coats did an amazing job with the menu for the evening and our special desserts of donuts and shooters. The food was amazing, particularly considering we had over 100 guests. The bartending staff was super nice and made excellent drinks and accommodated everyone. The best part about the Marconi is in addition to all the great cars, they have everything there on site (catering, bar service, waitstaff, valet, photo booth - even a red carpet). The acoustics are excellent and despite initially appearing like a "single room" venue, our guests were able to spread out across the race shop and race slot cars, dance the night away in the main museum space, grab drinks at the bar or relax outside on really nice lounge furniture where we had a cigar bar and corn hole game with a Ferrari in the background. There was truly something for everyone and we were beyond impressed with the impeccable service and CARE they provided us throughout the day and evening. The best part is all their profits go to benefit charity (locally disadvantaged kids) which was a huge bonus to us, and really shined through the pride of the entire staff. If you want a great automotive themed venue that wont break the bank and will be sure to impress, look no further than the Marconi. It is PURE CLASS. You will not be disappointed!
