Currently showcasing local artists and accepting event tours for 2027 and beyond, the building will finalize its full transition this December, unveiling a complete art exhibition by January 1st.
Designed especially for the arts and private events, this venue provides the perfect pairing of modern architecture and the arts, all defined by coastal living and creative expression. Whether you are hosting an intimate gathering or a large-scale celebration, the museum curates cutting-edge experiences within its ever-changing walls to stimulate your visual and creative expectations.

The Spaces & Aesthetic

• The modern indoor space features expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that offer stunning panoramic ocean views.
• The well-designed layout includes spacious wooden rafters and glass doors that open to a wraparound terrace, creating a seamless flow for indoor and outdoor gatherings.
• The outdoor areas are surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and stylish paved terraces.
• The Main Gallery offers an immersive experience, featuring rotating artwork to serve as a stunning backdrop for your celebration.

Capacities

• Cocktail Receptions: Up to 600 guests utilizing the Front Courtyard, Ocean Terrace, Ocean View Lawn, and Main Gallery.
• Seated Ceremonies: Ranging from 150 guests on the Ocean Terrace to 350 guests in the Main Gallery.
• Seated Receptions: Ranging from 80 guests on the Ocean Terrace up to 300 guests in the Main Gallery (including a dance floor).

To ensure your event is a masterpiece, venue rentals come with a variety of premium inclusions:

• A 30-minute ceremony rehearsal and access to a Green Room for dressing prior to the event.
• Stylish furnishings, including up to 100 acrylic armless ghost chairs, round banquet tables, high cocktail tables, and mobile wood bars.
• Atmospheric strung market lights and fully stocked powder rooms for all attendees.
• Valet service is required and arranged for groups of 250 or more, and security is provided for groups of 100 or more.
