Facilities and Capacity
The Hills Hotel offers both indoor and outdoor space to host your wedding cocktail hour and reception. Though the hotel does not offer a ceremony space, it is a short drive from beautiful public beaches in Laguna. After enjoying your beachside ceremony, you and your guests can meet back at the Crystal Bar & Lounge for cocktail hour. This open venue features black and chrome cocktail tables and several seating areas for guests to enjoy pre-dinner drinks and hors d’oeuvres. It also has several lounge monitors for you to play your wedding montage before dinner. You will have your choice of two ballroom spaces for your reception at The Hills Hotel. The Crystal Ballroom may accommodate up to 280 guests and features elegant chandeliers, vintage wall sconces, and adjustable ceiling lighting to set the mood. The Garnet Gallery offers an equally beautiful space for smaller weddings of up to 90 guests. If your guests want to walk outside after dinner, they are also welcome to visit the outdoor terrace, which features casual lounge furniture and a fuel-burning fireplace to keep them cozy after dinner and dancing.

The Hills Hotel has 147 guest rooms with either mountain or beach views to offer your out-of-town guests. All guest rooms include complimentary local calls and in-room WiFi. Guests will also be able to enjoy the breakfast buffet on Saturday and Sunday of the wedding weekend.

If you are trying to find a place with beautiful decor and a reasonable price, you have to at least visit The Hills Hotel! It is a hidden gem in Orange County!! We immediately fell in love with the place when we walked in. The decor is so modern and beautiful that we were in awe and immediately thought of how beautiful our wedding pictures would be! On top of that, the venue rates are very reasonable for something that looks so upscale! Gorgeous chandeliers in the Crystal Ballroom, beautiful and ornate decoration in the Garnet Gallery, etc. Plus, the room block rates for your guests are incredibly reasonable! AND THE FOOD WAS AMAZING! I've had many people tell me that it was the best wedding food that they've had. Laura Gutierrez is the catering manager and she's a pleasure to work with. She was very quick to respond to my emails. Tessa Fattahi is the sales manager for the room block and I got the same treatment from her - very quick to respond to my emails and to send me updated lists of those who signed up for our room block.Sent on 04/02/2017

The Hills Hotel is so perfect. The venue was everything I wanted. the style is a boutique hotel that looked elegant. The hotel staff was amazing and help throughout the whole process. The food was amazing, the service was amazing, they accommodated my guests who stayed at the hotel, I mean I can't say anything went wrong during my big day. I recently had my wedding at The Hills Hotel. The venue is elegant and affordable. I held my ceremony and reception in The Crystal Ballroom. Surprisingly, they were able to flip to the reception during cocktail hour in under an hour! Guests at my wedding had a great time and also enjoyed the food! The Hills Hotel has charm, sophistication and modern elegance all rolled into one. The ambiance and decor are sure to please everyone who visits. The catering and banquet team are total pros and always a pleasure to work with. As the DJ fro several events there, they give you the run down for the night, make sure all the basic needs are met and are always available to help anyway they can. You get the service and quality of the fancier hotels without the overpriced stigma. Robin and Sara, you are the best!
