When it came time to plan my 50th birthday celebration, I wanted a venue that would make this milestone truly special. After a disappointing experience with my original venue, I was relieved to discover the DoubleTree by Hilton Irvine – Spectrum. From my very first visit, I knew I had found the perfect place, and it exceeded all of my expectations.

I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Catering Sales Manager Noel Vasin and the outstanding staff members Julie and Alex. From the beginning, they were professional, accommodating, and genuinely committed to making my event a success. Their guidance and attention to detail made the planning process smooth and stress-free.

The venue itself is beautiful. Guests were welcomed through an elegant foyer, where I was able to create a stunning entrance with balloon decorations lining the hallway. The banquet room was the perfect setting for my celebration, and I was extremely pleased with the room layout, table arrangements, and overall presentation. The hotel also provided round mirrors and votive candles that beautifully complemented my centerpieces and enhanced the décor.

The food was excellent. I selected the chicken and salmon entrées for my guests, and throughout the evening I received numerous compliments on both selections. Everything was prepared perfectly and served promptly. The cash bar was a great addition, and the champagne toast helped make the evening feel even more festive and memorable.

What truly set this venue apart was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member was attentive, friendly, and dedicated to ensuring that everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Their professionalism allowed me to relax and fully enjoy celebrating this important milestone with my family and friends.

This celebration was especially meaningful to me because it took place shortly after the loss of my mother. During a difficult time in my life, the kindness, compassion, and professionalism shown by the DoubleTree team helped create an evening filled with joy, love, and cherished memories that I will never forget.

There are vendors, there are venue partners, and then there are people who genuinely change your entire experience. Noel Vasin is that person. From the very beginning, Noel was not only incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but also one of the most nurturing, supportive, and genuinely caring people I have ever worked with in this industry. She made us feel safe, supported, and fully taken care of from day one.

On the day of the event especially, Noel truly went above and beyond in a way that cannot be overstated. She handled all day-of coordination and support so seamlessly that I was able to be fully present, calm, and actually enjoy the celebration. As an Event Producer, letting go on the day of an event is not easy but Noel made it effortless. She anticipated needs before they were voiced, handled details quietly and efficiently, and made sure everything flowed exactly as it should without ever making it feel stressful or chaotic.

What sets Noel apart is not just her expertise, but her heart. She leads with kindness, patience, and a level of care that makes you feel like your event truly matters to her. She treated our engagement party as if it were her own, and that level of dedication is rare. We felt supported every step of the way, and knowing Noel was there allowed us to fully trust the process. We are endlessly grateful for her, and anyone who has the opportunity to work with Noel is truly in the best hands possible.

We've held an event here for the past 3-years. I've worked with Noel exclusively on details and logistics and she has been fantastic. She's always provided quick responses, warm communication and a polished outcome. Our team has consistently had great experiences at this property.

We were able to work within the company's budget. Noel was awesome and beyond helpful when it came to planning the party. It made everything smooth and easy.

We had our rehearsal dinner at the DoubleTree Irvine Spectrum and it turned out great. They worked with our budget and helped us put together a really nice, elevated pasta buffet that our guests loved. The food was delicious, and the staff was super attentive without ever feeling over the top.

We also hosted our wedding room block there, and our guests had a smooth, comfortable stay. Overall, the team was easy to work with, professional, and genuinely kind. It made the whole wedding weekend feel even better.

On behalf of the California Urgent Care Association, we couldn't be happier with the results and our experience hosting our annual conference for the second year in a row at this venue. I recently hosted my baby shower at the DoubleTree Irvine Spectrum, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! The service was amazing — from the food to the bar, everything was top-notch. Noel did an incredible job organizing the event and made the planning process so easy. The servers and Julie were also wonderful and took such great care of me and my family.

The price was a great deal for everything that was included. All I had to do was show up and enjoy my party because they handled the rest. It made the day completely stress-free and unforgettable.

We celebrated my daughter’s Sweet 16 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Irvine Spectrum, and it couldn’t have gone better. The staff was amazing—special thanks to Victor and Noel for their incredible support in putting everything together. The food was delicious—we went with the Mexican buffet, and it was outstanding.
