We've held an event here for the past 3-years. I've worked with Noel exclusively on details and logistics and she has been fantastic. She's always provided quick responses, warm communication and a polished outcome. Our team has consistently had great experiences at this property. -

We had our rehearsal dinner at the DoubleTree Irvine Spectrum and it turned out great. They worked with our budget and helped us put together a really nice, elevated pasta buffet that our guests loved. The food was delicious, and the staff was super attentive without ever feeling over the top.
We also hosted our wedding room block there, and our guests had a smooth, comfortable stay. Overall, the team was easy to work with, professional, and genuinely kind. It made the whole wedding weekend feel even better. -

I want to recommend Noel and her team at the DoubleTree Irvine Spectrum. On behalf of the California Urgent Care Association, we couldn't be happier with the results and our experience hosting our annual conference for the second year in a row at this venue. We celebrated my daughter’s Sweet 16 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Irvine Spectrum, and it couldn’t have gone better. The staff was amazing—special thanks to Victor and Noel for their incredible support in putting everything together. The food was delicious—we went with the Mexican buffet, and it was outstanding. My family had a wonderful night full of great memories. Thank you for making it so special! -

Professionalism and Flexibility: Noel will be more than enough to take care of your dream wedding. Tell her what you envision and she'll try her best to deliver it.
Quality: It would be based on your expectations, but personally Noel and her team did their job as instructed, and will be happy to also advise and help what can be done to make your event smooth sailing.
ALL IN ONE: We had our rehearsal dinner in the pool patio and reception in the grand ballroom of Doubletree by Hilton, Irvine. On both days, our guests enjoyed the events Noel and her team prepared.

My 50th Birthday Celebration
I celebrated my 50th birthday at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Irvine, California. My event coordinator was Noel. She is AMAZING! From the planning to the end, she was always there to answer questions, fulfill requests, and most of all assure me she would be there to make sure everything is perfect. She was right. My family and guests loved the atmosphere, food, service, and cleanliness of the hotel. I will definitely recommend DoubleTree to family and friends. I look forward to working with Noel again!! -

We had our wedding at Doubletree by Hilton Irvine Spectrum on November 18, 2023 and worked directly with Noel Vasin. All the hotel staff are friendly and professional but I can’t express how much we are happy with Noel. She is so professional, friendly, kind and responsive. She was always welcoming and patient with my last minute questions and changes and responded to all my emails and calls very quickly. The hotel venue price is very reasonable for the area. We catered food from outside but we did open bar with the hotel and we are happy with the quality of drinks. The hotel rooms are also clean and we always enjoyed the little treat like the hot cookies. Definitely recommend! -

Perfect Small Venue
Great venue for our cheer banquet. The staff is so professional and Noel made sure everything was ready for our arrival. It would also be a great venue for a small wedding. -

Amazing, so responsive and no detail missed!
Noel is amazing, she is super responsive, very patient with my constant changes. We have had back to back events with her and plan to to be back next year for our college banquet! -

We held a different event in their Ballroom but were very impressed with their pricing, flexibility of packages (able to accommodate our small group 20), and the service provided to us. Food was great, and we had no trouble with A/V equipment. The ballroom itself was more of a traditional vibe, classical, and warm toned. We would definitely host another family event there! -

These people were a lifesaver.. they let me pretty much do what I wanted, and had the night before to decorate my way.. the food was fantastic and my guests are still commenting on it today -

Not too small and not too big. Great staff in all departments. Good food, cool little bar area. Great banquet room accommodations. Quiet location. Close to several freeways but not close enough to hear them. Consistent quality for several years that we've been using them for our annual Christmas Party and Business "Kickoff" events.
