Hotel Wedding Venues in Sacramento

If you’re considering having your wedding at Wine & Roses, look no further! After looking at many venues in-person/online, we immediately knew W&R was right for us after seeing the beautiful grounds and meeting the sales manager, Charina. She made us feel right at home and made booking our wedding easy. After signing our contract, we met with our assigned wedding coordinator, Eloisa. I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Eloisa and what an incredible wedding coordinator she is. From the moment we met her, she listened and gave advice to tailor the venue’s services to exactly what we wanted our wedding ceremony/reception to look and feel like. She is so on-top of her planning game and executed our wedding to a “t”. Eloisa worked fabulously with me, my husband, difficult family members, many vendors, and the in-house W&R team. Everything on our wedding day and leading up to it was simply effortless. All staff members that we interacted with during our ceremony/reception/cafe/hotel were so professional and accommodating. Wine & Roses went above and beyond for us, reflecting that you get what you pay for. Having our wedding there wasn’t cheap, but it was really worth every penny. We booked our wedding with the Lake Natoma Inn about a year and a half in advance and from the minute we did the tour I knew it was the perfect place. In the year and a half of planning we did, they were super responsive, super helpful, and so courteous. The venue itself was beautiful and even with a little bit of rain that morning, our ceremony was amazing. The reception was great and the food was delicious. Jackie and Ashley helped us with every detail and question and made our day absolutely seamless. I couldn’t have dreamed of a better wedding day and this spot made it perfect!

Park Winters was at the top of our list after getting engaged. We initially looked at this venue and thought it would be a great fit, and after we finalized our plans and date we reached out again and worked with John, one of the owners and Pieper the event coordinator for the venue itself. John is so kind and wonderful to work with and very responsive. We loved that the food and alcohol could be included and most of our decor/tables/linens/serving items would be provided by the venue! We felt that overall the value of the experience and food was exceptional. It was a bit hard to get a hold of the event team at times, which we thought was due to it being a busy event space and had to be proactive with reaching out to arrange our menu tasting and walk through. We also stayed at the venue the night of and as always, loved it! We can't wait to be back for many visits to come!

Wedgewood came through with the all-inclusive experience in more ways than we could hope for. Maybe we got lucky with our coordinator, Katherine, or maybe this is how they treat every couple but we were blown away by how well everything went. I even found out later about little snags that came up unexpectedly that Katherine handled discreetly and smoothly. She even snuck a picture of us immediately after the ceremony and put it on our sweetheart table! We left a lot of trust in their hands and they exceeded our expectations. 10/10 for sure!!

Rent the whole place for the whole weekend and plan some hiking and biking. Some guests camped down at the lake, others stayed on site while others rented houses or hotel rooms.

Before choosing the Kimpton Sawyer Hotel, the venue for my wedding was one of the decisions I stressed out most about. I knew the location and look of my venue would really dictate how the day went, as well as how the rest of my budget would be impacted. Luckily, after many, many venue searches throughout Northern California, I found the Kimpton Sawyer Hotel. I was already familiar with Kimpton hotels after staying at a few for other trips, so I knew that I liked their aesthetic, in addition to how comfortable their rooms were. Thus, I was really impressed with how accommodating and flexible their wedding package was (perhaps because I booked during the height of the pandemic). The lobby, ballroom, and terrace made for a great ceremony, cocktail, and reception location. Finally, being located right in the heart of downtown Sacramento meant that lodging and transportation options were abundant for our guests, who came from all over the world. I would highly recommend anyone getting married look into reserving the Kimpton for their wedding! One of the best decisions I made.

From the moment we inquired, through the entire process and even afterwards, the expertise, professionalism, service, food & gorgeously elegant ambiance were absolutely incredible. My needs were anticipated and my expectations were surpassed, at every turn. Dixie & Dane's 'just say yes', 'make it happen' attitude, not only made our special day stress free and most memorable, but all of our friends continue to rave about the food, the service and every little detail. The only problem will be that if they choose another venue for their future Wedding, it will always be compared to and fall short of our amazing Hotel Winters Wedding!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Sierra and her entire team went above and beyond to make our wedding everything we dreamed of and so much more. From the very beginning, Sierra was incredibly supportive, organized, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. She went out of her way to help with every detail, answered every question with patience, and made the whole planning process feel effortless. On the wedding day, the staff was absolutely incredible, professional, kind, and on top of everything before we even had to ask. We felt so cared for the entire time, and it allowed us to relax and truly enjoy every moment knowing we were in the best hands. We cannot thank Sierra and her team enough for bringing our vision to life. We are forever grateful and cannot recommend them highly enough!

Fantastic venue and stay. This place made a very stressful 2020 seem a world away and brought my micro wedding into reality. We are already looking forward to our anniversary stay.

I love the Granzella's Inn for my out of town guests and they gave me a good package deal which the holiday inn express wouldn't do. Nice rooms, restraunt right across the parking lot. Good quality service and very personable.
