Our wedding day was nothing short of perfect at the Barn! We saw this place one time for a tour and knew instantly that this was our wedding venue. Not only did we love it, but so did our guests. It is not only beautiful, but also quiet and spacious. Plenty of room for lawn games, too! The pictures don’t do this place justice. You could never capture this much beauty with a camera lens! If you’re getting married in the Sacramento area, check this place out in person!! :)

Amazing Venue – But Beware the Florist! Everything about our big day was ecstatic—from the food, the music, the décor, and overall atmosphere. The venue truly delivered an unforgettable experience. However, the florist was a major letdown. They showed up late, failed to communicate effectively, and important changes were either forgotten or completely missed. If I had known how unprofessional and disengaged they’d be, I would have absolutely hired a florist outside of the standard package. Note to future brides: OUTSOURCE your florist! I strongly do not recommend Wild Flowers Design Group or working with Brie. Don’t let a poor vendor experience take away from an otherwise incredible day. Eek!

​I cannot say enough good things about The Chalet Event Center. It is truly an amazing venue for both the ceremony and the reception. The facility itself is beautiful, offering a perfect mix of indoor elegance and outdoor charm. The views of the Sierra Nevada foothills, combined with the lush rose garden and fountain, provide the most incredible backdrop for pictures, making every moment look magical. ​Beyond the scenery, what really sets this place apart is the staff. They consistently go above and beyond the regular call of duty to ensure everything is perfect. You can tell they genuinely care about making the day flawless and "on point." They managed the timeline effortlessly so we could just enjoy the moment. ​On top of the service, the onsite food is absolutely amazing. It is rare to find wedding catering that stands out this much, but the quality here is exceptional. The menu was delicious, served hot, and the presentation was beautiful—our guests couldn't stop talking about how good the meal was. ​Another huge plus is the convenience of the Rocklin Park Hotel situated right next door. Having quality lodging available just steps away for the main guests made the logistics so easy and the entire experience so much more relaxing. Highly recommended to anyone looking for the perfect wedding location

Words cant even express how impressed we were with this venue! We had toured 5 other similar venues and everytime we compared it to this one. The communication we had with the coordinators was what we needed to feel comfortable and taken care of. They are a one spot shop and everything was perfect. Food was soo good that my mom till this day is still raving about it and our cake was gorgeous and delicious. The dj played all of our favorite hits and the bartender whipped up our signature drinks just how we like it. I felt like they cared about me and wanted to make sure our day was perfect. I HIGHLY recommend if you want a gorgeous, elegant, stress-free wedding.

This is a great venue if you have your own vendors and caterers!!! The sound system was a little low but made it amazing for the grandparents.

This place is an absolute gem! The views and places for pictures are amazing! Don is an awesome organizer, and the staff was top notch! I would highly recommend them for your wedding! The price is more than fair for what you get. The food is absolutely amazing as well! All my guests raved about it! We couldn’t be happier on our special day! Our experience with Evergreen Springs by Wedgewood Weddings was FANTASTIC from the start. If you are looking for a wedding planning company that is as stress-free as possible without compromising your standards, this location and this company is the choice for you. The venue is very spacious, well air conditioned, spotless, and full of natural light. There is plenty of space to park, which our guests definitely appreciated. The food was delicious and there were many, many options to choose from. My husband has a gluten allergy, and there was no issue at all finding appropriate dishes. Furthermore, the staff at Evergreen Springs is UNMATCHED. To go into more detail about our experience with the people at Evergreen Springs, every single person we worked with was exceptionally communicative, professional, available, transparent/upfront about costs, friendly, and upbeat. I loved how it felt like they were our own hype crew! Our "wedding experts" (the planners/coordinators) provided great suggestions when we had questions about planning, and they also came through for us on the "little touches" that made our day extra magical. The team was also very flexible on scheduling our meetings and accommodated me many times when I couldn't come in person, letting me tune-in virtually (this helped lower my stress levels so much!). Our day-of-coordinator Madelyn was so on top of things that even when one of our steps did not go as planned, she pivoted and everything went on without a hitch! Our banquet captain Jared was so thoughtful and helped pack up our dinner left-overs and cake left-overs! The manager Natalie was also extremely helpful, especially when we encountered an issue with a vendor. I cannot recommend this company/location enough!

My fiancé and I decided to rent out the entire National Exchange Hotel (including bar and restaurant) for our wedding night. We also had our guests stay in all 38 rooms. It was a dream come true. Sonya and her team went above and beyond in every aspect from planning, prepping, and day of coordinating to meet and exceed our needs. Our guests are still raving about the location, food, decor, and overall atmosphere.

We were so excited to find this venue for our wedding! It’s not easy to come across such a beautiful woodsy spot without having to travel far. From our first inquiry to the big day, everything was managed perfectly. The entire event was smooth and effortless, with the venue’s decor and catering exceeding our expectations. We used both sides of the property — one for the ceremony and the other for the reception. We also loved that we could stay on-site after the wedding in the honeymoon suite, it's gorgeous! Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the venue and the food.
