Our experience with Evergreen Springs by Wedgewood Weddings was FANTASTIC from the start. If you are looking for a wedding planning company that is as stress-free as possible without compromising your standards, this location and this company is the choice for you.

The venue is very spacious, well air conditioned, spotless, and full of natural light. There is plenty of space to park, which our guests definitely appreciated. The food was delicious and there were many, many options to choose from. My husband has a gluten allergy, and there was no issue at all finding appropriate dishes. Furthermore, the staff at Evergreen Springs is UNMATCHED.

To go into more detail about our experience with the people at Evergreen Springs, every single person we worked with was exceptionally communicative, professional, available, transparent/upfront about costs, friendly, and upbeat. I loved how it felt like they were our own hype crew! Our "wedding experts" (the planners/coordinators) provided great suggestions when we had questions about planning, and they also came through for us on the "little touches" that made our day extra magical. The team was also very flexible on scheduling our meetings and accommodated me many times when I couldn't come in person, letting me tune-in virtually (this helped lower my stress levels so much!).

Our day-of-coordinator Madelyn was so on top of things that even when one of our steps did not go as planned, she pivoted and everything went on without a hitch! Our banquet captain Jared was so thoughtful and helped pack up our dinner left-overs and cake left-overs! The manager Natalie was also extremely helpful, especially when we encountered an issue with a vendor. I cannot recommend this company/location enough!

My now husband and I got married at Evergreen Springs on November 9th 2024. I have been dreaming of a wedding since I was 9 years old and because of the team here, it was everything I dreamed of and more. Anelise and Kali helped us every step of the way with planning and day of Anelise was there for everything we needed, including wardrobe malfunctions! Our banquet captain Madelyn was also amazing, and of course compliments to Noah, the chef! The provided DJ, Elliot, was so much fun and very responsive to requests. He also had a call with us before hand to ensure everything went how we wanted. Overall, if anyone is looking for a beautiful wedding venue, Evergreen Springs will be my first recommendation

Not only is this a beautiful venue, but the wonderful staff who work here took care of every detail we needed for the wedding. Anelise and Kali helped us plan the most beautiful wedding we could ever imagine. They even set up our decorations for us! The servers, DJ, chefs, planners, and banquet team were amazing! We are so grateful that we chose Evergreen Springs for our special day!

Having our wedding at the Wedgewood Elk Grove location, Evergreen Springs, was one of the best decisions we ever made. The venue itself is very modern, clean, and spacious. Anelise took wonderful care of us in the months leading up to our big day. She was very transparent with us every step of the way. During our in-depth meetings, she always provided us with examples of things we could choose from. If we wanted to change something we had already decided on, she was quick and smooth with updating our preferences. Anelise was also very fun to be with! Her kind nature, patience, and gentle demeanor helped us relax while we made the important decisions for our big day.

Our day-of coordinator Kali was just as amazing. On our rehearsal day, our parents requested to change the formation of the tables. While we, the couple, were worried about this being a big request so close to the event day, Kali was able to shift the tables to their desired locations. She went above and beyond for us many times. From organizing our ceremony decor that we brought in, to fixing our janky boutonnieres on the day of, Kali took care of it all! Her level-headedness helped us stay calm during times when we would have probably freaked out.

When the change from Kali to our buffet captain happened, we were taken care of by Madelyn. She clearly instructed us how to cut the cake and even packed us some leftover dinner and cake that didn't even make it to the next day. Upon clean up, she was very efficient and organized with giving her team instructions all while still being very kind to us. Even though she was the member we interacted with the least, while being caught up in the late-night fun, she still left a lasting impression on us.

Overall, we highly recommend booking with Evergreen Springs by Wedgewood Weddings. Their team wonderfully took care of us from the moment we booked with them to our special day. Even the next day, when we realized that we had forgotten some decor, they had everything neatly packed and ready to grab for us. Our wedding day is easily the best day of our lives and we definitely could not have done that without the Wedgewood venue or team. The theme for our wedding was video games and everything came together perfectly. They had brought the vision of our wedding to life in ways we didn't even think were possible. For the rest of our lives, we will tell our friends and families to have a Wedgewood wedding because of how magical the night had been. Thanks to Wedgewood Weddings, we were able to save these epic memories even after our wedding had powered down. I got married in March of 2024 at Evergreen Springs and had the best time of my life. We did two tours before coming across this venue and decided this was the spot the moment my husband and I arrived. I can not thank the staff enough for their friendliness, helpfulness, and knowledge.

Kali was amazing at answering all my questions and letting me test out how everything would look. Anelise made our wedding flow so smoothly. She was accommodating and mindful of everything we planned for. DJ Elliot was so great to work with. He kept the vibe of the day just how we wanted it.

I could not have asked for a better wedding day and would relive it again in a heartbeat. If you are getting married, I highly recommend Evergreen Springs to make your day unforgettable.

My husband and I couldn't ask for a better Venue to celebrate my daughter's 18th Debut Party. Mind you my daughter just decided to go ahead with a party. so Immediately called Evergreen Springs by Wedgewood to see if they have my date available and luckily they did. Andrea Jasmin and kali was absolutely wondering. they helped me ease my worries and was so approachable. I love how you can send them a text with immediate response. they made every step of planning made it easy. From the banquet captain jared and to the DJ elliot everything was absolutely awesome. Food was good just a bit salty and peppery on the filet minion but other than that it was the best Bday celebration and my daughter will sure not forget them. I will be using them again in two years for my twins 18th bday so you will be seeing me again. Again Thank you Evergreen Springs for doing such a good job.

I cannot express in words how much I loved this venue and team, I truly believe that everyone there made our day what it was. Without Anelise and Andrea on the day of, I don't believe it would have gone as smoothly as it did. With Kali, Anelise, and Jasmine on our planning team, all of my questions and worries were answered and put to rest. Jared was also very helpful that evening with answering questions and checking on us to make sure we didn't need anything. The food was amazing thanks to the chef Noah, I heard many compliments about the food throughout the evening, especially the turkey! Also I have to give a big shout out to our Dj Elliot! He was a joy to work with, he really captured the energy we wanted for the evening and he was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to concerns and questions about our music choices and even had the not very well known songs that we chose for our day. All in all everyone was fantastic and seriously so wonderful to work with.

This venue has it all! We were so glad we picked it in the end. We didn’t stress one bit knowing everything was being taken care of for us. The food was great, the DJ was amazing, and of course the staff were phenomenal! It made our special day one to always remember.

This was the first place I looked at and the one I couldn’t stop thinking about it. Everything is all-inclusive and so it made planning so easy. Every email sent was met with a responsive. All staff were amazing to work with. They really think of everything.
