  Best Day Ever

  I got married in March of 2024 at Evergreen Springs and had the best time of my life. We did two tours before coming across this venue and decided this was the spot the moment my husband and I arrived. I can not thank the staff enough for their friendliness, helpfulness, and knowledge.
  
  Kali was amazing at answering all my questions and letting me test out how everything would look. Anelise made our wedding flow so smoothly. She was accommodating and mindful of everything we planned for. DJ Elliot was so great to work with. He kept the vibe of the day just how we wanted it.
  
  I could not have asked for a better wedding day and would relive it again in a heartbeat. If you are getting married, I highly recommend Evergreen Springs to make your day unforgettable.

  Perfect place to hold any event. Everyone was great.

  We absolutely loved everything about the venue. From the food to the music everything turned out perfect. Staff were attentive and great. We definitely would recommend this venue. Thank you again everyone.

  Awesom Venue

  My husband and I couldn't ask for a better Venue to celebrate my daughter's 18th Debut Party. Mind you my daughter just decided to go ahead with a party. so Immediately called Evergreen Springs by Wedgewood to see if they have my date available and luckily they did. Andrea Jasmin and kali was absolutely wondering. they helped me ease my worries and was so approachable. I love how you can send them a text with immediate response. they made every step of planning made it easy. From the banquet captain jared and to the DJ elliot everything was absolutely awesome. Food was good just a bit salty and peppery on the filet minion but other than that it was the best Bday celebration and my daughter will sure not forget them. I will be using them again in two years for my twins 18th bday so you will be seeing me again. Again Thank you Evergreen Springs for doing such a good job.

  Choose this venue!!

  I cannot express in words how much I loved this venue and team, I truly believe that everyone there made our day what it was. Without Anelise and Andrea on the day of, I don't believe it would have gone as smoothly as it did. With Kali, Anelise, and Jasmine on our planning team, all of my questions and worries were answered and put to rest.   Dream to Work with

  This was the first place I looked at and the one I couldn’t stop thinking about it. Everything is all-inclusive and so it made planning so easy. Every email sent was met with a responsive. All staff were amazing to work with. They really think of everything.

  Wishing I could marry my husband here again

  Every step of the planning was so easy. This venue is all-inclusive which took away all of my stress. The coordinators and staff here are AMAZING. They remembered every small detail and got to know me and my husband so they could offer personal suggestions.
  The day of my wedding was absolutely perfect. Nothing went wrong. The venue was spacious, had fun bar staff, had amazing food, and offered reliable vendors.

  Exquisite Service

  This venue has it all! We were so glad we picked it in the end. We didn’t stress one bit knowing everything was being taken care of for us. The food was great, the DJ was amazing, and of course the staff were phenomenal! It made our special day one to always remember.

  Wonderful Wedgewood

  When we first toured venues we saw three separate Wedgewood venues. Though they were all beautiful we went with this location because Natalie was AMAZING and we really hit it off with her. She made it very clear that our dream wedding was her priority and the word "No" was not in her vocabulary. As the months of planning went we were informed that Natalie would be there for our wedding but with another coordinator she'd been training as she was soon after leaving our venue. My heart sank, but let me tell you Jasmine was AMAZING as well. Shortly after our wedding ceremony my husband had a panic attack. Nothing else mattered to me in that moment except taking care of him. When he was feeling better and resting I nervously went into the reception. I was not sure how behind we were, or how astray things had gone.. Our wedding coordinators really kept everyone calm and the reception going. I have never been so thankful. I found our later that they reached out to my mom and wedding party multiple times to make sure they were doing what we would want & even met up with my mom with they passed us onto the next shift. I am so thankful for the entire Wedgewood team including my DJ & while I am hoping to never be married again I will always recommend Wedgewood for anyone's wedding needs.

  Our wedding went so smooth!!! All of the staff is beyond exceptional!nal

  Lucy and Natalie are absolutely amazing!!
  I am still shocked that we planned our wedding in only 6 months! I am still receiving compliments from our family and friends about it being the best wedding they had ever attended and how everything flowed so effortlessly (which I credit entirely to ALL of the staff and my wedding planner).
  
  Lucy helped guide us step by step, through the entire process and made us feel so at ease. From the vendor list they have to offer (ie: we had booked Reverand Rick Tan as our officiant and he was so wonderful and professional) to their immediate communication - we could not be happier with our experience. Natalie was our coordinator for the day-of and the wedding rehearsal and she made sure any of our last minute worries were taken care of and I slept the night before my wedding knowing 1000% that my wedding was in good hands. Natalie and Lucy made sure they were in contact with all of our vendors whether it be the DJ, florist or the photobooth to make sure everyone was on the same page.
  
  I have been to TOO many weddings where my family and loved ones were not able to truly enjoy the wedding because they were helping out most of the time. And that is NOT what I wanted for our special day. When I arrived the day-of, Wedgewood staff had already set up the majority of the reception, already completed setting up the ceremony and my family only needed to help set up candles on each table and the memorial table. AND THAT WAS IT. After that they were able to truly just BE THERE and enjoy their time which I cannot be more thankful for.
  
  After the wedding was over, me and my husband were saying our farewells to the staff and they had already packed food for us to take home, in a congratulatory tote with a lovely note. They really go above and beyond for their clients. I highly, HIGHLY recommend. ❤️

  Evergreen Springs by Wedgewood Weddings made our big day perfect! The whole team--especially Natalie and Lucy--helped make the entire planning process smooth, easy, and enjoyable. Everything from the venue, food, bar, dj, cake, floral, and ceremony were taken care of for us. The value we received for the price was unmatched. My husband and I are so happy that we chose Evergreen Springs for our wedding. We can't imagine what planning a wedding through the craziness of 2020 would have looked like without choosing this venue! 10/10 would recommend!

  Rescheduled our big day 3 times during COVID and were so thrilled with our day!

  Natalie and Lucy are a dream to work with, they have their system down to a T, they help you plan your perfect day with realistic expectations and navigated with us during our wedding planning process in the pandemic. On our day, we were so very well taken care of and felt like we could breathe and enjoy ourselves because they took all the stress away from us. I would highly recommend this venue to my loved ones and friends!

  Evergreen Springs was so helpful and accommodating during this process! Our wedding ended up being a micro wedding but it was exactly what I wanted! It was such a beautiful evening and they gave us the option to postpone our reception to next year. I’m so excited to work with them again. Natalie and Lucy are attentive, caring, and helpful as well as they can bustle a dress fast!

  Just wanted to say that we had an amazing experience with Wedgewood. Covid got in the way and we had to change our date 3 times. They were kind enough to let us have it at another location due to the restriction in the original county. The workers were very professional and understanding through it all. A huge shout out to Natalie! Throughout the process she’s been so helpful, even with the restriction, they tried to accommodate as much as they could, even with their hands tied. She brought our vision to life that day and it made us so happy to see it come to life. She made sure we were well taken care of on our wedding day! We had a great time and everything was ran accordingly. Even with the rain, she had a backup plan to do everything indoors and we got a lot of feedback from our friends and family about how nice everything turned out. Top notch service, accommodating, understanding and patient is how I can rate the overall experience. I know her & her team was so happy to finally get us married. We appreciate them

  One of the best venues on Norcal!

  This team is flawless. They helped bring my dreams to life. All employees on the team were kind, patient and very supportive. This venue is also reasonably priced for NorCal! I wish I could do it all over again 💗

  Our Vision came true for my Daughter’s first birthday.

  I highly recommend booking with Evergreen Spring by Wedgewood Wedding. Even though it’s a wedding Venue, we chose this place for my Daughter’s first birthday and it came out magical. Our guests had so much fun.

  Met more than my expectations

  Wedgewood made the process so easy and seamless. They took so much stress of planning my big day! They were very detailed and ensured we were thorough with so much attention to the little things. On the day of everything ran smoothly and it was an amazing time. The venue was perfect for our guest count. Great DJ, good food, beautiful decor it made my dream come true!

  Beautiful, but...

  The Wedding Coordinators were awesome. However Wedgewood has a policy which calls for the coordinator to hand off to a Banquet Captain. This policy brought non-desirable results to our wedding. We chose the buffet option, and the Venue ran out of meat. Therefor many of our guests, including my mother, could not be offered meat. The Wedgewood staff did not inform us of their error. We unfortunately had our disappointed family and friends share their disdain. However, Wedgewood stood by their policy of providing excellent customer service and gave us a partial refund.

  The Wedding Coordinators were awesome. However Wedgewood has a policy which calls for the coordinator to hand off to a Banquet Captain. This policy brought non-desirable results to our wedding.   Perfect Venue

  Couldn't ask for a better venue to celebrate our
  marriage. Natalie and Lucy were great to work with. Jared and all the banquet staff were so nice and helpful as well. I had a few last minute changes with some things and it was easy to communicate that and get it fixed. I loved that they worked with other vendors and they did most of the communication which made everything less stressful for me. My husband and I as well as family and friends were pleased with the outcome and everyone had a great time!!

  Quinceañera bad experience

  I will agree that Natalie and Lucy are easy and amazing ladies. Unfortunately, for my daughter's quinceañera that occurred August 2022, the vendors let us down horribly, be sure you have your own person watching to help Natalie or Lucy to ensure you're not left in tears or frustration. I do not recommend their elite package, the florist was horrible even after several emails, phone calls, and lack of response, we switched DJs from another Wedgewood location as being it was a quinceañera we needed a Spanish speaking DJ. Natalie and Lucy accommodated the change but we provided details and songs which were rushed and songs not even played. Be sure anything you agree on is in writing and beware of the fine print. Unfortunately my daughter's day didn't come out as planned or imagined and lots of tears and frustration occurred the day of the event and during planning. Really look at other venues before deciding.

  Worst wedding teams ever

  I been Struggling to get a straight answer from The Falls in Elk Grove CA. The general manager Matt has lied and ignored my partner and I for far too long (February). I have been told by Matt that he would have his regional manager call. Now months later I have still not received a call from the regional. Matt refuses to share the regionals contract information. How is this even acceptable?
