Elk Grove, California. This elegant setting is the perfect backdrop to your milestone celebration, situated just 10 miles south of Sacramento and five minutes from Highway 99.
Facilities and Capacity
The grand event hall at The Sunshine Event Center offers a perfect canvas for you to bring your dreams to life. The 3,200 square foot banquet space offers a cocktail and reception area where you can create your ideal layout. There is a 300 square foot stage for your chosen band or entertainment, as well as a state-of-the-art multi-media system. Wedding packages include everything needed for a seamless celebration. You have access to 18 round tables, six 6-foot rectangular tables, and 150 white folding chairs. The venue provides onsite parking, indoor restrooms, and a dedicated Sunshine Event Center host throughout your event. Kitchen amenities include a microwave, freezer, and refrigerator, with trash receptacles and liners supplied. You are invited to schedule a tour of the space to learn more, or you can submit an event proposal and confirm availability.

The Sunshine Event Center is the perfect place for any occasion. Everything from baby showers to weddings. I've been both a vendor and a client here. I was able to use their projector and screen for a slide show for my father's retirement party. As a DJ I was able to easily set up on the large stage because there are electrical outlets strategically placed. There is also a DJ station if you want to utilize the stage for something else. I'm looking foward to DJ'ing other events here. The staff is very accomodating and flexible. Great people, great venue!
