THE US GRANT offers 21 different event venues for weddings and celebrations of every size and style. The most popular spaces for weddings are the four ballrooms, each with their own unique decor and sophisticated setting. The Crystal Ballroom features black and gold travertine floors, towering columns, and a beautiful mural hand-painted on the ceiling. The formal ambiance is ideal for seated dinners and dancing. Palm Court also offers a regal appearance with nine crystal chandeliers hanging over the tables and dance floor. For a more relaxed vibe, you can host your reception in the Bivouac Ballroom. This room once served as a speakeasy during the early 1920s, and still holds a historic ambiance perfect for cocktail-style celebrations. For an intimate and formal dinner, the Presidential Ballroom offers grandiose decor and cozy dining space.

THE US GRANT provides custom wedding packages to suit the needs of every couple and their guests. They include premium onsite catering, wedding planning, and decor rental options along with live and DJ entertainment from their partners Vario Weddings. Your wedding package may include:

Cuisine
At THE US GRANT, you can expect a yruly fine dining experience. Each wedding menu is custom curated by a team of culinary experts. You’ll be able to serve guests a choice of hors d’oeuvres (hot and cold), a two-course meal, and premium bar selections. You may even add a signature cocktail to your bar, designed by their internationally-renown mixologist team. Some of their most popular menu items include the seared Pacific swordfish and the dried tomato and wild mushroom stuffed chicken.

The U.S. Grant helped to make our wedding day the best day of our lives! Their professionalism, exceptional customer service, and amazing attention to detail made our day beautiful, fun, and low stress. Ed Kutch is incredible at his job! He makes the bride and groom feel so special from the start of the planning process, through to the day after the wedding. And the Presidential Suite is amazing! What a lovely treat after a long, exciting day! Truly, the U.S. Grant was amazing, and we can't wait to visit to for years to come!

The U.S. Grant is an absolutely beautiful venue for the cermony, cocktail hour and reception. Every detail is checked and double checked and the service is impeccable, from the parking attendants, front desk, catering manager (fabulous), event manager (marvelous), and the food service and bartenders. We have received so many compliments on the food, not only the beautiful entrees, but including all of the passed appetizers, appetizer station, and the late night bites. Since the weather in April can vary, we wanted to have everything in one location so there were no worries about rain, wind, or parking. The Grant fit the bill perfectly! The reservation system for the block of rooms for guests was seamless from the date booked, check-in, delivery of welcome bags, through check-out. The personnel at the U.S. Grant, led by their fabulous catering manager, will assure that you have a wedding especially tailored to the bride and groom. They exceeded exxpectations!

Our wedding was a dream thanks to this amazing venue. We love working with Lauren Bonahoom and Ed Kutch, because they made sure everything ran so smoothly. Be prepared to spend a lot of money, but it is definitely worth it!

Ed Kutch and team were amazing! We were completely taken care of and treated right! Ed really helped me with some amazing ideas about the menus and lighting! I highly recommend the Celestial room, you cannot go wrong with the US Grant!

My husband took me to Europe for 2 weeks and proposed in Paris. We knew we wanted a reception venue location that captured our magical experience in Europe. The US Grant Crystal Ballroom did just that. This room is magical and has an old world Europe glamour feel with elaborate plasterwork, ornate side columns, checkered floor, hand painted ceilings, & Czechoslovakian crystal chandeliers. This room is romantic, quaint, & historic! Aside from us loving this room, the US Grant has some amazing food and drinks. It can get expensive if you select open bar & some of the larger wedding packages. However, overall the value was great for the experience & amazing food! Our guests loved the food and kept saying how wonderful the overall experience was. They have a great catering team!
We worked directly with Lauren Bonahoom, she was friendly, accommodating, and professional. We highly recommend the US Grant for a wedding or special event!

An unforgettable day!

Our wedding at The US Grant Hotel was nothing short of magical. From the moment we began planning, Iliana Juarez took such incredible care of us—her warmth, kindness, and attention to detail made the entire experience truly special. She spent so much time with us, ensuring every detail was perfect and personal.

What made it even more meaningful was the history—my grandparent's got married at The US Grant in the 1950s, and Iliana went above and beyond to honor that legacy. When we arrived at our presidential suite we were surprised with a beautifully personalized touch—a stunning wedding cake and a framed photo of my grandparents on their wedding day. It brought tears to our eyes and made the celebration even more unforgettable.

The venue itself is breathtaking, with its timeless elegance and rich history. While The US Grant is definitely on the expensive side, the level of service, attention to detail, and overall experience made it worth every penny. If you’re looking for a wedding venue that is not only stunning but also filled with heart, The US Grant is the perfect choice. We will cherish our experience forever!

The venue is beautiful and we were beyond impressed with the overall presentation. The things we were not impressed with was the services promised vs the things we actually received from the venue. We asked that there be a limited bar during cocktail hour and no shots. Both of these things occurred and the bar tab was exhausted within an hour of the reception. We were told we would have formal white chairs for our sweetheart table but did not get these. We had an expensive bottle of Don Perignon stolen from our room with no compensation. We were given the top of our wedding cake on a plate and expected to take it home without a box or any type of covering. We also had cake put at our table we were saving to eat later that was taken and thrown away without even asking us if we wanted it. I hate writing a bad review because I would recommend this venue. I would suggest that you make sure you get every single detail in writing along with the related expenses before signing a contract. We were very straight forward about our budget. We were told from our first meeting what we could afford in our budget and even though we never changed the number of guests or added any extra items to our package we were sent a bill with an additional 15% over our agreed budget and estimated expenses based on the number of guest. Luckily we were able to work out this misunderstanding thanks to our coordinator but it was definitely an added stress at the last minute. Our guest loved the food and were extremely happy with the midnight snack provided.
