Nicole and the staff at the Parky Hyatt did an amazing job with my wedding! Nicole was an extreme pleasure to work with. She definitely went beyond my expectations and provided excellent professionalism.

Park Hyatt Aviara is the most elegant, the most magnificent of the all the venues in the San Diego area! We visited a bunch of venues with our wedding planner before we finally decided on Aviara. No other venue had the grace and grandeur of Aviara. One of the best decisions we ever made regarding the wedding. It is a gigantic property where you can easily get lost.

After stepping through the front door and feasting our eyes on the main lobby view, we were gasping for air! The hotel rooms were gorgeous as well unlike some other venues so we and our guests were very comfortable :D We were even upgraded to the Presidential suite during our stay by Meredith, our awesome venue manager! Meredith was with us all throughout the big day taking care of us and the hotel staff were very accommodating. Even after the dust settled, she was very helpful with making sure everything was smooth and that we were satisfied!

We had a wedding on the smaller side with 60 guests, but never did it feel like it was too big! We picked Palm Courtyard as our ceremony site and it was just beautiful especially with the refreshing palm trees in the background of all our shots. The cocktail hour was steps away by the fountain and some of our favorite pictures were taken there. Our ceremony was in the amazing Laviana Ballroom which suited our guest count perfectly. Of course, there are a bunch of rooms to choose from if you have a small or a huge wedding :D

Our wedding guests are still gushing to us about how beautiful and picture perfect the venue is! Also, tons of compliments on how delicious our food was especially the tasty steak and tater tots! Since there are so many places to take pictures, every picture we took at Aviara came out stunning. Remember to take pictures by the stairwell which always reminds me of the Titanic scene.

I don't even know where to begin with this PHENOMENAL review! The Park Hyatt Aviara exceeded every expectation - the service was impeccable (everything from valet, housekeeping, restaurants, and above all else, Kelly Smorzewski, Senior Catering Sales Manager). The hotel treated us and our guests like royalty; the food was outstanding and the grounds were incredibly beautiful. The hotel provided services above and beyond our expectations; our luncheon on Saturday was magnificent, but the wedding on Saturday was above 5 star standards. The food was not only presented beautifully, but our guests said it was so delicious (hot and fresh); the service was incredible! Kelly made this the weekend of our dreams; she was such a true pleasure to work with in every capacity. I never worried for one moment which made the night of the wedding so magical. Thank you Park Hyatt Aviara!!!

We are so glad we picked Park Hyatt Aviara to celebrate all the occasions of our fusion/Indian destination wedding. The hospitality and amenities were unbeatable and our guests from near and far felt truly taken care of because of it. All the personal touches from the start really sealed the deal for us, especially coming from our coordinator, Meredith. The design of the vast hotel is beautiful (smells of jasmine) and made for the perfect backdrop of our wedding events. Though we had to go back and forth on a few things, like wine selection and welcome bag delivery, we ALWAYS got to an understanding, inclusive of a ton of concessions all around - which speaks to the incredible flexibility of the team. Also, the food by Chef Pierre and desserts by Chef Christophe were, as the French say, magnifique. The mini cupcake tiered wedding cake was a work of art and Chef Pierre's coursed reception food was so fresh and delicious. He was also so accommodating to our Indian caterer for one of our occasions. All in all, we were very pleased with the overall experience and would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a location that can accommodate many people and has lots of different spaces on hand for various vibes. It's not cheap, and let's face it, weddings never are, but we got a lot of quality for our money.

We had our wedding here it was so beautiful! I wish I could relive the day. We worked with Mayla and from our very first tour of the venue we were treated very well. The venue itself is beautiful and offers multiple areas to host your wedding and reception. We had our wedding ceremony at the Palm Courtyard and the reception in the Aviara ballroom. Everything done by the hotel was perfect, the staff was great, and the food was good too. Thank you Mayla for all your help, you were amazing!

This was a beautiful venue, but some of the pricing got out of hand. They charge for everything and do not allow outside food or beverages. However, the staff is really really friendly and the hotel is gorgeous so I do recommend it.

Beautiful venue. Stay on top of the details as they tend to get overlooked
