Since the moment we started planning our wedding, we have been so impressed by the support staff at this venue. They have always been informative, helpful, kind, and transparent. They have such a good system to keep you feeling on track and calm throughout the months leading up and are always there to answer any questions Gladly. As it got closer to our wedding, I felt that I was able to relax and feel comfortable because of the help of all the staff there. Our day of coordinator banquet, captain, DJ, and all staff that we interacted with was kind helping make our night memorable. The venue itself continued to be in great shape as well, and they maintain it nicely. We know that part of the reason our night went so well was because of the venue and all the staff included, we would definitely recommend this venue to anybody who’s considering it.

From start to finish, Canopy Grove made my wedding planning experience as smooth and stress-free as possible, especially considering the emotional and personal challenges I faced while preparing for the big day. Bree, Marissa, and Katie were absolute lifesavers. They helped me organize every detail and made sure everything was in place for the wedding, which was incredibly reassuring during a time that felt overwhelming. Their support was invaluable and made all the difference.

On the day of the wedding, everything was seamless. My banquet captain, Christina, was amazing. She was incredibly attentive and made sure both my husband and I had full drinks the entire night – a small detail that truly enhanced the celebration. Our day-of coordinator, Bre, was just as wonderful. She was organized, calm, and kept everything on track so that we could enjoy our day without any stress.

The photo booth experience was a hit with all our guests, and I have to give a special shout-out to Adolfo, the photo booth attendant. He was so friendly and fun, and we've received nothing but praise from everyone about how great he was.

Austin, our bartender, was another standout. The feedback I’ve gotten from our guests is overwhelmingly positive about both the drinks and the service. Everyone was impressed by his professionalism and the tasty cocktails he served.

The food was absolutely delicious, and I have to say that the soft pretzel bar was a major highlight. It was the perfect touch and everyone loved it.

I’m so grateful to the entire Canopy Grove team for making our wedding a night we will never forget. From the planning stages to the last dance, they made sure everything went off without a hitch. Our families were so impressed, and it was the perfect celebration for us. We got married here June 22, 2024 and it was perfect. For the last year+ we’ve been planning and everything came together beautifully! I am so grateful to the team for being available to help, adjust anything I wanted to and just for being so attentive to us and the wedding altogether from the very beginning through to the end. Wedgewood made everything super simple, kept everything organized for me and was there every step of the way to guide and help us bring the vision we had for our wedding to fruition. Thank you to Taylor especially, but also to the entire team. We appreciate you all so much!

My husband and I got married at Canopy Grove on December 17th, 2023, and it was truly the most magical day of our lives!

There are not enough words to express how blessed we were to work with the entire Wedgewood team for planning our special day. The process was straightforward and easy to follow, and the wedding planner binder was a beautiful touch that helped us keep everything organized and structured throughout the wedding planning process. Whenever I had a question or concern, the Wedgewood team would answer my emails promptly and always had creative ideas and solutions to solve any issues that developed during the wedding planning process. The entire wedding planning process as well as our wedding day was stress-free and enjoyable because of the entire Wedgewood team.

Feedback from our Guests: Our guests could not stop talking about how delicious all of the food was! Additionally, we kept getting numerous positive comments about how beautiful and peaceful the venue was! From the gorgeous mountain scenery to the beautiful event barn, guests could not stop talking about how breathtaking the venue was. Finally, the guests could not stop talking about how fun and organized the wedding was! Everyone seemed to truly enjoy themselves and some individuals said it was the best wedding they've ever attended!

You made our dream wedding come to life through your organization, attention to detail, and your creativity. The beautiful photo frame and card you left at our sweetheart table made both my husband and I teary-eyed and just emphasized once again how much you care for the couples you work with. For that, we are forever grateful! You have a true passion and gift for working in the wedding industry and we hope that you get recognized for all of the hard work and love you pour into your job!

Melinda: Thank you so much for also being an integral part of our wedding planning process! We had our lengthy first wedding planning meeting with you and you were so patient with Jarvis and I and all of our ideas that we had for our wedding. You made me feel so beautiful on our wedding day and it meant so much for you to stand with me and keep me company while I waited for my first touch with Jarvis! We are so blessed to have worked with you as well and you are amazing at making the wedding planning process a breeze, even when bumps in the road pop up along the way!

Damian (Our Banquet Captain): Thank you so so so much for everything you did for us on our wedding day! You constantly were checking in on Jarvis and I and were always making sure that we were taken care of (if we needed more drinks, more food, more desserts, etc.). At the end of the wedding, you brought us a bottle of champagne which was an incredibly sweet gesture and you even put our bags/the bottle of champagne in our getaway car for us! You were an absolute joy to work with and we appreciate everything you did to make us, and our guests feel comfortable and happy the entire duration of the wedding night.

Kyon (Our DJ): You are AWESOME! It was such a joy working with you throughout the entire planning process. You truly took our playlists and ideas to heart, and you played a wonderful mixture of music from our playlists along with the different genres we enjoyed. You are extremely talented at what you do, and we can't thank you enough for making our music perfect the entire night! Additionally, you went above and beyond with delivering an awesome mixture of introductions for our wedding parties, making sure all of our songs were played correctly for each event, and allowing us to have control over recommendations and music we wanted played. You also have a beautiful soul and felt like family from the first time we met. Thank you for making our day so special!

We are so excited to get our professional photos and videos back, but we have these photos to share in the meantime that were taken by staff, our family, and friends! There are too many great things to say about Canopy Grove and the team to fit in a comment box - but if you are looking for a wedding venue in the greater San Diego area look no further - if you book with them you will not be disappointed. Our wedding was pure magic! The whole team at Canopy Grove made our dream wedding come true! We were married on October 7th 2023 and I keep hearing from friends and family (more than 2 months later) how it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to, how much fun they had, and from the wedding party and my glam squad just how wonderful, professional and just lovely the staff and vendors were! I feel so lucky to have had this powerhouse team making our day so special.

They made the whole planning process SO easy! They say reach out as much you want and they mean it, because I had A LOT of questions and details to work through. They were all so kind, gracious and so helpful throughout the whole process! All of the vendors that we used (all Wedgewood vendors except the cake) were so great! We loved our photographers Miranda and Trevor from LMP and will recommend them to people in the future, the flowers from HCD exceeded any expectation that I had, Kimi our officiant was so great and Marthin our DJ gave us the party that we wanted.

But I CAN NOT say enough about Melinda and Taylor. We booked so far in advance and so far ahead of when the buildout of the venue was complete that I must have asked one million questions. Melinda fielded all of them for a while and was just so helpful, accommodating and easy to work with. She and then Taylor our day of coordinator worked to bring our vision for our wedding to life and it was absolutely perfect. I could not have asked for a better team to be there on the most important day in our lives. All of the details from Taylor setting out all of our table items to tying ribbon on chairs to Melinda distracting me before I walked down the aisle so I didn't start crying, to the framed photo of us on our table and the sparkler moment - just every detail was perfection. I am SO thankful to the team at Canopy Grove for making this day and our dream wedding a reality! I'm only sad that I can't get married to my husband again so I can work with this amazing team again!
