Oh my goodness, where do I even begin?!?!? I fell IN LOVE with Circle Oak Ranch from the moment I toured the venue all the way up to my wedding day. There are no words to describe how absolutely beautiful this venue and location is! It still is the venue of my dreams weeks after our wedding! My guests raved on and on about how beautiful the venue was and that they haven't seen anything like it! I will recommend this place to everyone!

Not only is the venue incredible, but the staff and team is what makes this place above and beyond. I cannot thank Jennifer and her team enough for all the help, time, and effort they put in to make my wedding day so special. I am forever grateful for them and their kindness!

If you're thinking of Circle Oak Ranch as your wedding venue, JUST DO IT! I promise it is so so so worth it!!!!

I do not even know where to begin! Jennifer and the entire Circle Oak Ranch team were truly amazing to work with. Not only is this an absolutely stunning property, but the team is why COR stands apart from the rest. My husband and I looked at quite a bit of venues before we settled down because at every venue there was just something missing. Right from the first moment, we met Jennifer, we knew that this is the place we want to get married. We always joke around saying that we picked COR solely because of Jennifer. The entire planning process was not only stress-free but it was actually fun! Jennifer and her team (Chelsea and Kendra), were extremely easy to work with and ensured that everything we envisioned came to life. They responded to every email by the end of the day, and always made me feel important. The day of the wedding was literally perfect. Everything ran so smoothly. I received so many compliments afterward about how perfect the day was and how beautiful the venue was. I cannot say enough good things about COR. Do yourself a favor and get married here!

Where do I even begin? From the moment we met Jennifer on the tour of the beautiful venue, we knew she stood out from the rest. My husband and I truly felt she loved what she did and cared about each couple she worked with. This initial positive gut-feeling about her was what got us to book this venue the Monday following the Saturday we toured them (mind you, we had seen at least 10 other venues before them). Then, when we actually got to work with Jennifer and her team, their care and love was proven time and time again.

Leading up to the wedding day, Jennifer and her team (hi Chelsea, Kendra, and Ron!) answered our millions of questions, were game for any and all requests, helped us with a lodging issue we had, and everything in between. We literally made so many changes to our wedding itinerary, even up until the last few days before and they all did it with a smile and positive attitude. I knew they wanted to make sure we had the wedding day we wanted and the wedding of our dreams.

On the actual day of the wedding, we felt taken care of the entire time. Jennifer was our day of coordinator and she made sure to check in on us, was there with anything we needed (literally anything!), and made sure we were fed and our drinks were filled the entire time. Kendra is also a bustle QUEEN. I had a custom 9-point bustle and she knew how to bustle it and had my dress bustled to get into without even me showing her the video on how to do it! And Ron the man! He made sure to be there with his truck or golf cart for transport every time. Honestly, these people are top notch and KNOW how to do weddings. They were one step ahead every time and every need was anticipated and met.

I cannot say enough good things about Circle Oak Ranch. The hubs and I are so glad we chose Jennifer and her team. We have immense love and gratitude for them and our only wish is for one of our friends/family to get married there so we can see them again and experience their magic from a guest’s perspective! RUN, don’t walk, to book these wonderful people! You will not regret it :)

I can’t say enough good things about Jennifer and the team at Circle Oak Ranch! Jennifer made planning sooo easy and smooth and made sure everything was on time the day of the wedding. There wasn’t one single hiccup the entire day!! Not only is this venue stunning, the staff is the best and the food was amazing. Jennifer also helped me by recommending other vendors and everything was beautiful and perfect. I wish I could relive this day over and over!!

We got married at Circle Oak Ranch on October 9th 2021 in perfect ceremony after two years of planning with the wonderful Jennifer. I cannot speak highly enough of how lovely Jennifer and her team are, in fact after meeting Jennifer we knew instantly that it was the right location. She is so warm and has a calming demeanor about her that is contagious. She was so flexible with all of our changes due to our military requirements and made us feel like we were her only wedding even though this beautiful ranch is pretty much booked for double hitters every weekend! You will feel like every detail is covered, the stress removed and be able to enjoy the day because of Jennifer (aside from your crazy family she cant help that :) but she tries!!) and she does this all effortlessly. Her attention to detail is impeccable, the timing of everything is seamless, and the property is maintained beautifully thanks to her super star husband Ron and his team! This place is a dream, you really have to soak it all in. I truly treasured every moment of going out for planning, rehearsal and our special day. I love the inclusive package they offer, the food/drink, the DJ and photobooth - AMAZING you will not find this in SOCAL! Everything you want and more is possible at this venue. We are so thankful for Jennifer and Ron as well as the Circle Oak Ranch team for giving us the most beautiful wedding day we could ever imagine.

This venue is a 10/10. No questions asked. The day was so perfect and seamless, I couldn’t have asked for a more amazing team that came with Circle Oak.

Circle Oak Ranch is the most INCREDIBLE wedding venue and is absolutely GORGEOUS. We got married back in June and continue to talk about how amazing the wedding was every single day. We absolutely LOVED everything and can not thank Jennifer, Kendra, and Chelsea enough. It was stunning! Special shoutout and Thank you to Kendra for her support and amazing attention to detail setting up our decorations. She was the most incredible wedding coordinator and she made the wedding day perfect. Thank you Jennifer for all the amazing work you did behind the scenes. She is the reason every wedding runs so smoothly. It was so great having you by our side throughout the night. Our friends and family message us all the time telling us how incredible our wedding was and how amazing the venue was. The night was so beautiful. We are so blessed to have had our wedding at this venue. I would give it over 5 stars if that were possible. I highly recommend Circle Oak Ranch for every and all couples looking for the perfect venue with the most precious staff and owners. They are so professional, personal, and kind from day one of visiting the venue through the entire process. They will make your wedding beyond what you ever would imagine.

Circle Oak Ranch was so perfect for mine and my husband's special elopement. We had every detail planned for a large wedding at the venue, but due to COVID, we rearranged to be just a small, private elopement in May. Big or small, this venue is just stunningly gorgeous with so much outside space (more than others in the area!) since it offers distinct, separate areas for you to have your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Everything is spread out to allow for different decor, look & feels for each. I worked very closely with Jennifer (the owner) and her team throughout the experience and Jennifer is by far one of the most organized, sweet, and attentive people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She's truly the best!! Highly recommend this venue for your big day and the amazing, talented team of vendors that comes along with it!

My husband and I got married at the ranch about 3 months ago, and the entire day was an absolute dream! We could not have picked a better wedding venue. Not only is the property beautiful, but Ron, Jennifer, and their staff help make everything as stress-free as possible. Jennifer is extremely organized and makes herself available to answer questions throughout the entire planning process. Ron and Jennifer work hard to keep their property beautiful and are always making improvements and updates. Their kindness and hospitality made the experience that much more enjoyable for us and our guests. They genuinely want your wedding day to be the best day of your lives, and they go above and beyond to make that happen. Circle Oak Ranch is the perfect wedding venue!

My husband and I were married under the giant oak trees of Circle Oak Ranch back in October 2019.

On our first visit to the venue, we were immediately greeted by the warmest and brightest smile, belonging to none other than the owner, Jennifer. The grounds were gorgeous, and they are always being maintained and even improved (thanks to the other owner Ron, Jennifer's husband), and the layout of the property takes guests on a beautifully seamless journey from the welcome pergola, to the wedding ceremony, up to the cocktail hour, and arriving at last to the reception space under the stars and string lights.
Best part was, while guests are enjoying the cocktail hour, Ron snuck us away to the "top of the hill" spot on their property, which overlooks the back country of Fallbrook. We danced, laughed, and were photographed by Aldous Photo (highly recommend) just before sunset. One of the most intimate and magical moments of the night. When we returned, me, my husband, and bridal party entered the reception two by two down a dramatic staircase. I felt like we were attending a rustic, royal ball.

Did I mention it is all-inclusive? No worries about locating the best vendors or having to negotiate the details. They already have them secured and ready to make your dream day happen! All our guests couldn't stop talking about the food, the DJ, everything. It was all perfect, all thanks to Jennifer, Chelsea, Ron, and the rest of their team.

I felt like I did all the fun wedding planning parts you dream of doing as a young girl without any of the stress from details experienced by way too many brides as adults.

It truly was a glorious day of ease, enjoyment, and celebration of my husband and I's marriage. The day felt effortless, and that is primarily because the vendors are all so well-organized thanks to the communication skills of Circle Oak Ranch, which I experienced in the months leading up the wedding, and even afterwards.

Jennifer and Ron truly want to give you your dream wedding day. I cannot recommend Circle Oak Ranch enough!

I recently got married here in August of 2018 and I can not say enough. From touring to the day of, everything went perfectly. At least it felt that way because if anything did come up, Jennifer and her team took care of it before I even knew it was a problem. For example, our marriage license was accidentally left at the venue and run over by a car. Only later did I learn that she searched the property, found it, and mailed it herself.

The venue is thoughtfully designed and beautiful. My guests came up to me all night asking "How did you find this place?."

Jennifer and her husband, Ron, are constantly investing money back into their property to keep it in tip top shape. Their pricing is very transparent and we were never surprised by any hidden fees.

If you are seriously thinking about booking this place, do your self a favor and do it! It was the perfect place to celebrate one of the best days of my life.

Hands down the best, most beautiful wedding venue in Southern California!! It flows so nicely from ceremony, to cocktail, to reception. Jenn and Ron are the sweetest and so great to work with!!And the ranch is alteady gorgeous and they are always working to make it even better. It makes the most beautiful backdrop for your wedding and was everything we dreamed of!

From the minute I stepped foot on the property at Circle Oak Ranch I knew this was the perfect place for our Country Vintage meets Hawaii wedding. Jennifer is SO professional and organized. She was always one step ahead of me in planning and helped make our day run smoothly and worked with us to create the exact feel we wanted. She and her husband have this DOWN and my guests were so impressed by the amenities on the property and how incredible the place was. Booking a tour with Jennifer was so easy, and she was so accommodating - I came with my fiance and my parents. She thoroughly explained the venue, as well as listened to what we want (where I feel so many venues push what THEY want rather than listen). Other than how beautiful Circle Oak is, I love that Jennifer has two packages - one where she does it all if you want, or one where you have to freedom to choose. And even with the freedom to choose she still helps out a lot! I am absolutely SO excited to be having my wedding here in 2018 and I definitely recommend taking a tour to check it out!

When we were in search of a wedding venue, we were not finding any place that gave us "the feels" until we came to tour Circle Oak Ranch. We were blown away from the moment we turned into the property. It is so peaceful, unique, beautiful, and private. Circle Oak Ranch is a beautiful mix of modern and rustic. We LOVED that we were able to bring in our own vendors. This was super important for us because we wanted to make our wedding personalized and special to us. Jennifer and Ron are AMAZING. They really take care of their property, and they are so easy to work with, plus they are SO NICE. They allowed us to come multiple times to the venue to show family, and do walk throughs. We hired Jennifer as our day of coordinator and that was one of the best decisions we made. She is so organized, calm, hard working, and sweet. She knows the property like the back of her hand (since they lives there) and she has seen so many weddings happen there. She was able to work with us and all our venders to come up with the perfect timeline for the day. We have had so many compliments on how beautiful our venue was and how the whole day just flowed so well! They also have 360 views of the valley, that are unreal... the pictures/videos come out amazing (your photographer will thank you). We would highly recommend checking out Circle Oak Ranch if you want to have a personalized, private, venue for your wedding! (And hire Jennifer as your coordinator!)

My (now) husband and I found Circle Oak Ranch through Wedding Wire and immediately fell in love. We went to view the venue in person and we were sold. We booked shortly after and realized very quickly that we had hit the jackpot. Not only is the venue breath-takingly gorgeous, the owners, Jennifer and Ron, are absolutely wonderful. They were so kind and accommodating from the very beginning and throughout our entire wedding process. Jennifer was so quick to respond to any questions we had throughout the year of our wedding planning and on the day of, both Jennifer and Ron were helping us set things up and helped tear things down afterwards! We honestly don't think our venue choice could have been better. My only advice to anyone planning to book with them would be to book an extra hour! 5 hours flew by and we would have loved that extra hour to soak everything in! Thank you SO much Jennifer and Ron for letting us use your gorgeous home and for making our wedding everything we dreamed of!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this location. The venue is absolutely stunning and our guests loved the location. It is truly something very special. Ron and Jennifer were amazing to work with and every vendor we met at bridal shows, in interviews or general conversation, loved working at Circle Oak. The place is great since ceremony and reception are all in one location. We choose to purchase a package through Circle Oak which took care of alot of the items such as food, bar service, DJ and coordinator and we were very pleased with all vendors that we worked with. Our guests loved the food and said it was some of the best wedding food they have ever had. You can also purchase just the site only and bring in all you own vendors so they are very flexible. The owners are constantly making new improvements to their property and can tell they really love their location and care about every couple that gets married there. It is about a 20 minute drive from Temecula but the drive is beautiful. I could not recommend this place enough!

I can't say enough of how much my wife and I loved having our wedding at Circle Oak Ranch. The owners Ron and Jen went above and beyond in helping us with our wedding day and making it special. Jen was really helpful in responding to our questions and concerns and made our wedding planning be so much easier with her help. The venue is so beautiful and if you are looking for a country vibe this is the place for you! The best part is you can bring in your own vendors if you please and for us that was what we were looking for. Not many places allow you to bring in your own vendors these days. The day of our wedding was perfect both Ron and Jen helped us make sure our wedding day went without a hitch and it did. Once you visit the grounds you won't turn back. Book Circle Oak Ranch you won't be disappointed!

Not only is the venue magical but the owners are also just as amazing and deserve a round of applause. Jen and Ron were great to work with and were always quick to respond or help us with whatever it may be.
We were torn between a beach wedding or a naturesque wedding so we researched quite a few venues and then came to Circle Oak Ranch and that same day we booked the venue because it was just so stunning. I know that when you think of a ranch you might think your theme needs to be somewhat country and rustic but mine wasn’t at all and it still went really well. I had what my florist called a “Boho Garden” wedding and tied in very well because majority of my décor was floral so it looked a bit more elegant with some relaxed touches.
I would highly recommend this place to any bride as the venue can really be versatile (besides beach theme). Go and look for yourself and you will understand :)

Also, if you do book this venue, I am sure you Jen will tell you that she has a dedicated Wedding Coordinator/Planner (day of or planner) named Jessica that you can book as well. Its additional, as all of them are but I cannot tell you how amazing she was to work with! I had her as my day of coordinator and I thought that I wouldn’t really talk to her much until a few weeks before the wedding but she was always willing to answer all of my questions regarding vendors and budget and anything else I needed and she really made the whole experience that much better because I knew that I could count on her and that she always has the bride’s back!! I actually miss talking to her because that is how personable she was!!!!

Venue and Wedding Coordinator= AMAZING!!!

There are not enough ways to praise Circle Oak Ranch for such an amazing venue! Ron and Jennifer have out their heart and soul into making each wedding a special, unique and memorable day. We held my daughter's wedding at Circle Oak Ranch and the day was exactly what she had envisioned. Ron and Jennifer set it up just how she wanted, and despite the word "ranch" it was so elegantly beautiful! This venue lends itself to be as rustic or as elegant as you want. I highly recommend a site tour with Jennifer, she is so helpful, flexible, nice and is willing to make your day everything you hope for!

Ron and Jennifer own this private ranch. It is beautiful and amazing. Jennifer was very attentive and fast to respond to any of my needs. She made me feel special and calm on my day. she changed things i wanted without any questions or problems. it's a bit of a drive to the venue, but it's beautiful once you get there
