We are thrilled that we chose Brick for our magical day! The entire in-house team from planners to bartenders were superb. The venue was a stunning blank slate that gave me the flexibility I wanted as a DIY bride. The location was fantastic, super close to many hotels for my guests to choose from, and the proximity to the airport made it convenient for guests who were flying in (our hotel a 6 minutes drive from the airport and a 3 minute drive to Brick). I was worried that the plane noise would be a distraction on the day, but it wasn’t at all. Our guests got used to the sound quickly and once the reception started and the roll up door was closed, I didn’t even notice it. We were on the fence about adding the month-of coordination to our package and are SO GLAD we did. Cassidy was an absolute dream to work with and I truly don’t know how we would have a managed the day with her. She handled all of the details with vendors leading up to the day, created extremely detailed schedules, and made me feel so so at ease. When I started stressing about the dance floor vibe later in the night, she jumped into action to course correct. Everyone in my family was extremely complementary of the entire Brick staff. If you’re looking for a venue where you can dance late into the night, have vendor flexibility, a great staff, and a premium location, look no further! And if you’re on the fence about adding one of their planning packages, just do it! I would’ve been lost without them! Thank you Cassidy and the entire Brick team. You all are rockstars 🙌🏼

We got married at BRICK in April and it truly was the best day ever. We are so happy we chose BRICK as our venue. Lindsay was our planner and made the entire wedding planning process feel so easy and stress free. We talked about our vision, showed her some photos, and she brought it to life! It was better than we could have ever imagined. The entire day went so smoothly from start to finish and we just couldn’t have asked for anything more from Lindsay and the rest of the team at BRICK. We HIGHLY recommend this venue and planning team for anyone getting married any time soon. You will not be disappointed!

We had such a wonderful experience at BRICK - our wedding turned out beautifully and everything ran super smoothly. We chose BRICK because we really loved the location and the look of the building, along with being able to have more creative control. We planned our wedding from afar, so we were especially grateful to work with Lindsay on the planning. She did such an excellent job of helping us with picking vendors, coordinating everything, and keeping us on track - especially with things we didn't even think of! One thing that BRICK doesn't have is a room to get ready in but Lindsay was especially helpful in figuring out logistics with using a hotel and travelling to the venue.

The actual day went wonderfully - the team and Lindsay did such a great job with keeping the day on track and keeping everything organized. What I especially loved was the time they took to make sure that as the couple we had everything we needed including alone time during the day. The barstaff were so much fun and the day ran so smoothly.

Our wedding at The Brick was everything we could have asked for and then some! From the start, Lindsay and her team made the planning process smooth and enjoyable. Lindsay’s “homework” documents were an incredible tool to organize all of our ideas and get on the same page about our vision for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. She broke everything down into actionable steps, making sure nothing was overlooked. Her vendor recommendations were spot-on, and her ability to work within our budget constraints while delivering the wedding of our dreams was nothing short of impressive.

The Brick is a blank canvas venue, which means you get to customize every detail—but it also means renting everything and outsourcing most of your vendors. Thankfully, they offer a bar service and a package for purchasing your own alcohol, which was a total game-changer for us. We loved working with their team to craft signature cocktails and budget our alcohol purchases. They helped us achieve a fun and generous open bar without breaking the bank. (Pro tip: We ended up overbuying alcohol, but it worked out perfectly as we used the extras as thank-you gifts and shared them with family the next day!)

The service on the day of was phenomenal. We were never without a cocktail in hand, and the team made sure we—and all our guests—were comfortable and cared for. They worked seamlessly with our wedding party liaison to ensure everything ran smoothly, so we could just focus on enjoying the day.

While The Brick doesn’t have a formal dressing area or green room, we used their office as “command central.” For two men and our FOUR outfit changes, it worked perfectly! For those with gowns, it might feel a bit snug since the space is shared with staff and their storage, but it’s definitely manageable.

One feature we didn’t expect to love as much as we did was their camera system, which monitors the inside and outside of the venue. It gave us a fun behind-the-scenes look at everything happening while we were hiding in the office before the ceremony. We loved watching our guests arrive and even got to monitor the dance floor hype level while taking quick breaks from the party!

From start to finish, The Brick’s team made us feel supported and valued. Their flexibility, vendor connections, and accommodating nature (including letting us visit the venue multiple times, even unannounced) made planning our wedding a dream. If I had one minor critique, it’s that they let us take the reins a bit more than we expected—sometimes I wished they’d stepped in to pull us back—but it’s clear they just wanted to make sure we got exactly what we wanted.

My wife and I are from the Bay Area and celebrated our wedding at BRICK in November 2024. The first thing that caught our attention were the stunning photos on their Instagram. I instantly fell in love with the vibe of the venue—the intimacy, the dim lighting, and the sleek, modern design. It was exactly what we were looking for.

Our first meeting with Victoria over Zoom sealed the deal. She was warm, approachable, and easy to work with. She painted such a vivid picture of how our wedding could look that we booked the venue without even seeing it in person.

Then came Lindsay, the best wedding planner we could have asked for! She made the entire planning process stress-free, fun, and enjoyable. Lindsay was incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and truly brought our vision to life. She created a mood board that perfectly captured our personalities and wedding goals. On the big day, she exceeded every expectation—she was everywhere, ensuring every detail was perfect and that we felt completely taken care of. Even our guests loved her energy and attentiveness.

Sabrina, the beverage manager, was also a joy to work with. She provided a detailed, straightforward contract and helped us estimate the perfect amount of alcohol to purchase. Her guidance was spot-on, and our guests raved about the bartenders. They were outgoing, fun, and clearly enjoyed being part of the celebration.

Overall, I can’t recommend BRICK enough. The experience was flawless, and our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more. Zero complaints!

BRICK was the most perfect place to hold my wedding ceremony and reception. It was absolutely beautiful, reasonable pricing, and reliable/ hard working staff. We also hired Lindsay from the brick as a partial planner and coordinator and she CRUSHED IT. The best day of my life and I am so glad we chose to have it at Brick.

Our Experience was great! San Diego was a destination wedding and we decided to use Brick due to its great location and pricing. We hired their wedding planner Lyndsay and she did a great time planning, organizing, and coordinating everything for us. We couldn't have done it without her. The venue is in a great area, we comfortably fit 100 guests inside with a DJ and plenty of space to dance. Overall we had a great experience.

Lindsay and the BRICK team, with the help of our florist from Whimsy Blooms, transformed our charming brick venue into a stunning space that exceeded our expectations. Lindsay’s seamless handling of everything relieved our stress and allowed us to fully enjoy the day. BRICK and their team truly went above and beyond.

tl;dr: for folks who want to customize their special day/experience for themselves, and who want to work with the best professionals in the business, BRICK is the place for you!

For the folks who are looking at the positive reviews, trying to figure out whether they're legit or not--BRICK is the absolute BEST. My fianceé and I chose BRICK because of its flexibility in terms of hosting a large crowd (160+ people), its flexibility in terms of pretty much any preference we had, and a setup we thought would maximize the amount of fun we could have at our wedding (you could dance all night, no noise ordinance, multiple areas to hang out, etc., etc.). We got all of that in spades.

For the cost-minded: we chose this venue because we were frustrated by going to a bunch of wedding venues that charged a bunch for food and drinks, with a limited amount of flexibility in the layout, and would end up closing at ~10:00PM. We wanted somewhere that we could fill out the way we wanted it to look, while making sure that we didn't feel overcharged or undercut in any one aspect of the services we were paying for. We spent approximately ~40K in total on the venue, food, alcohol, photography, floral arrangements, furniture rentals, until just about midnight. Given that most other venues in the area cost around there for their base package, we were SUPER happy with this. Plus, we had the added benefit of seeing where every single dollar went.

The staff was nothing short of exceptional. We chose the "one month out" option for wedding planning, and were more than pleasantly surprised with that option. Lindsay was phenomenal. My fianceé and I were planning this wedding from the East Coast--Lindsay made our ideas and our vision come to life. She helped coordinate everything we could have asked for. She was at the dang church when we were getting married, helping coordinate! It was like having our own personalized special ops squad. The bartenders were fantastic--we had requested some specialized "His" & "Hers" drinks, and they went above and beyond on them. They're just wonderful people, whose good energy made the evening that much better.

The preferred vendors were also incredible--everything they did was exceptionally punctual, professional, and went without any hitch that anyone could have noticed. It's worth mentioning that BRICK's preferred vendors are folks they have longstanding relationships with, and as a result, the vendors know how to operate with one another, and in the venue, seamlessly. They also won't try to nickel-and-dime you; in fact, our florist Mike went so far as to last-minute help us out with beautiful arrangements for our bridesmaids when we realized we had mis-counted the number of bridesmaids that needed a bouquet! This is just one of the many examples of the vendors and staff at BRICK going above and beyond to help us out.

Just a wonderful, wonderful experience overall...can't recommend BRICK and the folks there enough!

Our wedding at the BRICK was the best day of our lives! We got married this past summer on July 11th and we worked with Lindsay their wedding planner for the year leading up to the wedding. Lindsay is highly organized and positive. We chose the BRICK's "part-time" wedding planning option which was perfect for us since we wanted to be involved in the planning while still receiving guidance from the expert. We chose lots of the BRICKS preferred vendors but also branched out and chose some that we found so that the day was still a reflection of us. We also loved that we were allowed to choose food trucks instead of catering companies because it saved us a lot of money. Thirdly, the BRICK is very much a blank canvas. The brick walls and natural light are stunning on their own and it doesn't take much to amplify the venue with whatever decor you decide on. Our candle light and wild flowers were the touch we decided on and it was absolutely stunning when it all came together. We would recommend the BRICK to anyone who is looking for a beautiful venue with kind staff and the amazing Lindsay to help make their vision a reality!
