Samantha Contreras and her team did an amazing job from start to finish. Our November wedding was perfect at Scripps Seaside Forum. We chose PTD because of the reasonable quotes and the fact we could trust them with all rentals. That was the best decision we made! Samantha handled everything from flatware to drapery. For around 100 people we ended up spending a little over $16k for rentals, tray passed appetizers, full buffet, and churros. It did absolutely feel like a white glove experience which justified spending that much. Especially in an industry where you can spend that much on much more underwhelming service.
Our wedding day ran smoothly despite the downpour of rain. We loved that they knew the venue and worked seamlessly with our day of coordinator.
The food was amazing we cannot stop getting compliments on the red wine demi glace short-ribs that were actually better than they were in tasting. We had a perfect amount of food. Thank you to Samantha and her team!

We had such an incredible experience with Personal Touch Dining and could not recommend them more highly! From the very beginning, their entire team was incredibly responsive and helpful. They answered all of my questions so quickly, thoroughly explained everything, and gave me so much confidence that they would think through all of the little details and logistics to make sure our wedding day went off without a hitch. That level of responsiveness and attention to detail made such a huge difference during the planning process!

And the entire team on our wedding day was AMAZING. From the venue manager and chefs to the waitstaff, servers, and bartenders, everyone was so kind, attentive, and professional. Our guests were also constantly telling us how wonderful the staff was—how friendly and fun they were, how attentive they were, and how well taken care of they felt throughout the evening. It was clear that the entire team genuinely cared about making our wedding a great experience for us and our guests.

And, of course, the FOOD was AMAZING! We loved that there were so many options and choices, which allowed us to really customize the menu to what we wanted. They also had fantastic substitute options for dietary restrictions, which made it easy to make sure all of our guests had plenty of delicious food to enjoy.

One of the sweetest things they did was pack up appetizers and meals for us to enjoy later because they knew we might not have much of a chance to eat during the wedding. That was such a thoughtful gesture and something we really appreciated!

From the planning process to the food to the incredible service on our wedding day, Personal Touch Dining exceeded our expectations in every way. We are so grateful to their entire team and would absolutely recommend them to anyone planning a wedding!

Wow! The team at PTD is amazing. We worked with Ailish and Samantha. They accommodated last minute switches, 1000 emails from us asking questions about details, rental options, etc. Not to mention the food was so delicious and they had many options and met lots of different dietary restrictions. The cannoli bar! Oh my gosh. It was wonderful.

We also got their rentals for our wedding and they were gorgeous and they had lots of options, too. We also got their bartending services which were very good. They were on time, responsive, and very pleasant to work with. Nothing went wrong and we can highly recommend for any couple looking for a stress-free catering experience for their wedding! On our wedding day, their service was outstanding! The wait staff were attentive and warm, making both us and our guests feel so well taken care of. Our guests especially raved about the bartenders, and of course, the food was phenomenal! We were getting compliments for days on end from our gusts about how delicious everything was!

Absolutely loved working with Personal Touch Dinning for our wedding, especially appreciated Samantha and all her support. From the beginning she was mindful of our budget and didn’t try to push anything on us. Her communication made us feel so well taken care of from the start to the end! The best part of our experience was our tasting! My husband and I still talk about how fun and special we felt during that experience. On the day of our wedding Samantha thought of small details to make us feel taken care of. When we arrived to our table she had saved some of the appetizers for us to have knowing that we were busy mingling and didn’t get to eat. When we got back from our wedding our family even complimented how organized PTD was and how Samantha was so on top of making sure we were taken care of. As a bride and groom who traveled down to San Diego for our wedding and planned most of it virtually I could not recommend PTD enough!

Personal Touch was great to work with for our wedding. They were very responsive to questions, updates, and requests. The service and quality of food day of was fantastic. We had several guests compliment the food. Their attention to detail to make a great experience was evident by including sparkling cider for kids in the champagne toast, the servers going out of their way to ensure we always had a drink, and the care package of food specific for us as bride and groom to take home separate from the other leftovers. Highly recommend Personal Touch Dining and will gladly use them for future catering needs.
