Kelsey is an absolute star and I cannot recommend her enough. She is professional, attentive, and truly cares for us. We hired Kelsey for a full service planning and she delivered just that and more. She provided us with the best selections of vendors and gave us honest and valuable inputs when we didn't know what to do. She was conscious of our budget and really helped us wherever she could. All of our friends would tell us that they would've never known we were planning a wedding because we did not feel stressed at all. That was all thanks to Kelsey!

Fast forward to wedding weekend, Kelsey again went above and beyond. From the beginning, she handled the dress rehearsal with grace: giving important reminders to the wedding party and making sure everyone knew that they needed to do. On the day of the wedding, she also had two assistants that made everything go so smoothly. We had a location change between the ceremony and reception and she handled the logistics with extreme care and ease. She made sure everyone was taken care of and had the most positive and caring attitude.

I can’t say enough great things about Kelsey. From our very first phone call, I knew she was who I wanted to help coordinate our wedding. She was so kind and so thoughtful going over everything.
Kelsey made sure she was available to do a walk though with us, arrived early to our rehearsal to collect all items for wedding day and really just made sure every aspect of our wedding day went smooth.
She was very clear to everyone that if there were any issues to go through her so our day was stress free. She couldn’t have been more serious about that. Our florist was sick (I had no idea) Kelsey stepped in without skipping a beat to make sure everything looked perfect. That just goes to shows just what kind of person she is. Absolutely amazing!
Communication was outstanding, she was in contact will all vendors to make sure everyone was in the same page.

From the first inquiry phone call Kelsey and I clicked, but having similar ideas and creative processes made the daunting task of planning a wedding that much more fluid. I happened to stumble upon Kelsey through a close wedding vendor friend and it was evident from the first time we talked on the phone that I would need her to ensure my special day would truly be the day I wanted. I was definitely one of those brides that is type A and wants to do everything myself or cut some corners to try and save a few bucks, but planning a wedding with ALL of the many tiny details and decisions; it quickly became overwhelming. Kelsey was able to create my vision board for my wedding, worked with my florist and my budget to achieve the look/design I wanted, but with the budget I could afford. She was always so quick to respond when I had question no matter how small the request was. She never made me feel like I was bugging her or being a nuance. BEST DECISION EVER. That Photo Booth was absolutely perfect for my garden wedding. It was hardly empty. Everyone raved about how much fun it was and all the prints they were able to take home. I was debating using a wedding planner but it was the best decision ever. Kelsey was amazing to work with! She took care of everything on our wedding day and made our day extra special. She was so thoughtful with including emergency kits for the bridesmaids’ get ready room with Bobby pins, hairspray, etc. (things I did not even think of). With no clue where to even begin seeking the fairytale wedding planner of our dreams, we decided to turn to our friendly fairytale photographer who highly recommended Kelsey with Forever Enchanted Events. We were so excited that we instantly reached out to her! Our initial contact with Kelsey was via email, and we could just feel her sincerity through every word. Then, we had our first zoom call and immediately fell in love with her! Her smile, positivity, and enthusiastic energy are infectious. Kelsey was very encouraging to our grand and creative ideas and knew exactly what we wanted all while keeping us focused on the task at hand, and more importantly our wedding budget. Since we’ve decided to choose a city that we have never been to, you can imagine we had our fair share of questions and concerns regarding our ceremony and reception venue. Sweet Kelsey drove hours and fought traffic to both locations and did a walk-through with us over Facetime so that we could view everything in real time. She even took the initiative to send us photos and videos for reference. We put our ultimate trust in Kelsey, and I am so thrilled that we did. She was very consistent, communicative, accommodating, and very patient with all of us. She thoroughly kept connected through every part of the planning process even while on her honeymoon! Truth be told, Kelsey made us feel so comfortable and at ease. She really is the ultimate super woman with the biggest heart.

Overall, our wedding day was perfect! We still can’t fathom how she managed to do it all. One thing we will never forget about Kelsey is that she always tackled tasks with a smile on her face and pure grace in her heart. I must hand it to her, she is hands down the best wedding planner ever!

Side note: We chose the offered “Full Service” since we fancied a destination wedding and wanted to leave no stone unturned. Kelsey really went over and beyond for our magical day. A magical day that not only we will never forget but that will live on in our hearts forever.

Kelsey was absolutely fantastic. My other vendors spoke to me and talked about how great Kelsey was with organizing everything which was so nice to hear! Everything I had in mind set up wise was how I pictured it, her and her assistants were so quick and professional. The day before we met for rehearsal and she made sure everyone knew their role. She even helped my friend (first time officiating) write some of the ceremony-so sweet! There were obviously things out of her control like the wind, or electrical mishaps like the projector having issues, but Kelsey truly went out of her way to either fix issues or had ideas on working around problems. I highly recommend Kelsey with any event planning, she knows what her role is and executes it beautifully. Thanks Kelsey!
