Kelsey was Top Notch
I can’t say enough great things about Kelsey. From our very first phone call, I knew she was who I wanted to help coordinate our wedding. She was so kind and so thoughtful going over everything.
Kelsey made sure she was available to do a walk though with us, arrived early to our rehearsal to collect all items for wedding day and really just made sure every aspect of our wedding day went smooth.
She was very clear to everyone that if there were any issues to go through her so our day was stress free. She couldn’t have been more serious about that. Our florist was sick (I had no idea) Kelsey stepped in without skipping a beat to make sure everything looked perfect. That just goes to shows just what kind of person she is. Absolutely amazing!
Communication was outstanding, she was in contact will all vendors to make sure everyone was in the same page. -

Where do I even begin….. Kelsey at Forever Enchanted Events is the Fairy God Mother of event planning. She will help you create and execute the wedding of your dreams. I happened to stumble upon Kelsey through a close wedding vendor friend and it was evident from the first time we talked on the phone that I would need her to ensure my special day would truly be the day I wanted. I was definitely one of those brides that is type A and wants to do everything myself or cut some corners to try and save a few bucks, but planning a wedding with ALL of the many tiny details and decisions; it quickly became overwhelming. Kelsey was able to create my vision board for my wedding, worked with my florist and my budget to achieve the look/design I wanted, but with the budget I could afford. She was always so quick to respond when I had question no matter how small the request was. She never made me feel like I was bugging her or being a nuance. Kelsey truly relieved so much of the stress I had planning a wedding by myself. She is so kind, funny, and just the most wonderful human being in the world. She goes above and beyond in her role to make sure your special day is everything you hoped it would be.My husband and I decided to book our Photo Booth through Forever enchanted as well. BEST DECISION EVER. That Photo Booth was absolutely perfect for my garden wedding. It was hardly empty. Everyone raved about how much fun it was and all the prints they were able to take home. They were able to customize the design for my wedding as well. Kelsey truly made my wedding day special. I had no worries and felt like I was taken care of.If you’re thinking of investing in a planner, rentals, or Photo Booth with this company. Do not hesitate! You won’t regret it. I recommend doing it all. -

FEE and my wedding lives rent free in my head!
From the first inquiry phone call Kelsey and I clicked, but having similar ideas and creative processes made the daunting task of planning a wedding that much more fluid. There are not enough descriptive words to explain all the ways Kelsey fought my battles and proceeded with an event I didn’t have to stress over. Even better was that we got to have Peter, Kelsey’s husband, included in the package and photo booth expert. Even though we were located out of state, Kelsey and Forever Enchanted Events, included myself with all communication with vendors and probably had already asked the questions I was thinking of. She made time to research my ideas and allowed the collection of any item mailed in preparation. After the wedding, she made sure all my personal touches made it back home safely. Due to Kelsey, Peter, and the rest of FEE our day was incredibly special and so much more memorable that I also gained a new friend.
For anyone planning a wedding or event or just needing a photo booth or flowers, Forever Enchanted Events is 100% the way to go. You can trust they have your best interest at the forefront of happenings. Thank you for everything you accomplished for John and I, we are so grateful!

Hiring Kelsey would be the easiest decision you will make in the process of planning your wedding. She is super knowledgeable, very kind, and understanding. She is very responsive and I can't emphasize how important this is as you are juggling 100 things at a time. She also has amazing ideas and makes your vision come to life 100%. She was so amazing with the gusts and she handled everything that we threw at her with grace and a smile. I had the best time working with Kelsey. Go hire her now!!! -

Best Wedding Planner Ever!
First of all, we would love to give Kelsey a million stars instead of just 5! She has been phenomenal from the very beginning; a true professional who not only understood the assignment of our fairytale vision but helped bring every detail of our vision to life!
With no clue where to even begin seeking the fairytale wedding planner of our dreams, we decided to turn to our friendly fairytale photographer who highly recommended Kelsey with Forever Enchanted Events. We were so excited that we instantly reached out to her! Our initial contact with Kelsey was via email, and we could just feel her sincerity through every word. Then, we had our first zoom call and immediately fell in love with her! Her smile, positivity, and enthusiastic energy are infectious. Kelsey was very encouraging to our grand and creative ideas and knew exactly what we wanted all while keeping us focused on the task at hand, and more importantly our wedding budget. Since we’ve decided to choose a city that we have never been to, you can imagine we had our fair share of questions and concerns regarding our ceremony and reception venue. Sweet Kelsey drove hours and fought traffic to both locations and did a walk-through with us over Facetime so that we could view everything in real time. She even took the initiative to send us photos and videos for reference. We put our ultimate trust in Kelsey, and I am so thrilled that we did. She was very consistent, communicative, accommodating, and very patient with all of us. She thoroughly kept connected through every part of the planning process even while on her honeymoon! Truth be told, Kelsey made us feel so comfortable and at ease. She really is the ultimate super woman with the biggest heart.
Overall, our wedding day was perfect! We still can’t fathom how she managed to do it all. One thing we will never forget about Kelsey is that she always tackled tasks with a smile on her face and pure grace in her heart. I must hand it to her, she is hands down the best wedding planner ever!
Side note: We chose the offered “Full Service” since we fancied a destination wedding and wanted to leave no stone unturned. Kelsey really went over and beyond for our magical day. A magical day that not only we will never forget but that will live on in our hearts forever.
Dearest Kelsey, you are an angel, and we thank God for blessing our life with you! All your efforts and extreme hard work was immensely appreciated, and we are more than thankful for everything you’ve done for us to make our wedding day extra special. You and your team have really outdone yourselves at executing every detail to perfection. It was all a dream come true and there is no way that we would’ve been able to accomplish any of it without you. We just can’t thank you enough! You are ‘Ohana (family) to us and we just love you so much!!!

Best Wedding Planner
I was debating using a wedding planner but it was the best decision ever. Kelsey was amazing to work with! She took care of everything on our wedding day and made our day extra special. She was so thoughtful with including emergency kits for the bridesmaids’ get ready room with Bobby pins, hairspray, etc. (things I did not even think of). Kelsey was organized and made the planning process and day of run smoothly! She definitely goes above and beyond to make your day special and enjoyable! I 100% recommend using Kelsey and her fantastic team at Forever Enchanted Events! -

Kelsey was a literal life saver and if I can leave any bride with advice - it’s to hire Kelsey and her team as their wedding coordinator! We hired Kelsey as our month of coordinator but she was so much more. She went above and beyond to help us plan, she even came to see the venue long before her month of contract. I could count on her to answer emails and texts and she was a great person to bounce ideas off. She really knows all things weddings and she gives her honest opinion which is so refreshing. She checked in with me every month to see how I was doing and if I had any questions or concerns. She made the timeline, coordinated with all the vendors, checked all my contracts, helped with seating charts, and the list goes on and on.
It was so reassuring to have her on our team. I truly can not relate when other brides say they were stressed on their wedding day. Kelsey was so on top of it, I never even heard about all the little fires she had to put out along the way. She truly made my day stress free and beautiful. It was such a relief to get to focus on my husband and our love.
The fond memories I have of our wedding would not have occurred without her diligence, organization, and professional demeanor. She literally was like my fairy godmother. During the dancing, she pulled out a pair of bride flip flops for me and when my train was dragging, she pulled out safety pins to help pin it up. I mean...SHE IS THE BEST! I highly, highly, highly suggest that you hire Kesley and her team for your special day. Being stress free the day of your wedding is priceless.

I cannot express how grateful I was that we chose Kelsey to plan our wedding! When we first met her, my wife and I felt so comfortable with her right from the start. She was the first wedding coordinator we met with and we absolutely knew she was the one after our first meeting. We felt no push from her, and we knew how serious she was about taking care of us because she was excited, not just doing it because it’s a job to get done. Every problem or question we had, we felt comfortable to text or call her because she never made us feel like we were being a burden. Kelsey was not just a wedding coordinator but truly a friend who helped my parents, my in laws and the wedding party with anything that anyone needed. Kelsey was one of the best things about our wedding and I’m so glad we had her by our side. It’s so important to have not just a wedding coordinator but someone who feels like a friend who supports you and tell you everything will be alright because she will make sure it is with such confidence. I absolutely loved Kelsey and the team of Forever Enchanted Events for what they did for us before and on the day of the wedding. I don’t dare to imagine what our wedding would have been like without her and I don’t have to because everything was perfect, what we wanted and expected. Month of coordination
We worked with Kelsey for the month of coordination. From start to finish she was BEYOND amazing. I met her at a wedding expo where I met a lot of vendors. I reached out to her soon after and she was so helpful with my 1000 questions, provide lots of information and was flexible with swapping things included. We met with Kelsey 2x before the wedding. I’m that crazy, type A bride who provided drawn diagrams of my vision since I provided a lot of DIY decor. She was able to add her own touches that added so much to the look/vibe of the reception. She was able to problem solve multiple hiccups such as when someone spilled tomato soup on my dress, a huge smudge on the guestbook, picking up more alcohol (I didn’t even know we ran out until the next day), and rebustling my dress when my MOH forgot how to. Her positive attitude made the experience soooooooo easy! You will not be disappointed with her work. -

Best Wedding Coordinator
I have had the pleasure of knowing Kelsey in a personal and professional capacity over the last few years and was delighted when she agreed to coordinate my wedding. Kelsey is an absolute pleasure to be around in her personal and professional life. Throughout the entire wedding planning and wedding process Kelsey and her team always were positive and helpful with great ideas and solutions for anything that came up. For my BIG day, 230 guests big; Kelsey and her team were professional, confident, on point always, fun to work with and went above and beyond to make sure the day went off without a hitch, no pun intended. One thing I absolutely love about working with Forever Enchanted Events is that Kelsey only employees team members that uphold her personal and professional standards and, therefore; you know the level of customer service you will receive is going to be exceptional no matter if you are directly working with Kelsey or one of her team members. I see big things for Forever Enchanted Events and will recommend Kelsey to every Bride and Groom I know. -

Hire immediately!!! My husband and I had the most wonderful experience with Kelsey and her team.
Kelsey just KNOWS what will be important to you and what won't. That's the most important trait in a great coordinator. Sound advice! Wedding planning is stressful and overwhelming. She will guide you though the whole process, is super responsive, and just a pleasure to work with.
She also went above and beyond for us on the big day. She setup our entire venue with her assistant. And it came out stunning! Throughout the wedding, she was there for us. She pinned my dress when the bustle broke, she made makeshift centerpieces when parts went missing, and she kept everything on time. My husband and I were able to fully enjoy our wedding because she was there.
After the wedding, she did the whole cleanup. She collected our belongings and dropped them off at our hotel. We just went to our after party without a care in the world! The next day, she even dropped off the tux rentals for us. Above and beyond service if you ask me!
Just remember, you spend so much time with your coordinator before the big day. You better get someone amazing. And Kelsey is just that!!!
