5 stars is nowhere close enough to what Ann deserves!!! From the first moment I communicated with Ann I knew I was going to be in better than good hands for my dream wedding. Ann was always kind, personable, thoughtful of my opinions, and also transparent about suggestions that I wouldn’t of even considered as a first time bride. Ann felt like a big sister walking me through such a big moment in our lives leading up to our wedding day. Her coordination with the venue and all vendors was incredible and helped me feel less pressure of getting every single thing done. Her ability to create such seamless timelines for rehearsal, to ceremony, to reception is chefs kiss! I can’t forget about how my heel strap literally BROKE off and Ann came to the rescue with her mini sew kit, and I was able to dance the entire rest of the fight and my heel strap did NOT budge. Also, Ann absolutely nailed exactly how I envisioned the decorations set-up for ceremony and reception. She respected how much our cats mean to us and how we wanted them integrated in our wedding. I honestly could not imagine how our wedding experience could have gone without Ann.

I truly wish I could give Ann 100 stars because she is really THAT amazing. From providing honest guidance, to being my emotional support and an endless well of knowledge and resources, Ann is truly the best of the best. If you're even considering a coordinator, let it be Ann!!!!

5 starts isn’t enough! Ann was amazing to work with. She was always so professional, responsive, organized, and willing to share her perspective on ideas to make our wedding day a dream. I’m a Projector Manager so I had high expectations of a coordinator’s ability to plan and execute. Ann exceeded all expectations and went above and beyond! 10 out of 10 stars. ⭐️ Do not hesitate to book Ann as your planner or coordinator.

Ann is literally the best, period. We booked her as our day of coordinator and she went so far above and beyond what we were expecting. She handled every request with consummate professionalism, communicated with the venue and our other vendors, and was a warm and reassuring presence throughout! If you're considering hiring her, DO IT.

Ann was an absolute dream of a coordinator! She came highly recommended from our DJ and our wedding venue coordinator. Even though we hired her for only month-of planning, our first meeting was 7 months before our wedding. From there, she was involved whenever we needed help (preparing for other vendor meetings, preparing for venue details meetings) all before the actual month-of our wedding. As we got closer, she helped us track vendor payments, venue layout/seating chart, list of items we're bringing, what she could bring for us, and more. She was in communication with our venue coordinator on our behalf which made things so much easier for us.

On the actual day of, she instilled such a sense of calm in both me and my husband knowing she was running things behind the scenes. If we needed something she'd get it for us, if a vendor missed something she would work to rectify it. She also packed up all of our stuff so nicely at the end of the night and made sure we got it all into our car. She really helped us make our vision come to life and helped us enjoy our wedding to the fullest extent. I can't recommend her enough!

I don’t even know where to begin to share how amazing and talented Ann Strobel is. Hard-working, detail-oriented, and genuine are just a few of the many many compliments we could share about Ann.

My fiancé and I got engaged in April 2020 (a month into the pandemic!) and Ann was truly a blessing as she helped us navigate the challenges of planning a wedding during a pandemic. Her wedding experience is unmatched and she provided us with invaluable recommendations for planning a wedding with the many uncertainties of COVID-19. We had no idea what we were getting ourselves into with wedding planning, but Ann always found a solution to any issue or question that arose during our planning process.

On top of all this, she provided excellent vendor recommendations. In fact, a majority of our wedding vendors were from her suggested vendor list. This immensely simplified the process of selecting wedding vendors, especially since I’m not from San Diego.

Working with Ann feels like working with a friend you’ve known for years — she is honest, a great listener, and shares invaluable input. Our wedding was finally able to take place on August 14, 2021 after having to postpone and it was well worth the wait!

Ann is a must!!!!! I highly highly recommend Ann for your wedding. She is professional, extremely responsive and fun to work with. She thinks of all the smalls details that you would never think of and truly makes you stress free the entire week of! She goes that extra mile and checked in with me frequently to make sure I was feeling good and to see if I needed anything. Taking those extra steps to make me feel special meant the world to me!! We don't even know how to start to express just how helpful Ann was in making our wedding happen. The experience, professionalism, and calm that she maintained throughout the month- and day-of cannot be overstated. She was quick to answer any questions we had with exactly the information that we needed. She worked seamlessly with our other vendors and even managed to soothe the nerves of our anxious parents.

My wedding was perfect, and I owe that to mostly to Ann Strobel!
Ann was my coordinator for the month of - I initially sought her services as a “day of” coordinator, but once I met her and saw how much she could help, I booked her for the month. Worth. Every. Penny.
Since my mom lives out of state, Ann was there to come to tastings and dress fittings with me, floral appointments, and she was there to answer every little nervous question I had. She knows all the vendors and helped me find the ones who would fit my taste and my budget.

Ann thought of all the tiny details that I would have had no clue about - and she already has a ton of “props” (easels, place card display, ring bearer box, table numbers, etc.!) which saved us money and also a lot of extra hassle.
The day of the wedding, Ann was more prepared than Mary Poppins herself. When my eyelashes started to come loose, she was ready to go with her eyelash glue and toothpicks!
If you are nervous about planning a wedding and pulling it off, I highly recommend Ann to make your wedding experience as stress free (and fun!) as possible!
