Robyn and Kaitie are the best duo! They both took the time to understand what our vision was to help create a beautiful day for me and my husband. Robyn worked so great with our 3yr old when doing our engagement pictures and Kaitie had the perfect treat for her to get her down the aisle. They were both so attentive the day of and captured beautiful moments. They made sure the day was what we wanted while keeping us on schedule. Kaitie brought my ideas to life and more with the centerpieces and decorations. Thank you ladies for helping us create a beautiful day we'll never forget!

Robyn and Kaitie were the absolute best day-of coordinators we could have hoped for. They executed our vision for the wedding absolutely perfectly, and we could not have been happier with their professionalism, kindness, and level-headedness.

We hired R&R Collective in part because Robyn is a firefighter by day, so we figured she would be unflappable in the face of any wedding-day chaos. That was absolutely true. We had two guests with specific dietary needs, and she and Kaitie did not hesitate to contact our caterer about ensuring they had a meal set aside. When we ran short on alcohol for one of our speciality cocktails, Robyn confirmed that we wanted to restock and DoorDashed some more gin. Robyn and Kaitie were always calm, collected, and cheerful, and for every step it was clear that we were in excellent hands. 

We are so grateful to have had a flawless wedding day, and we credit much of that to R&R Collective. We could not recommend them more highly.

We are so so so happy with the work that Robyn and Katie did with R&R Collective wedding month-long coordination. They were so incredibly kind, comforting, helpful, and communicative. They went absolutely above and beyond with the work they did, going out of their way to accommodate any changing plans and to get us what we needed. They thought of every little thing, even things we never could have imagined we needed. They were super fast and practice with setup. They kept us on track throughout our entire wedding day with their timeline. They communicated effectively with all our vendors. They were super responsive. They were extremely reasonable with prices of different services and even picked up our decorations from our house. Everything they did was spot on. Robyn was so nice, she felt like our friend by the end of our wedding. She is also a fire fighter so she is very good at crisis management. We are so so so happy.

Robyn and her team deserve so much love, they made our wedding absolutely the most perfect day and night ever. So attentive, proactive, caring, and overall just amazing. If you aren’t hiring her for your wedding, you are missing out and going to regret. She’s the best!

We used R + R Collective for both their photography services and some coordination/staffing. The entire staff is so professional, easy to work with, and easy to communicate with! They executed my ideas perfectly and made the whole day so easy and stress free. I worked mostly with Robyn through the whole process and she helped keep me so calm through the whole process from our engagement shoot to the wedding day, and I will definitely be using her in the future for more big moments! Our photos turned out SO great, and made it so I could perfectly relive my day. The entire staff was amazing and I would recommend them to everyone!!

Kaitie and Robyn were absolutely instrumental in our wedding process and delivered not only incredible pictures, but peace of mind. I watched my wife struggle under the weight of planning and the thought of day-of coordination and timing. Once these two got involved, all of that changed.
