Morgan is one of 2 co-owners of Wedding Agency San Diego. Morgan has been in the industry for 10+ years and in 2023 finally decided to open her own wedding business w/ her trusted colleague Nicole. They pride themselves on work-ethic and honesty. Morgan is a proud wife to Wayne (married 2.22.20), step-mom to Valerie and dog-mom to her English bulldog Fancy.
Nicole has worked in hospitality her whole life. She grew up in central California and attended college at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where she obtained her bachelor's degree in communications with a minor in special event planning. This was where the seed was planted for her love of event planning. After college she decided to ditch the heat and headed to San Diego. Soon after moving she met her husband Phil, and they began their journey together. Nicole has worked in all areas of hospitality and knows exactly how to plan and execute any wedding. After her role as Director of Banquets for 5 years, she decided that she wanted more. Her and Morgan worked side by side for years and after putting their minds together Wedding Agency San Diego was born!

Nicole has worked her way up from busser, server, bartender, restaurant manager, banquet manager, director of banquets, Event sales manager.
