Nicole was truly the best decision we made for our wedding. From day one, she made us feel completely at ease and confident that everything was under control. She was there during both the rehearsal and the wedding day, making sure every detail ran smoothly and that we never felt stressed or overwhelmed. Her organization, attention to detail, and calm presence made the entire planning process enjoyable. She went above and beyond to make our day absolutely perfect. What makes Nicole even more special is that she’s not just an incredible wedding planner—she’s now an amazing friend. We are so grateful for everything she did and couldn’t recommend her enough! -

Nicole delivered incredible value for the level of service she provided. Despite a short planning timeline, she worked efficiently, stayed mindful of our budget, and made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free.

As a wedding DJ with over 8 years of experience and more than 400 events under my belt, I’ve worked with many coordinators, but Nicole Shadoan is one of the absolute BEST. We recently teamed up for a client’s wedding ceremony and reception at an outdoor venue in Vista for about 175 guests. From Nicole’s first email to the bride and groom’s sparkler grand exit, she made everything seamless and stress-free for me as a DJ and MC.
Nicole is incredibly organized, sticking to the timeline and keeping vendors informed of any changes on the wedding day so we could adjust accordingly. She communicates clearly, sending detailed timelines well in advance and staying available for questions. I especially appreciate how she reviews cues and the ceremony processional order, which is critical for nailing the music—something lesser coordinators often overlook.
What stands out most is Nicole’s team-oriented approach. She strikes a perfect balance between leading and being a reliable, patient, and thoughtful team player. She treats everyone with kindness, always approachable and never micromanaging. Nicole values my professional input, making me feel heard and respected as a seasoned wedding pro. She’s quick to help if I ask, ensuring I’m fed, treated well, and taken care of.
The wedding was a blast and a huge hit with the clients, who talked to me about how everything flowed perfectly. Nicole’s poise and strategic approach prevented any issues, letting me focus on keeping announcements sharp and the dance floor high-energy.

The perfect day!
I can’t imagine what my wedding would have been like without Nicole! Her calm “I got this” demeanor was exactly what we needed. People always say “something will go wrong on your wedding day” well NOTHING did. Nicole did not let that happen. She answered all of my questions, reassured me and took so much off my plate I thought I would have to worry about. She was serious but also light hearted and by the end of it I wanted her to just be a guest at my wedding. Thank you Nicole!! -

If you want a stress-free wedding day where every detail is flawlessly executed, look no further than Nicole. We threw every curveball imaginable at her—last-minute cancellations and additions, seating chart changes, signage for ten different stations, disposable cameras, custom napkins... the list goes on. And she handled every single detail with total calm, professionalism, and care.
And if you're thinking, "That won't be us, our wedding will be simple,"—trust me, you'll be surprised. Weddings = chaos, and when you encounter it, you'll want Nicole in your corner.
Every single thing was executed perfectly. It was the best day of our lives. Nicole went above and beyond, too. Our wedding ended late, and at the end, Nicole opted to help consolidate all of our miscellaneous keepsakes so that we didn't have to go hunting for our precious memorabilia. She did all of this with a smile on her face. My only regret of the wedding day is not getting a picture with her!!
10/10 would recommend. If you're lucky enough to book her, do it. -

We had the incredibly good fortune of finding Nicole as we had to pivot our wedding plans in a major, last minute way. Nicole was an incredible partner to have throughout this process and brought such a positive, communicative attitude during every step of the way. She was always multiple steps ahead of us and knew what we needed to be considering even when we did not. She gave us that sense that all was being taken care even if it was behind the scenes and we could not see... Exactly what you would want! We are very grateful to her for helping to make our day so wonderful, and reducing the stress when it mattered most. -

Let me start off by saying I plan for a living (in supply chain/ logistics) so I'm the overly anxious/timeline and detail oriented bride, and was very particular about choosing a wedding coordinator. From my first conversation with Nicole, I knew she was a perfect fit for me. She is professional, extremely organized, and solution-oriented. Nicole ensured we walked through every detail both big and small, and even offered some "don't forgets" and "have you considered" (RARE for me to forget anything) that made a big impact on the wedding. I never felt like I was bothering her when I sent a text or email, and it truly felt like I was working with a friend throughout the entire process.
The day of the wedding she and her assistants kept everything running so smoothly, allowing us to relax and enjoy our special day. They handled any last-minute issues (lets just say we're the wedding that ran out of alcohol at 9pm) with grace and efficiency and no one would have known.
My husband and I both agreed hiring Nicole was the best decision for this wedding! -

Morgan and Nicole were so amazing with planning our wedding I don't even know where to start! We did the full service wedding planning package and it was the BEST decision I ever made. They were extremely responsive, always had the best attitudes, and were so helpful with figuring out ways to incorporate all of the things I wanted on my big day. I was especially amazed with how well they coordinated all the vendors given that the location of our wedding was at a church that they had never worked with before. I would book them over and over again as it truly made my day that much more special having them there! -

My husband and I planned our wedding in San Diego while living in the Midwest, and having Wedding Agency San Diego as our boots on the ground was honestly the best decision we made. We worked with Nicole, she was so amazing! She had some great vendor recommendations for us and was awesome about working and coordinating with all our vendors, including those coming from out of town. Having her experience and knowledge to rely on was so helpful, she took care of so many logistical things that honestly were giving me a lot of anxiety haha. And being able to fully hand off everything to her for the day of the wedding was great, I was able to just enjoy my wedding! I would 1000% recommend working with Nicole and Wedding Agency San Diego if you are looking for an experienced, helpful, and friendly team for your wedding planning/coordination needs! -

Our wedding was a bit off the beaten path. We chose to do it in one of the more remote spots near San Diego. Logistically it was a bit more challenging finding vendors that could economically deliver to that area and sometimes there was only one vendor in the area.
Nicole and Morgan not only ensured we were organized and on time, they helped corral the vendors and coordinate timing etc. When it came to the wedding site they both went ahead of time to check it out together and explore the ceremony site which is a bit difficult to get to and subject the the elements.
When it came to the day of the wedding they both stayed at the hotel and helped get the vendors taken care of. If you're on the fence about hiring a wedding planner this is possibly the biggest value any planner can offer. On the day of the wedding it's this special day you've spent so much time and money to make happen and you want it to go well but you also want to enjoy it. Morgan & Nicole made that possible. They organized furniture, florals, and received the cake. They handled absolutley everything!
Rain was expected on the day of the wedding and with the ceremony being in the outdoors they worked hard to ensure alternate options such as sheltering under the eaves and setting up the DJ under cover. We even last minute ordered 30 clear umbrellas and when they arrived 2 days late they figured out a way to get them to Anza Borrego in time for the ceremony!
It was an absolute pleasure working with San Diego Wedding Agency. We would happily recommend them to anyone looking for reasonable planning services.

I used Morgan & Nicole for the day of coordination on my 11.11.20 wedding and the only thing I would do differently is add more planning help. I could not believe how many details there were to be finalized in the last two months! I still keep in touch with them, how could I not?! They pretty much became my best friends there at the end. My wedding turned out beautifully because of them! The florist did not put my ceremony arch & flowers up as they were supposed to, Nicole was thankfully able to cut them down and put them back up the way they were supposed to be. I still can't believe she had all those zip ties on hand! And Morgan stayed on the phone with my photographer who got lost so that I could enjoy the time getting ready with my bridesmaids. We all don't live in the same state and that time together was REALLY important to me, she knew that and stepped in immediately. I am so grateful for how they made me feel like I was their only bride at all times. Definitely use them!
