I had the most amazing experience with Alice in Ivory in Dallas! From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel so comfortable and truly personalized the entire experience. They really listened to what I wanted in a dress, and instead of trying to push me into something off the rack, they worked with me to bring my exact vision to life. What I loved most is that they helped me think outside the box and put together two separate pieces to create my absolute dream dress. It was completely unique, felt so me, and I couldn’t have been happier with the final result. The whole process was stress-free, and the staff was kind, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making me feel my best. I’m so grateful for Alice in Ivory and would recommend them to any bride looking for a personalized, one-of-a-kind experience.

I went to Stardust because my sister found her dress there 8 years ago. I was paired with Kathy for my consultant and she was incredible! I tried on several dresses and picked the perfect dress for me on our first visit! Kathy was incredible answering all of my questions, ensuring I was comfortable and happy with my choice. When it came time to do alterations, Kathy even came down to check on me! Roxanne is a master of her craft. She leads the alterations team at Stardust and she can work miracles. No matter what comes, no matter the timeframe, Roxanne can make it happen. She made my dress PERFECT for me. She helped me feel confident and beautiful in the dress I chose and was able to alter it to my body perfectly. I hugged her, a lot. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful experience!

Natalie is absolutely the best consultant ever! She takes the time to get to know you and your dream. She was patient and accommodating with our swirl of changing ideas. We found the perfect dress!

When my dress arrived carefully boxed via the mail, I knew something special was inside. When I opened the box, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and beauty of my gown. When I tried it on, it fit as if it were made just for me. (True to size!) I got so many compliments on my dress. Glad I discovered them when Googling for wedding dresses. They did not disappoint!👰🏾 I can't wait to wear it again when we celebrate our 10th anniversary in the future.

I went in with pictures saved on my phone, I was getting married in November so I wanted something with sleeves. My stylist, Sara, brought me all of the dresses I asked for and I didn't really "love" any of them. She kept asking what I liked and didn't like about each dress and said she wanted to bring me something that was completely different than what I had been trying on. When she showed it to me, it had no sleeves, it was a sweetheart neckline, and an A-line body. Nothing of what I asked for. But I tried it on anyway and OH MY GOSH!!! It was absolutely GORGEOUS!!! As soon as the curtain opened and everyone gasped, I knew that was the one. Sara had done such a great job listening to me, she knew exactly what dress I needed to try on.

After a bridal salon completely botched my measurements, I wound up with a gown WAY too small and quite disproportionate to my body. I was a "budget bride" with a dress disaster. Nothing about it fit, especially since I am tall with a long torso, large bust, and small waist. I spent weeks searching for the right person to fix this mess. I only wanted the best and wow, I found it! Margo restructured my entire gown to perfection. She also handled some extra customizations for me, including joining together the deep plunge neckline (with perfectly matched lace!), removing the zipper back & adding a corset, and adding a bustle. The dress is two-toned multi-layered champagne/ivory lace with silver metallic threading and silver glitter throughout the layered tulle skirt. Margo's work was seamless (forgive the pun!) - it looked like the entire gown was made just for me. My dress was pretty to begin with, but it became a show-stopper! In addition to her incredible work, she is simply amazing to work with. She was so patient and helpful throughout all my emails, calls, and design finalizations. I had a blast at my dress fittings! Margo is so enjoyable to be around and always kept me smiling. Her sister helped me at my final fitting & pick up appointment - she is an absolute angel too! Also, their studio is gorgeous! If you are looking for help with your dress, rest assured you will be in the best hands here. Don't settle when it comes to quality! I will forever recommend Margo West to all of my clients, friends, and family.

This store is absolutely massive and has unlimited options for you to choose from. I thought I’d already found my wedding dress at the previous store. My specialist London said I wouldn’t be at Chally if I had indeed found it. She was right, there was something missing. I showed her a picture and she said “I can top that” ;) She kept to her promise LOL! It took only the 1st dress to try on that I did squeal “THIS IS THE ONE!!!” London was very attentive in listening to our opinions and thoughts, as she helped me try on different ones. But that first one was THE ONE. She helped clamp it to fit well, added accessories to see how sheer areas would look with interior white lining, and she brought out different veils with beautiful styles to complement the dress. There are some alterations needed to make the dress even more perfect and she was VERY receptive in offering suggestions and solutions to make it all work the way we want in the best way possible. It was such a comfortable and smooth experience, I didn’t even find the need to go to the 3rd store I had booked that day :) It was an unforgettable event to help me find the dress of my dreams together with my mom, my bestie (MOH) & my bestie’s mom
