I came here for my first location to look for my wedding dress and the second dress I tried on was THE one. Every staff member was so kind and the entire experience was better than I could've imagined. I walked into my appointment a little nervous but as soon as my family and I walked in we were greeted warmly and supported through every step of the process. If you're unsure of where to find your dream dress plus a dream experience, Brides for a Cause is definitely the place to go! Plus by getting your dress you're helping local charities around you, sounds like a win to me.

Overall a 10/10 experience. I emailed the shop beforehand and asked if they had anything similar to what I envisioned. Elaine replied so quickly. Shortly after, I booked an appointment. In the shop, I loved being able to move at my own pace. The dress I ended up buying was originally $400 but I got it 50% off. Amazing deal! They also gave me a list of alteration and dry cleaning places that they recommended. Amazing staff!

I went to find accessories and a cover/top for my dress and left with not only the top, but amazing shoes and accessories. They were super helpful and even though I didn’t go for a dress, I still poked around and they had a good selection for anyone looking for a dress at a good price.

I had a great experience dress shopping. The staff was friendly, kind, and made it an easy process. I liked having the ability to make my own choices, look at all of the dresses, and purchased a dress for $200! It was fun to be in a dressing room with others.

I booked an appointment at Brides for a Cause uncertain if I was even going to buy a dress for my wedding. But Brides for a Cause made it easy for my to say "Yes to the Dress". They have a wonderful selection of dresses and the the prices are incredible. I got my sample dress for about a quarter of the original price. I also was able to get a very affordable cathedral veil. The staff were super helpful and very able to help you find dresses that you may I have missed while you grabbed your initial dresses.

The dressing area has 6 individual rooms surrounding a large central area. When I was there there were two to three others trying on dresses at the same time. I personally loved this as it is fun to see and support other people's dress making choices.

The sessions are typically booked for 1 hour, but Brides for a Cause let me stay past my time to make a decision on which dress I wanted to buy, which I really appreciated. I would say, if you could book two back to back sessions that might be helpful if you are planning on picking and buying a dress.

They also helpfully provided a list of people to reach out for alterations for the dress, and I did end up choosing someone from the list.

One thing I will say is I am white and I bought a size 12 wedding dress. They had a large range of size selection with the most amount of dresses in sizes 8-14. I think a lot of the dresses with mesh components seemed likely to work better with lighter skin.

I overall had an incredible time at Bride for a Cause and cannot recommend them enough.

While I found my wedding dress at a different stores, I was able to find a beautiful veil for my May 2025 wedding. Friendly staff and broad selection of dresses and accessories. Thanks Brides for a Cause!

i found my dream dress here and had the most incredible experience. andrea and her coworker were so amazing and helpful. i love my dress & that i stayed within budget. staff was so accommodating and supportive and we all loved being in the cute shop.

I highly recommend brides to be to check out this store!!! I had a beautiful experience at Brides for Cause in Sac. I had my appointment this past weekend and we were all greeted with smiles and they thoroughly explained the process and wasted no time letting us dress shop! Abigail and Jessica were absolutely wonderful! I originally went in for a "reception" dress and ended up falling in-love with another wedding dress, as soon as I put it on, i knew it was for me, Abigail expressed how perfect it looked on me However because I already had a wedding dress, I was still indecisive about purchasing another one, I was very conflicted as I really loved this new one. Abigail told me to take a moment, go grab some coffee and she can hold the dress until the end of the day to give me time to think. I really appreciated that! I left for the day and could not stop thinking about the dress all night. I went back to the store the next morning and as soon as I walked in the first thing Abigail said was "welcome back Emmalynn" with a huge smile! I asked to try on the dress again. Jessica helped me put it on and I asked her to take a photo. When I tell you she took the best photos!! Every angle, down low, up high, front back, sides, she gave me a full on photo shoot in 2 minutes and I knew coming back was the best decision because I needed to leave with that dress! Abigail then helped me check out and we spoke about how great it is that 90% of the proceeds goes to charities that help and empower women as I work for a non profit myself that helps DV victims/survivors and empower women. I found my beautiful dream dress for a really good price and knowing that the sale is also for a good cause, it doesn't get any better than that?!!

I had a great experience here and got my dress! The employees were great and they made it easy for me! I loved getting to scan the racks myself and go at my own pace. I found my dress here and this was the first and only store I had to shop at! Best of all, 90% of your purchase goes to charity!

Brides for a cause was such an amazing experience! I was looking for places to shop for my wedding dress and came across them via google search. I read their story and what they do and knew I wanted to go there and shop for my dress. As soon as I walked in, everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly! I picked out some dresses to try on and ended up finding my dream dress in under an hour! It was originally marked at $3,500 and I got the dress and cathedral veil for $1,100. They were the first place I looked as a first time, newly engaged bride. It was a perfect place to dress shop and I can’t recommend them more!
