Hanna at Charlots Bridal was Amazing. I would never have picked that dress off the rack myself. She knew exactly what would look good on me. The dress was perfect.

Hannah at Charlotte's in Ashland was the best stylist I've ever had, she was kind, empowering, and helped me think about not only my dress, but my wedding in a whole new way! She was supportive and patient, and helped me feel empowered in making decisions, not only about the dress, but about my whole day!

I was originally only looking at pre-loved gowns for my wedding when I met Kynda (owner) at the Wedding Expo. She asked why I wanted to go that route and assured me that my budget concerns would not hinder me from buying a new gown from her. I made an appt for after visiting 3-4 other consignment style vendors. I found dresses I did like at each one of those but ended up finding an even better *new* one within my budget when shopping at Crown Bridal! Kynda was also my sales person and damn she is GOOD. Not only did she stay very late making sure I found just what I wanted, she guided me through the entire process making an overwhelming process simplified. She also let me make MY OWN decision without tainting my choice with her opinions which was great. The craziest part is that after I had settled on a gown, I asked her her opinion and I PICKED THE GOWN SHE HAD SECRETLY WRITTEN DOWN AT THE BEGINNING OF THE APPT!!! Talk about serendipitous but also showed me how amazing she is at her job! Also had great experiences with the other staff throughout my pickup/etc.

From the moment I arrived—early in the morning—I was warmly welcomed by the staff, who greeted me and my guests with genuine smiles and enthusiasm. The boutique itself is stunning, and the private fitting room I was placed in was absolutely beautiful. My stylist, Alyssa, was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire appointment. Although I was a bit shy at first, she created a comfortable, fun atmosphere that allowed me to relax and truly enjoy the experience. Alyssa helped me pull dresses that matched my vision perfectly, while also encouraging me to try on a few options outside of my comfort zone. She also helped me see my whole vision by grabbing veils and sleeves for me to try on which was so helpful. To my surprise, I fell in love with a gown that was very different from what I had originally imagined—and it ended up being the one I said YES to!

I Said Yes to The Dress !!! I absolutely loved it here! The ladies that were working were all so kind and helpful . not only were they helping me out a lot with advice or information on the dresses but also helping out other brides as well. as a young plus woman getting married I was nervous that I 1 wouldn't find anything in my size or style and 2 find a dress in my price range. I can say I was definitely wrong ... there was plenty of beautiful dresses in my size and all very affordable. Thank you to the Ladies that helped me

Small town, local shop feel but with all the gorgeous designer dresses. I like that it is basically a one-stop shop with purchasing the dress and in-store seamstresses. The only reason I am putting 4 versus 5 stars is because when I was sold on the dress during my try-ons, I was told that the modifications I wanted done to make it my “dream” dress were very doable and shouldn’t be too expensive. However, after ordering the dress and meeting with the seamstress, I was told the modifications I wanted were very difficult and would cost about another $1000. If I was told this during try on, I would have gone with a different dress altogether. I ended up going well beyond my budget on the dress because I did end up pursuing some alterations to the dress (deeper plunging neckline) plus additional sizing fixes. The seamstresses were sweet and were willing to work with me throughout each fitting. It was a beautiful dress but I did not love it as much as I hoped. The store is great, the selection is wonderful, I just regret spending as much as I did since I was not able to achieve my dream wedding dress look.

I had a great visit with Emily as my guide! The store was beautiful and easy to shop in. Emily made me feel so welcome and safe! I brought my mother in law, aunt, and cousin and was so happy the entire time! While I didn't find THE dress this round, the team keeps their insta updated nicely so I will deffo be back to try on some more options!

I got my dress from Brides for a Cause, awesome non profit, and no need to spend a billion dollars on something you wear once. Thu did my altering and it was perfect. she's amazing. I would reccomend her for all your tailoring needs.

Terri makes all of her beautiful dresses by hand to fit the bride - and from truly sustainable fabrics for a price that's affordable (<$1000). She was quick to respond to my questions and very flexible about changes I wanted to make. I couldn't have asked for a better dress buying experience and to have something that speaks to my values made wearing the dress extra special.

We worked with Ryma at the Portland store to purchase a tux. As the owner of a small business for many years, I was VERY impressed with Ryma. Not only did she know her stuff (she has a background in tailoring) but she made a point of welcoming each person who entered the store even though they were short staffed. When she had a free moment as customers were in the dressing room, she stayed busy restocking and arranging displays (great work ethic!) While we were there, as customer came in who had a problem with their order. She led with empathy and assured them that they would make it right and immediately started problem solving. I watched her deliver outstanding customer care in a situation that could have gone south quickly. I hope her supervisors see this and give her the recognition she deserves.
